I used this company again like I said I would from my previous review back in June. What can I say? Again, they provided excellent customer service. Spoke with Kate a couple of weeks ago and scheduled me with no problems at all. I asked her if I can request the same crew that assisted me last time. She said she will try depending on what the schedule was like for the movers. I did my move on 11/6/2021. I received a call from Eddie at 0800. He stated that he will be handling my move along with his two partners. They weren't the same guys I had before. Eddie told me he will be at the storage facility in 45 minutes from when be notified me. Eddie and his crew were on time. Right when Eddie got to location he and his crew went to work. They moved everything out of both storage facilities with efficiency and methodically. Eddie and his crew moved everything out in a timely manner. They arrived at my new home and unloaded everything. They moved the big furniture into the house with no problem at all. Eddie was making sure his guys were careful moving furniture into my house so the new paint and floors don't get scratched or damaged. After talking to several moving companies and comparing rates, I ended up choosing Professional Moving Company. Andrey came by the same day. He was very professional and polite. I asked him why would I choose their company over this other companies who's price rates were better. He went on to tell me that the reviews speak for its self and that he had been with the company for some time. I didn't particularly agree about the reviews after being told that some companies give you discounts for rating them five star review. But I went ahead and decided to use them, because 1, when I called they were very polite and listened to my needs, and 2, a again Alex was very professional and represented the company well. He called me a couple of days before the move to confirm that they would be here early in the morning to get me move. The morning of my move, Alex called me to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived, Alex introduced himself and we went over the paperwork and what was agreed on. Along with Alex where, Vladimir, Sasha and Ariel. They worked their butts off and worked fast yet very careful with my things. I had bought my own seran wrap and bubble wrap and they were very fine with using that and didn't pressure me into having to us their supplies. They gote everything packed and loaded on their truck. They followed me into my new home and I had lunch there waiting for them. We got there and I partially had to tell them to please take a lunch break. After eating, it was back to getting my things off the truck and in the right rooms. Again they are very fast but yet gentle with my belongings. This team of four was so good, I couldn't asked for a better crew. I am leasing for a year until I get my new home bill, and you better believe I will be using Professional Moving Company again and hopefully can request the same crew. What should've been an easy 3-hour job for some reason took 6 hours. The guys seemed nice at first so we left them alone to do their thing, but then came to find out that after two hours they still weren't done loading the truck. Granted, we had minimal furniture to move. They also charged us double the hourly rate for driving because we lived 14 miles away, where if we were 10 miles they wouldn't have. The person responding on Yelp was very quick initially which we liked, but when I asked him about what the prorated cost should be he never responded so we just paid the guys what they asked for. Nothing was broken and they were polite so those were pluses, but definitely felt like we got taken advantage of with the charges. Felt like the 5 star reviews were misleading. UPDATE: I will give them an extra star because the movers themselves were pleasant and I don't want them to get in trouble for this. I would just warn anyone using them to get a time estimate before booking. But I do want to support a family business. read more

These guys are just awesome!! Was moving from a condo in WeHo to a townhouse in Playa Del Rey. They showed up on time, packed everything in a jiffy, did not leave a mess and cleaned after themselves! When we got to my new place, they stairwell there is kinda narrow and I was anticipating for them to start complaining and such. Not even for a sec! I saw real professionalism there!
