I've been going to Pro Imports for 3 years now and can't be happier with their service of my Subaru. As a single mom, it's extremely difficult to find a mechanic who not only takes great care to go beyond great service and offer respectable, honest, and reliable care of my car, but has also taken time out to talk me through car questions over the phone (most mechanics just tell you to bring your car in, the charge you just to look at it!) Very nice guys here and very quick work. I dropped my car off at 9:30, and it was done around lunch time. I have an Acura NSX, and if you know that car, you know how special it is, so I didn't want to just leave it with anybody. These guys understood the car. I told them they could do anything they needed to it. So, I went in and did a favor for a returning customer by dropping off a vehicle that needed repair and this gentleman by the name of Steve was very rude and inconsiderate ( and claimed to be a former Warrant Officer in the Army with 8 years only ). He was both rude to me and the tow truck driver. In addition the tow truck driver mentioned to me he would take his business else where if he spoke to him the same way he did to me. As the conversation got heated he claimed he was the manger and the owner of of Pro Import which was false! I "STRONGLY" recommend you not going to this shop that has an employee lies about his status! In addition I challenge the true owner to fire his owner for not only not being unethical and unprofessional but not being apologetic for how he was he disgracefully took his title! Now the owner he is reasonably professional and spoke to me about the matter however ultimately it is his choice whether or not he chooses to fire his employee for lying about his position! I was merely doing a favor for friends while on vacation from California, Customer Service is a priority and finding solutions is a must instead of attitudes! As to what Jimmy said down below it did not matter to him until it became personal shots to each other! So in my personal opinion if Jimmy listened to the whole conversation as he said he did why not stop it before it got out of hand? Why not correct his employee? Why not escort me out of the building to cool me off? No, Jimmy allowed another person to take credit for owing his store, he allowed his so called manger to be rude and inconsiderate to a person ( mind you he is in the customer service field ). Any way you look at it your manger lies, is that trustworthy for other patrons? No! I will spread the word to other Veterans locally about my experience with you and Jimmy and hopefully by spreading it far and wide by your inefficiency to step in and deescalate and find a quick solution to the problem I will be able to prevail with my mission. Hopefully Steve will no longer be employed by your business by saying he was the owner as I asked to speak to the owner! Shows a lot about person who lies! 7-16-18 Jim I never once said I would slander your store I said I would tell everyone about Steve and his inconsiderate and rude behavior toward me in addition to his lies about owing your business! I do own up to my behavior being heated why because he was not being helpful as your next door neighbors were. The mechanics next door had no idea what was going on but was willing to help me find a solution and take the car to solve the problem that's customer service! Steve shrugged his shoulders looked at me and the tow driver and said I DONT KNOW! In getting more information I returned and yes "I threw the keys on the counter". How could you see if you were doing payroll behind the desk? That is when the personal attacks happened and I distanced myself from him to chew him out more when he said he owed your store! Jim allowing the conversation to escalate to the boiling point it did was your fault as a owner since you were there and yes you apologized for that! I take my responsibility but Steve never took his and that is what I was asking for! I simply said I will inform my Veteran friends my experience I had in the shop with you all and not refer your shop to them. Ultimately it's their choice whether or they go right? Also yes you politely stood there as I was already heated by your unprofessional employee who said he owned your shop and continued to express my displeasure with you. So yes I apologize for my behavior toward you, however I will continue to tell my experience I had at your shop to my fellow veterans and friends and advise them to not go there. In all my years in managerial experience my behavior was total wrong however Steve is someone you really need to look at for his dishonesty and unwillingness to go the extra mile to help the customer out as he is in the business in customer service! Highly recommend for Honda repairs! These guys are honest, knowledgeable, professional, and go out of their way to accommodate customers. They charged $400 less to replace my clutch than the Honda dealership and other shops around Denver quoted me, and also did a free diagnostic and told me what else I need done and how soon. Steve and Jimmy both are great to talk to and very good about explaining what work is necessary in replacing a clutch. Do not waste your money here. Took my 2004 Honda pilot here had misfires did not have proper tools to diagnose it myself. They diagnosed it as Rod knock said engine was gonna break. My car is now fixed they misdiagnosed it. I called them after taking my car home about 30miles away. Tried to explain why I thought they were wrong. The person I spoke with said he stands behind his mechanic . Knocking noise was inside the catalytic converter I was told there was nothing inside of it. He lied to me I know better. He did not listen to reason at all have other examples also but why go on can not give less than one star or I would have. Might as well have thrown my money in the trash! Misfire was from 4 bad aftermarket ignition coils that caused my catalytic converter to break into pieces and rattle inside. Would not recommend this shop to anybody! read more

Decent service but not honest at all. It almost cost me $600 to replace a fuel pump!!! Ridiculous. The part they used is $100 on ebay and $200 at auto zone!!! They priced it at $382.00 I know you didn't buy it from either if those places but there's no way that that price was accurate. They clearly almost doubled the parts price. I'm really happy I found this auto repair shop. Unless you know about cars, t's so difficult to get your car checked out and know if you're dealing with an honest mechanic. I'm certain the people at Pro-Import are honest. They actually advised me not to get repairs done and to mitigate an issue with continual maintenance because it wasn't a good investment since I don't plan on having my car for a long time. They were very nice and professional. While I didn't hang out there, I did notice they had free wifi and some snacks available for customers. They worked quickly and were very pleasant and friendly. They aren't the cheapest shop in town, but, they aren't expensive, either. They are very particular about who they hire, too. Finding an honest and skilled mechanic is a very big deal and if you look at my reviews, I am not easy to please and I do not have a fear of giving poor reviews. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars because a good mechanic is so difficult to find. read more

I needed to get the 60,000 mile service done on my 08 Lexus IS250. I generally take my car to the dealership for repairs, however being quoted over $1200 essentially for spark plugs and inspection I decided to look elsewhere which led me to Pro Import. They did my 60k service for half the cost, didn't try to sell me on services the car doesn't need and had the job completed in just a few hours. Pro Import made a customer out of me. I took my 2011 Nissan Juke for an oil change and overall car check up last week. I just moved back to the area and finding a good mechanic is hard, after reading all the positive reviews I took my car in. Immediately when I walked in they were super friendly and easy to work with. I dropped off my car the night before, and the next day they called told me that my car looked great, but my rear brakes were worn and needed new ones, they gave me a great price, and about 3 hours later my car was ready. I was referred to Pro Imports by a friend and so happy that I went to them! I had originally taken my car to the Honda dealership (as usual) to look at a rattling sound at the front of my car - they quoted that I needed new struts at $1500. I wanted to get a second opinion and took to Pro Imports - they looked over my struts and said they were perfectly fine and that it was my balance bar, a $200 repair!
