I called this company to clear the kitchen drain which was backed up. I was at work and didn't have time to deal with it. The plumber arrived and ran a 3/8" snake through the main clean out. He told me the drain was so clogged with gunk the drain couldn't not be cleared with a snake and piping needed to be replaced. I was watching him on my home security camera and he was sitting in his van for 2 1/2 hours of the 3 hours he was there. I called my wife and told her to let me talk to the guy. I asked why he was using a 3/8" snake instead of a 1/2"? He said my drain was too brittle to run a 1/2" snake. I asked why he hasn't checked under the kitchen sink which he said he didn't need to because the clog was in the main drain line. He quoted me $5k even though he never went under the house to see how much pipe would need to be replaced. I told him 90% had already been replaced with ABS. He told me it was a flat rate regardless of how much work it was, which is absolutely crazy. Little did these guys know that I'm a refrigeration technician and deal with commercial plumbers all the time. I also re-piped 90% of the copper water lines myself. I left work early, rented a 1/2" snake to see how bad it was clogged. What do you know, the drain was not clogged at all. I went under the kitchen sink, pulled apart the ptrap and found a small clog which I cleared myself. This company is a complete scam. Pro Plumbers Inc is a fraudulent business, they clearly mis-lead, lie, and steal from their customers. Pro Plumbers tech intentionally lied about the services required to fix a clogged toilet drain. The clogged toilet drains leads to the main drain, which is separate. Tech claimed that the main drain was clogged and fully backed-up with water, which was completely false. They quickly pretended to fully snake the main drain which was never clogged in the first place, he also said he ran a camera to see the clog but he couldn't show me, blamed it on an angle pipe the camera couldn't get to. Sure buddy. If that wasn't enough, then proceeded to up-sell to a water hydro-blast service of some sort, which wouldn't help since it would be in the wrong pipe which wasn't even clogged. Bruh, try being honest for a change but I guess not. Pro Plumbers is unethical in how they treat their customers and should be out of business. The toilet handle fell off and the flapper was degenerating so I called this company. They have several locations. . The woman in the call center was very nice. The plumber could not come until the next day. The next day I received texts from the company confirming the scheduled time and the plumber sent a biography of his experience. My expectations were not too high because of a bad plumbing experience long ago, but they were nice on the phone--and though they had to reschedule, they were very sincere, and truly apologetic. I had a plumber from Pro-Plumbers come out to my apartment to give me a quote for a small job. They did not perform the work. The appointment process was easy and I received a heads up text which was very helpful. The plumber arrived without a facial mask and when I asked him to go get one he did. He wore it under his nose and pulled it down several times when speaking. I felt unsafe. The plumber explained how simple the job would be and how quickly he could get it done. He then quoted me an unusually high price and asked for a $50 fee (for coming out to scope out the work). He never showed me the price breakdown. I ended up hiring someone who did the job for a little bit less than 1/5th of this quote. read more

We have used them on multiple occasions. The first time in July when our new home was not cooling down with the ac on. We waited over 8 hours for it to cool but nothing but a few degrees cooler. They arrived within a few hours after our call and hours early than they stated. They did a full maintenance and tested everything to make sure it was working properly. Pro-Plumbers is a very professional and courteous company. I called Frankie the owner on Sunday afternoon because my hot water heater went out that morning. Frankie asked me if I wanted him to come out on that Sunday but he advised me he would have to buy the hot water heater from Hone depot and that if I needed parts for it in the future I would have trouble getting parts because Home Depot sells the hot water heater but doesn't have parts for it in the store because their hot water heaters aren't MADE IN AMERICA. I appreciate him educating me on that very professional of him . Frankie and his crew came to my house first thing Monday morning and did a professional job installing the hot water heater. Frankie also let me know my water pressure was at a dangerously high level and I needed a pressure regulator to lower the dangerous high water pressure. This potentially could've saved me thousands of dollars from a pipe bursting due to the high pressure. Frankie also replaced the internal guts and flappers on both of my toilets. Frankie and crew did not only clear a blocked drain, they discovered and REPAIRED a slew of problems that were left behind by the first plumbing company who installed all plumbing in our newly constructed house.
