We called this company and made an appointment to rid us of bees. My husband had sprayed the honeycombs a couple times but he didn't know if they were all dead so we were happy when Daniel called back quickly and said he'd be over in a few minutes. He was very professional and wore plastic boot covers when he was in our house. He told us that our spraying did kill all the bees but it would still cost $150 to remove the honeycomb, sweep up the dead bees and spray insecticide so they would not return. We are happy he came and completed our job quickly. We would call this company if we have any trouble with pests in the future. Thanks, Daniel. The staff was extremely helpful and right now since we're dealing with a pandemic, they even took extra steps to insure not only my safety but theirs as well. In the midst of the coronavirus crisis, and the subsequent "shelter at home" edict, we were pretty upset when we noticed several bees in our family room. They were obviously coming from the fire place. We placed a call late Friday afternoon, and Pro Pacific answered. The tech came the next morning, as promised, dressed in protective gear (which we greatly appreciated in this heightened time), and efficiently addressed the problem and a reasonable solution. There we a couple of bees in my condo which was concerning because my dog is highly allergic. I could not reach them because they were in the windows in the vaulted ceiling. I called Pro Pacific Pest control and they were able to schedule me the same day almost within the hour of calling them. Technician Mr. Daniel Clark came out within two days. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and easy to understand. Easy to communicate all my concerns (Covid19, prices, optional estimates, procedures, etc). Very up to date with Covid19 protection and Social Distancing. Daniel Clark, super kind and exceptionally understanding my concerns and worries. Always respond back promptly and in detail via text, email and phone call. Few days later I was able to find earlier date and earlier time appointment. Continuation of super nice and super knowledgeable service staff (Victor and Max). I had a swarm of bees come and invade one of my trashcans. I didn't want to kill the bees so I found pro pacific to not only get rid of the bees but to transport them alive to a bee keeper. What a process! Bobby first came out and gave me an estimate and made sure they could get the bees and save them. An hour later Jordan came and harvested them! He even took my trash can to the curb for me since the next day was trash day! It feels good to know I helped to send the bees to a good home and get my trash can back! read more

We were in an epic battle against a never-ending army of ants that had raged for several days. At first it was a few ants and we easily got rid of them. Then more would show up but we did the same thing. There were times we thought we won only to soon realize that we in over our heads as more and more ants kept showing up. So I Yelped an extermination company and several dozen popped up. I read tons of reviews and requested quotes using Yelp's feature. All of them responded but their approach varied and didn't come off friendly, professional, or knowledgeable. As a matter of fact, some people were pretty vague. They would say things like, "it depends" or "we need to have someone come out to inspect" or "we don't service that area" even though their office was less than 5 miles from our home. Pro Pacific Pest Control was the outlier. I called after 6 p.m. knowing that they were closed according to Yelp hoping that someone would answer. And Mike did! He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was not vague in the least. On the contrary, he explained their services and pricing and even recommended one based on what I told him. He said he would have someone come out the next morning between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and James showed up at 10:15 a.m. He even called to let me know when he was on his way. James was very cool and friendly. He did a great job explaining how and why he was treating certain areas for the ants and other pests like silverfish and wasps. Sadly he works in the Inland Empire so we won't see him again. I hope that the next technician is just as great. I'm fairly certain based on the service from Mike and James that I will be satisfied. As far as the ants are concerned, they became like Houdini. Poof! All gone. The next day I saw dead crickets around the house and a few spiders, too. I am extremely satisfied with the experience so far and as long as the service continues, it should remain this way. read more

Sadly I no longer recommend this business. I have used them for approximately 12 years and they were the best. The end of 2021 the company seemed to change. They started coming out to spray without notifying me. They sprayed 1/4 of my property and billed me for $100.00! I keep my property locked because I have a dog. I called them and they did come out again the first time but not the second. I tried talking to the supervisor and manager but received no satisfaction. I did cancel my service after the second incident in January. I tried calling again last week and was put on hold and than my call dropped. read more

This is the second time we've had Pro Pacific come to our rescue due to uninvited guests of the insect variety. The first time was a couple of years ago when we had a bee infestation that swarmed and set up residence inside our walls. They took care of that, finding the small place that was allowing entry and sealing it permanently. No more problems. The latest was a mystery buzzing (that sounded REALLY annoyed) in the exhaust vent over our stove -- it was pretty disconcerting, to say the least. Turns out it was a couple of wayward beetles and not the wasps or bees we were dreading. No charge for the inspection! We decided to sign up for their quarterly spraying -- and they did the first one right then. Very thorough -- cleaned up a lot of spider webs that had accumulated -- including the corner in our garage we not so affectionately referred to as "black widow alley," and there is such peace of mind. Charged us $1,280 for an exclusion for our home because we had some issues with rats. They did the exclusion and a one month trapping. Rats turn up a month later and they said it wasn't in our one year warranty and wanted to charge us $600 more. We called up several other companies for consultation and with a quick skim of the exterior of the home they could see areas that were never sealed up.
