I have hired Pros to move my fancy furniture and heard about Professional moving company from two of my co-workers who have used them. We have a beautiful antique applewood dining table, from the Civil War period. Love that it is so old and so beautiful and so meticulously constructed. After suffering through 2 moves, one curved leg had broken :(( and a few metal decorative items had fallen off :(( We are all very worried about ruining the desk by having someone doing a poor job! The movers were very, very careful and wrapped table carefully and it arrived in perfect condition :)) If you have a treasure needing special attention and you don't know whom to trust, PLEASE call Alex at Professional moving company! Yay I moved! These movers were really great. They showed up on time and loaded up my stuff with ease. They were really nice and friendly. Booking the move was a breeze, they were incredibly responsive via both phone and email and stuck to the quoted price once the job was done. My only qualm, and it's a small one, is I was promised a 3-man crew but only had 2 movers, so it went a little slower than I was expecting. Still, my move went really overall! read more

Finding a moving company is always rough, but very happy I found Professional Moving Company. Igor and Andrew were fast, careful, helpful, and easy to work with. We didn't experience stalling on their end, but we were all packed up and ready to go. The only thing that did take some time was the disassemble and assembly of the bed, but they were careful and did a great job. We did supply our own mattress moving covers, but they supplied the garment carriers which was great. We will definitely use them again for any future moves. read more

We needed to move our daughter from Orange (recent Chapman graduate) to her new apartment in Riverside. I got several quotes through the Yelp app (how helpful that you can do that through the app!!). Professional Moving Company responded quickly and answered all my questions. We reconfirmed the movers the day-before-the-move. Then again one hour prior to arrival. We used the three-man crew. We had boxed everything in advance, all my daughters hanging clothes were protected by bags on the hanger. When Igor and his crew arrived they put all her hanging items into the wardrobe boxes that they brought (we purchased all of our own boxes at Home Depot). They disassembled her bed and reassembled it in the new apartment. There was one item that got damaged, a "desk" table from IKEA, they wrap everything with the plastic wrap to protect it, the table leg pulled a screw loose. The crew had already noticed the damage and they were able to repair it on-site. Overall the move was a total success and I highly recommend Igor and his crew. Used them on a recent move. Their price was lower than everyone else by a few dollars. They were on time and ready to go. The two movers were much slower than I would have expected and when they arrived, they said oh there is an extra $60 charge for each piano which I was told was included from the original sale. I told them if that has changed, you can get in the truck and leave. Called the boss and it was a "mistake", uh huh sure....I would consider using them again but I did think they were a bit slow, probably on purpose. read more
