Remi Q. and Mike F. are some of the best technicians that have treated my house. The entire staff of Pro Active have been extremely accommodating and professional. I originally signed up for services with them after noticing black widow spiders had set up around my house. I called several pest control companies, and Pro Active was not the first company to get back to me however, they were the first company to not come off as sketchy, the explained their services, their price, plans, and answered all my questions. I signed up with them well over a year ago and could not be happier with the results. Every service, I would get a call from the technician telling me they are on their way, the would start with a basic brush cleaning, even if it wasn't necessary, then they would spray. Within the first few treatments, my spider problem was gone, and they made sure they stayed gone. As a byproduct I have an Ant problem in my area that they were able to treat. Any questions I have they had answers. I cannot thank them enough. I truly hope you consider Pro Active for your Pest control needs. They are not paying me, in fact I had to cancel for family financial reasons, otherwise I would continue their services. When my situation improves, I fully intend to resume services, even if I have to pay a little more down the line. We have been using Pro Active Pest Control for several months now. Initially, we were with another service - Hawx - and their customer service was atrocious. Before that, we had Clark Pest Control. Their technician was like a bull in a china cabinet! He not only sprayed - and killed - our beautiful flowering maples but he knocked over, and broke, one of my big ceramic flower pots. FIRED! When we started with Pro Active, we were fortunate to have Remy Queyrane as our first technician. Since that first time, we have requested that he come out if we have any problems. He is extremely considerate and always calls to let us know when he will be arriving. He's kind and polite, always making sure my cats are nowhere near. And, he is so quiet and careful - nothing like the previous technicians! And he listens - also not a quality that most people have these days. Today we had our first visit from our new service technician, Joseph Beltran. Joseph called to let me know that he was about 12 minutes away, which I greatly appreciated. When he arrived he allowed me to show him some problem areas and he discussed, in detail, how he would be resolving those problems and why the ants were moving their houses around my yard. I found this information very insightful. When Joseph and his trainee were almost finished they came back to my door to let me know how they would be finishing up and how long the treated areas would take to dry. He's been the best of the best! He shows up consistently! He always checks to ensure we don't have any new pest concerns and when we do he jumps into action. Today, a technician named Chris came to my home to address a rodent problem I've been dealing with for about a month. I tried to deal with it on my own to no avail. Chris was very professional and kind. He pointed out what needed to be done and explained everything to me as far as what he was doing. One of his concerns was for my support dog. No bait would be out to harm her. He showed me where the rodents had been getting in from under my home. He also told me of additional preventive measures I could do on my own. As a retired person living on a fixed income, the service is not cheap. However, it beats living with this daily issue. So gross! Chris was a professional through and through! ProActive set up an appointment for me the very next day, Chris (the technician) came out and he was super friendly, super nice to my dog and very helpful. He went over the process and they did way more then I expected. I thought they would just go out and spray everything, but next thing I know Chris was out there with his Webster and getting all the webs down from my porch and around my house. It's part of their service/process for breaking up the web cycle. I was not expecting that but very appreciative. The price is great for everything they offer. They come back in a month to spray again and then it's every 2 months after that unless you need them prior to that. And their product I'd definitely working because all these bugs are dying, finally lol. Highly recommend. read more

NOTE: I will update this review as needed. I trusted Pro Active Pest Control because of the online reviews and what I was told on the phone about how they could address my rodent problem on October 24... I feel like I've been played by the Pro Active Pest Control. I called and signed a contract for a rodent inspection along with a bimonthly follow up. I am having a rodent problem and I was desperate to find a company that could visit my home ASAP and do what's needed. I told them I saw a rodent in my master bedroom (upstairs), heard noises in the attic during the night and day, and found mice poop in the pantry, downstairs bedroom, etc. I was told on the phone before signing up that the rodent inspection would be done the next day, entry points would be identified, traps would be set up, they would come to pick up dead mice, etc. I was told that they could visit the next day (October 25). That sounded great and I signed up. That's the reason I did not follow up with the other competitors. I was relieved that Pro Active Pest Control would be here the next day to address my problem. I took half a day off from work to be at home during the visit (afternoon of 10/25). Anxiously waiting for the visit...The gentleman who showed up said he did not know he was here (at my home) for an attic inspection or entry points for rodents. To their credit, they put on shoe covers as requested. They put traps in the guest room, pantry, and inside the garage (after insisting). They did not go upstairs or put traps there; and also said they are not putting traps in the living room area for kid's safety. Nice, right? No. They are operating with implicit assumptions. They did not ask how many kids I had or their ages. I was going to mention that kid(s) come back to this house every few days (perfect timing to set up the traps during the visit) but they were fast and going back to their truck for the spraying. Note to future customers: take it slow and make sure that you tell them what you need. What they did was to spray the house (concrete) and clean the spider webs in the exterior. Disappointingly, they missed multiple points (took photos of the missed places, including the spots in the courtyard). I am not even sure if the courtyard is sprayed. Also, they did not put the hose back on in the front yard after using it to water their chemicals to spray the house. Additionally, it turns out there was a wasp net forming or something like that in the front of the house and I do not know if it is taken care of. The residue and #@#%$ is still up there. Note that the traps they use are Victor Wooden Mouse Trap M325. I am mentioning this in case you are expecting other types of traps. Also, they do not provide any directions about how to clean them up (if any). I was told on the phone that I need to call them for clean ups. Anyways, it turns out that I was played about the rodent inspection showing up the next day during my first call...The gentleman who showed up and performed the things described above told me that I would get a phone call about the issue I am having (note that it was the reason I called this company in the first place). To their credit, they called me that afternoon to schedule a rodent inspection but it turned out that they could not guarantee a time on Th/F and earliest is 10/30 morning. Please remember that the reason I chose this company and trusted them over others is because they said they would be here for what I needed on 10/25. I have to take another half day off from work for the visit on 10/30. To their credit, the scheduling lady was nice and helpful. She confirmed with me that she noted down specifically that I need an attic and upstairs inspection...I received a text message four hours later stating that "service will be exterior only unless interior has been requested"...I have enough anxiety (thanks to rodents) in my life and do I have to call back to confirm that interior had been requested? Be extra cautious and careful when you choose a pest control company. Pro Active Pest Control has not been doing a good job addressing my needs so far. As I said at the beginning, I will update this review pending additional and needed service. read more

I had to cancel when covid hit. When I saw the roaches I called orkin, they quoted some crazy high price, it didn't matter that I had used them for years. They said I'm like a new customer... I called because I saw the technician at our neighbors house and when I asked, they highly recommended them. So when I called and told them the story I was thrilled they looked up my neighbors info and we both got a referral credit. Then they came, and then they came again and I am in love.
