I wish I could give 0 stars. I called a Saturday morning asking the wait time they said none. I got there and right away got seated. The lady who helped me was very nice. She was making conversation, however she was a big aggressive on the feet. When my nails were done they looked okay. However THE WORST PART IS my nails started hurting the next day. Today they HURT SO BAD. I'm not sure if there's a Hygiene issues going on or what, but i will never come back here again!! My toenails have never felt worse! read more

The Primer they use gave me a chemical burn. Its been a few days and still looks/hurts pretty bad. That black line is dried blood underneath skin and you can see the wound goes underneath the nail. read more

I came here for the first time as I run into it while driving by and it was close to the errands I had to do. Since I urgently needed a pedicure, I decided to give them a try but this new guy did a horrible job on my gel nails. Not only did he leave gel dripping off my nails (he didn't file them), when I told the lady that was doing my pedicure, she called him to correct his work. He came back and corrected his work in a rush and super rude with an attitude but never took off the color off my skin of his messy work and the gel on my nails looks so uneven. Horrible kib. My mom and I have coming here for years since it's so close by. I've always been a walk in and I can't remember ever having to wait (but I also try to come in during week days). The prices are great and the workers take their time. I typically just get regular manis/pedis but I've gotten gel nails & acrylics in the past with no complaint. i had shown them a inspo picture i wanted beforehand they said they could do it for me. when she was done with the nails she then told me i shouldn't get stars because they don't look nice then tried to convince me to get some other sticker i did not ask for i told her no it's okay i don't want a sticker then left to her car without saying anything, came back and proceeded to do the stars herself . i really tried trusting the process but she let me go after seeing they weren't even filled in right. i appreciate her taking the time on my nails but in the process she made my nail bleed from the inside and then messed up the design :/ payed $65 and charged me for gel when i did not ask for it. read more

By law they're supposed to use bags in the pedicure bow this lady asked me to pay a dollar extra for something else already supposed to be there I want to report them to the health department because nobody is using bags every woman that I see in here getting a pedicure does not have a bag in the pedicure bowl read more

I absolutely love this place. The owner's customer service is exceptional and there's never a wait. Even if all the ladies are busy the owner gets up and does nails so there won't be a wait. This place was $20 for a gel manicure, which is the lowest I've seen in Orange County. The only reason I'm not giving this a perfect five - they told me it would be a 5-10 minutes wait it was closer to 20, but they had a small staff since it was the middle of the work day - the lady who did my nails kind of put the paint all the way down on my cuticle. You can only tell looking up close though and actually it means they won't look grown out so soon. Other than that the place was clean, good supply of colors, an excellent job cutting off my dead cuticles, super nice workers and the massage at the end was great.
