Needed a compressor leak check, they came in, inspected it. Found the leaks. Had them come back in the next week to replace the tank with brass caps. Fixed the unit, quick and effectively. we called prodigy plumbing to look at our old and broken-down sewer pipes, and to do some other miscellaneous work. The big ticket item was a break in our sewer main, which they had to cut up some concrete and dig down to access. once they got there, they found the break had been sealed in with concrete. They removed the concrete at no additional charge which we appreciated very much. They fixed the break, descaled our sewer, and gave us an epoxy liner. Then they sealed the hole back up again and installed an access panel above it. the newly laid concrete is professionally done so you hardly notice the trench they had to cut. they also gave us a new standpipe for our washer and disconnected a pipe which the previous sellers had installed incorrectly, in such a way that it did not drain. overall we are incredibly happy with the work they did and will definitely be considering them for any future work we might need. read more

Always get three estimates; they were the third, and turned out to be the one we picked. We had a leak coming from the foundation next to the hot water copper pipe so he suggested a re-route with "PEX". He thought "Re-pipe" of the whole house was not necessary at this time. My old hotwater heater went out so I called Prodigy Plumbing. I had previously used them to unplug my kitchen drain. For that they did a good job and were reasonably priced. For my hot water heater they were there the next morning to evaluate my old unit. It needed replacing. The gave me the option of purchasing one of their heaters or supplying my own which they would install. I chose to purchase one of theirs. It was installed the next morning by Jerry and his assistant. They hauled my old heater away along with packing materials from the new unit. Called Prodigy on a Saturday night hoping to just leave a voicemail for a next-day appointment scheduling call back on clearing a bathroom drain. Instead, a live agent was able to record my information and the next morning Prodigy gave me a call and was able to send Steven within 30 minutes. Steven was extremely thorough in explaining the piping system of my house and provided very informative suggestions on improving my bathtub drainage. In addition, Steven also cleaned out my sink and went under the house to perform a thorough pipe check and gave me a progress on its current status. When I recently starting having problems with a leaky toilet, I decided to call Prodigy after receiving an email offering $100 off any future service (with no fine print). Steven G. was dispatched and did an excellent job of evaluating the problem, determining the issue and fixing the leak. Steven is worth 5 stars!! My price shock came when I was provided with an estimate to replace the toilet in the amount of $1,306 including the toilet or $1,045 if I supplied the toilet. Having recently remodeled another property, I was familiar with the price of toilets and labor. Bottom line, I would recommend Prodigy if pricing is not an issue however for anyone on a budget or fixed income, please do your homework and get comparable quotes. After several attempts to contact Mark, he eventually reached out to me. I was surprised that the guys still work for him and he could offer no explanation on why the size the filter. He thinks my handyman who he thinks isn't good was able to measure the filter size correctly. The Walmart filter was marked to show it was for my unit. I got the right size filter rather quickly by using the model number of my unit. It seems strange that licensed workers could not measure properly. The filter was really smashed up by being forced into the wrong size hole. I guess Mark's people like putting 10 lbs into 5 lbs bags. Still no explanation on why the screwed up or how this is being prevented from happening. read more

We worked with this company for the first time yesterday and have no complaints. Communication was good, on time, received a phone call day before to confirm and day of. Steven came to our home and we highly recommend him. I hope the boss/owners see this because Steven is a keeper! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. New homeowners but I do research and ask around and I had a few questions for everything he did and what if questions and pricing questions and I even said "sorry but I like to know in detail" he said of course, better to ask then not. Okay, so their prices are a tad higher probably than most to be honest but they were so professional, on time and did it the same day! We got lucky and I trust their work. For jobs that you need to be done right or that are big jobs or jobs that need permits go with them, yes you may pay more but you get what you pay for. Small jobs I would maybe use someone else but they do offer 10% off for a year if you do their membership. It is worth it if you know you are going to do more work within 12 months. Only advice is maybe lower the prices a little or offer more deals for new homeowners, or that 10% change to 15%. We did a total of three things and feel better we did. Robert asks questions beforehand to get a good idea of what the problem is and come with what he needs, He explains what he finds each step and lets you know what they need to do. When you have a plumbing issue it can be stressful But not with Prodigy Plumbing. We have used them before for a quick snake. However this time I feared it was worst when my son texted me emergency at home mom. The water was gushing from the kitchen facet. I wasn't home at the time. My 14yr old thankfully turned off the water. I immediately called Prodigy to see about getting someone out ASAP. Phil at dispatch picked up and said they were all booked for the day but would call me back in 10mins to see what he could do. When he called back he said he could have a tech out in 25mins A customer called and cancelled last min which opened up a slot for me. How lucky wow that was quick. So grateful for the speedy turn around. When Lexo the tech got there and looked at the issue we both feared it was a busted pipe based on the description my son gave him, however he dug a little deeper trying to make sure that was the problem. It's like a complicated puzzle sometimes, you never know how long it will take. Lexo managed to solve the puzzle in less than 15mins, now the trick would be getting the right tool and making sure it worked. He ran out to get the tool meanwhile his supervisor Matt who was in the area came over to help him out. Very awesome to have such great service. They both were able to fix the issue and not break any tile which was a very likely possibility at one point. They were so clean and tidy with their work as well. I hate stressing about pluming issue and they totally came to the rescue.
