I chose this salon after reading the reviews on Google. Now I don't go anywhere else. The service is great. The prices are comparable and everyone in the salon does great work. I get compliments on my nails all the time. They want to help your nails stay healthy and strong. Went in there yesterday to get my lashes, brows, manicure and pedicure. I was told they couldn't use my new polish i bought with me and when I asked if I could get a clear gel coat atop of that polish for my feet since the gel color I chose from the wheel of nails was not an option per the technician and was told that I couldn't have that done. In short i got my brows waxed and died, lashes done (short) and a basic pedicure which decided to forgo the polish due to the above incident which the technician quickly acted incoherant of english and a toddlers feet and nails polished ($10 and we bought her own polish) and I was charged $108! NEVER AGAIN and had I questioned pricing even with the brochure it wouldn't have added up to that. So from here on out im supporting my own! read more

If you don't mind being talked about when you voice a preference/concern or made to feel like you don't know what you're talking about this is a great choice! This nail "salon" has slowly gone down the drain over the past few years when it comes to cleanliness, customer service, professionalism, and RESPECT. Majority of the staff can't handle any type of constructive criticism. They back each other up and you will always be wrong. They would much rather talk sh!t about you in their native language than attempt to talk with their customer (you...sitting right in front of them) to come up with a solution. They will have an obviously logical excuse for every problem you may have with your service. Some staff members are much more focused on getting back to their movie, show, etc. on their laptops/tablets in the pedi chairs. Well excuse us for interrupting you lol. You may not see it on your first, second, or even third visit but I guarantee you if you begin to come on a regular basis you will notice that they don't give a sh!t about you or what you're talking about while in there. You might as well skip the small talk....."Just pick a color and pay me your money hunni." Oh and shout out to Na because she was THE BEST with the mani/pedi massages before going on maternity leave. read more

Not bad. The people were very nice--especially the lady who gave me a pedicure. I want to say her name is Lily, but I can't remember. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure last thursday. My hands and feet still look great! This place is clean enough. It's your run of the mill nail shop. Nothing new, unusual, or fancy. I was there during a week day, so there were only 2 other customers there who both left during my service. If you want a cheap and decent mani/pedi, this is your place. I definitely recommend it over Trix nails, and those other chains. read more

Been there several times and I havent had a bad experience yet. Lan is super friendly and does a consistently great job. I try to go first thing when they open but even when it's packed and people are waiting, she takes her time and inspects every single nail for perfection. Only minor complaint is that there are not many regular polish colors available but the bright side is they have a TON of gel colors to choose from. read more

I went on yelp looking for a nail salon in my area, because I had moved recently, and I found this salon, I was really nervous because I had been going to the same women for the last 9 years, I called and made an appointment with Lilly, she was very concerned with my issues, she was polite and she listened to all of my concerns, she is good at everything that she did my mani/pedi, and my designs, and the price was great, I totally recommend this place, this is my new spot, I am feeling like she is much better than the women I didn't want to leave, thanks Lilly, I am your new customer! read more

When I walked in the technician greeted me with a smile and she invited me to her chair. She inquired about what liked and then she began to work on my nails. I got a full set, she was patient, worked on my nails and engaged me in small talk. I love the color, love the look I would recommend it to anyone I'll definitely be coming back to see them again my technician was Lisa. read more

I absolutely LOVE Pro Nails. I always get asked who did your Nails and who did my eyebrows or lashes. Lilly is the best in the business. I have done GEL, ACRLIC and PINK PWDER on my nails and I am very very satisfied every time. I never go anywhere else. I normally go to this salon for my eyebrow waxing and to get a polish change on my toes along with an overlay. Last week, I went in and asked for something different- shellac. The lady that sits in the first chair on the left, immediately said yes and to pick my color. I asked if they had mood polish and she said yes. So, the guy who sits in the back on the first is beginning my manicure and I asked him if he had shellac or gel and he said they're all the same. I, then, asked another lady if they had shellac and she replied no, but we have plenty of gel colors. I was disappointed after wanting shellac but they gave me regular gel. I was also disappointed that I was deceived and their lack of knowledge between shellac and gel. If you're looking for shellac, do not go to this place! Last Friday was my first time at Pro Nails and I must say it was the best I had ever been to! the prices were great and so was the customer service. Lily did my gel for my nails and they look amazing and for the first time ever they feel amazing. We were the last ones to leave but they did not rush nor half way do the job. I went based on reviews off of Yelp, and I definitely made the right choice. I made an appointment with Lily, she was friendly and engaging, and she really knew what she was talking about, commenting on the state of my nails and feet an how to care for them. For a callus removing pedicure and a gel manicure it was $55, which is great compared to other salons. The salon was clean, and the only thing I think they could fix is they should display their nail technician licenses (I only saw one for display). My gel manicure has lasted for 2 weeks, so I will definitely be going back. read more

I used to go there all the time, would only let Billy do my nails. The other lady made a hole in my fingernail because she was more concerned about watching out the door than what she was doing. I called to make an appointment with Billy one day and was told he no longer works there. I thanked them and hung up. Anyone know where Billy works now? I have been going to this salon for eyebrows and nails for a couple months now, I have never had a bad experience until now. Your always taking a risk when getting your eyebrows waxed by someone but I always let the technician know exactly how I like them before they get started. This time I had a new eyebrow tech, I explained to her how I like my eyebrows my exact words were "Keep them thick, I just want them cleaned up". I thought we were on the same page but after she finished and I saw my brows in natural lighting I instantly started crying. Not only did she make them so thin that's there's barely any hair...they were super uneven! Another tech tried to fix it but my eyebrows were too far gone I never wanted them to be this thin in the first place. I'm so upset because even when I fill my brows in they look horrible and I feel so self-conscious now. I will never let anyone at Pro Nails touch my face ever again!!! read more

I wasn't that impressed. When I got there they sat me right away for a pedicure. They were very friendly and spoke English pretty well. When the guy that did my pedicure first started he cut me and I started to bleed. Then when I asked him to cut the extra part of my nail, the owner had to switch places with him cause he didn't know how to do it. Then came the callus scrub, after he put the scrub stuff on , the bottoms of my foot started to burn. When he went back to getting more skin off he cut me again! But I must say when he got to the massaging the leg part, I was in heaven. He must have massaged me for at least 15 min on each leg. I paid 35 dollars. If I go back I'm going to ask for the lady next time. read more

Will never go back here again, when i first started going here in 2011 when i moved into the area it was decent. Lately they have slacked and they are rude. Also there credit card machine they claim was acting up so they gave me a generic recept and copy my debit card, well so far they are charged me three times for a service I paid for almost two weeks ago. It was very bad for me. Some of the issues were: they recycle their toe separators, flip flops and pumus stones, which is not sanitary. The nail tech questioned me repeatedly about getting the deposable flip flops back. I am very cautious on where I go to get my nails done as a family member caught toe fungus in a nail shop. It is really hard to get rid of...plus your toe nails turn black, and your liver has to be tested for days to ensure you can take the medicine that cures toe fungus. To top it off - my nails were not completely buffed out and kept catching on clothes and the paint began peeling less than 24 hours...without washing dishes or any chores. I will not be returning as the risk to catching something for me is too high, plus I had to salvage my nails myself. It was a waste of time. read more

Awesome place! Everything that is important for a nail salon to get right: cleanliness, NEW polish (old polish will crack faster than new), customer service, nail prep, and a tech that takes their time to do it right is all found here. I am a regular here and I can't tell you enough good things. It is one of the only places that I see someone cleaning stations after each customer leaves. They take their time and do everything right. I have been to salons where if you order the most basic service, you get rushed out of the door. Not here, you can get an old fashioned manicure and a basic pedicure and you are treated like gold. My polish on a basic predicure can last up to 3 weeks in perfect condition and my basic, non-gel manicures can go up to 2 weeks with no chips. They are AMAZING!!!! Also, I don't jsut see just one tech. I can verify that they are ALL VERY, VERY good, although I have to say that thus far Loan (pronounced lo-ann) is so far the best. read more
