Pro Pacific has been a gamechanger when it has come to our home life experience. When we moved here, we had an ant infestation almost immediately. After quizzing neighbors the consensus was Pro Pacific was the best at what they did in the area, however I concede i was skeptical. That skepticism quickly subsided with their initial visit that involved both a thorough interior as well as exterior spray - he was here for over 2 hours! Since the initial spray they have come back to do an exterior spray every 2 months, however as part of their service should there be a reoccurence of infestation (whether it be exterior or interior) they will come to address the issue free of charge. The original routine schedule was set for last Wednesday between 8 AM to 6 PM. However, the technician did not arrive until 5:30 PM. So I contacted the company, and they were able to connect me to the technician that was assigned for the day. The technician clearly explained that he had to treat other houses with emergency requests, and that he will not be able to come after all. He provided few available dates for the service, so I picked the service for the next day because I had since moved all my furniture away from the wall for the treatment. The technician who called me was very friendly and I did not mind not getting the service for the day because he clearly explained of his situation. The next day, a different technician named Pedro contacted me and explained that his estimated time arrival was in one hour. I mentioned to him that that timeframe is OK with me and to come and treat our house inside and also outside. Pedro came to my house on time. He mist have read the call history or informed by his team about my situation and apologized on behalf. After treating the garage, he asked me to wait because he will need to wear his booties/shoe covers (we dont wear shoes inside the house). I really liked the fact that he was being considerate. He explained where he will treat each time and the whole process was flawless. Lastly, he asked me if I would like to get a paper invoice or if the email will suffice. I picked the latter option. Made an appointment with Jordan and showed him the bee infestation in my wife's compost bin here in Los Alamitos. He set up and appointment with Steve from the Anaheim location to do his magic. Steve showed up by 900a the next day, fully prepared with his equipment. I was impressed by his knowledge and execution of his task. He patiently removed the hive humanely for relocation. The honeycombs were still in their early stage, no pupae. Got to keep them to give show to my next-door neighbor who is an elementary school teacher. This company did a good job initially getting rid of our mice problem. Once paid the follow up is horrible. They were supposed to be back between 8am and 11am today. No call, and lots of excuses as to why they didn't show up. Just another example of a service company that doesn't stay true to word and makes false promises. These guys came out to look at a house I moved into recently. It had been under an unnamed large pest company's care that rhymes with Jorkin. The big company came out in the morning to respond to a call I made about scratching noises in the attic. Big company man pokes his head into the attic, places traps within arm reach, then points to a hole outside where rats were getting in and told me to get it fixed by a handyman. I was flabbergasted. Isn't that the job of the pest control company? I asked him, and he replied that they aren't allowed to close openings that large. The hole is about 3 " in diameter I love ProPest in Los Angeles, so I called them first, but they don't service Orange County. Their office, however, referred me to ProPacific, and I'm so glad they did. Jordan came out a few hours later, even though I had an appointment the following day, because a spot opened up. When Jordan got here HE ACTUALLY ENTERED THE ATTIC. He also walked everyone around the house and in the garage and found several access points where rats were getting in. Furthermore, he offered to have a crew come and rat proof the house. They will also set traps - even outside of arms length- in the attic and garage and come back until all rats are gone. The difference in service is unbelievable. Pro pacific even has an attic clean up service that I will be scheduling to remove all evidence of the little guys and sanitize/replace insulation. Everything was explained well and courteously. Prices totally reasonable. So happy to be in good hands now. Death to rats . read more

Their sense of urgency was impeccable. Very curtious, professional and helped educate me on general knowledge of bee's. I've never had this done before, so I naturally thought $300.00 was outrageous. And he said that was a discounted price. I actually thought they would relocate the honey bee's, but that would have been another $200.00. I would recommend them to anyone that needs bee removal, just make sure ya have alot of money on hand. The clean up was great too and they touched up the area with paint after the removal. Super quick & professional! I had family events out in our backyard this last past weekend. And all of a sudden, after cleaning up.. a random swarm of bees came and hovered over a corner in my backyard. Given that I have lots of kids in the house & we walk past this area a lot, I needed someone to help & I needed their help quick! I called a few places & were told that they don't take care of this problem if bees aren't blah blah blah.. But I called here & I they said they could take care of it! Not only that, but what they use also kills other pests as well. The rep called a tech & expressed the urgency of the situation. The tech called me within 15-20 minutes after I got off with the rep, and said he was on his way. I was so glad I went with Pro Pacific. They were quick, professional, and took me seriously. A measure of great service is what does the company do when a service tech or CS agent does meet contract requirements or you expectations. It happens we are after all human. Since Pro took over PPC some of their CS agents were not completely up to the task. They seem to have corrected that. Phone service and automated messaging has improved. Most of their techs are seasoned professionals. I did have one early this spring who was not fully trained on interior treatment application. I let PPPC know and they promptly offered a no charge redo, which I declined. The technicians who showed the following much were fantastic, well trained and efficient. I had a tricky situation in my room addition that had no attic access. We had a rat problem that another company just told me there wasnt anything they could do to help us. Pro Pacific initially put traps in my main attic that got a rat in a few days. Then put in an access to the room addition through the attic if the original build. Sealed all of the small entry points and now there are traps over the room we had no access to. They will come out and check/remove the traps. They were very professional and I will use them for all our pest control needs. read more

Way to expensive for what they did. Literally came in and put poisonous paste throughout my little apartment. After asking them to not put it where my pets can get to it, they put it where my dog was licking it. I had to clean it off and remove the dead bugs. $400 for what? Pro Pacific was doing a monthly pest control at our on 9/30/20 they did a piss poor job at our house my wife and I were at our house all day and never saw the person Paul there supervisor called and stated their gps showed him at our address for 11 minutes per our service agreement they were to knock on our door because we time how long before we can let our pets in the yard again after pesticides applied also they per agreement they are to wipe away the cobwebs this alone takes 15 minutes which they didn't perform I have pictures to prove they didn't perform their duties I highly recommend you do not use this service all did was defend the driver and piss poor performance they are crap and still trying to charge us for crappy service don't use them you won't receive the service they promise you good luck read more

So my wife and I have been using Pro Pacific Pest Control now for about 2 years. We generally have the same technician that comes once a month on the same scheduled day each month. For the most part my wife and I have been satisfied with our service and the technician. Our basic service generally consists of spraying around the "Base of the house" and at times the "Perimeter" of the yard. Also, they use a duster tool to remove any Cobb webs and whatnot from under the eaves. This has been the status quo for a while now, and all was good. YESTERDAY, a different technician came to our house and apparently forgot where the BASE of the house is. He took it upon himself to use the pesticide/bug killer and spray up under the eaves of the house. Result was the pesticide/bug killer leaves a residue/ new STAIN on the paint of our house. Key note (house was just repainted a year ago). When I got home and saw what had transpired, I immediately called the office and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was assured that they would call me in the morning. Well about noon (my lunch time from my job) I decided to call and ask what's up. I got another customer service agent that said the supervisor would TRY to contact me by days end. I asked this agent " What happens if I don't receive a call?" Her answer which has pretty much sealed the deal for us was and I quote " Then you can call back tomorrow and try again." Is this company for real???? $50 dollars a month for someone to spend approximately 15 min at our house and spray seems a bit pricey but it seems to be the going rate. The most insulting part is the wait time while calling in to speak to an agent and listening to the recorded messages telling you how terrific they are and that CUSTOMER CARE is their number one priority. What a sham. As soon as something goes wrong good luck contacting someone about it. I hope this helps those of you out there looking for a reputable company to provide pest control services. I will try to post follow up photos of technician spraying at or near or home cameras as well. I can't access my wife's shared photos Well today is July 28th, the day that was scheduled to remove all residue from our paint on the house. They sent out a Technician (Manny), who was extremely pleasant and listened to my concerns. That's where it stops. At no time did the manager Ricky, that was mentioned by Patrick M. Business Manager, advise, come by and assess the damages, or be pro active in ANYTHING. To my surprise, Manny had expressed that Ricky told him that there were just a couple spots that needed to be wiped down. After Manny saw the drippings in the paint from the pesticides, (at which point he looked astonished due to the scope of work), he kindly let me know that it would have to be rescheduled. Another day off of work to be home so this company can fix their wrong doings. One would assume that after talking to a customer about the whole situation they might venture out of the office to see what the problem really is. Not true with this company. Be forewarned, just because they post a follow up comment saying the correct words on a review does not mean that it's really being taken care of!! Hell they can't even cancel service correctly. That's a whole different topic. Do yourselves a favor, keep looking for a different provider. read more

I called Pro Pacific for an estimate on bee removal from my chimney. I could see bees at top of chimney, and inside house on adjacent window. Jordan (techician) provided the estimate onsite and he appeared to be very knowledgeable, too. He also was practicing social distancing, too.
