The first time I came here they returned my jeans back with a black mark on them and blamed it on me saying there was no way it could have been them. They took it back and removed the stain for no extra cost but handled the situation very unprofessionally. The next time I brought a suit they gave it back and it had tags stapled to the inside of the jacket, leaving holes in my blazer. This time around they stuck 2 clothespins in my shorts and left a stain and scratch on my jacket after charging $10 for dry cleaning it. I should have learned my lesson last time. I returned a few times because they're a sweet old couple but they don't treat clothes with respect so I won't be coming back. read more

I've been here three times (and have recommended my brother who also had a jacket fitted and it looks great) and each time has been better than the last. After my grandfather passed away, I took a number of his suit jackets and sport coats and have slowly been having them fitted to my size. Upon my first visit, I went in and explained the situation and the woman was so touched, and made sure I knew my grandfather's jackets were in good hands. He was taller and had broader shoulders than I, so each jacket ends up with quite a few safety pins by time I leave, but each time I've come home with three jackets that fit perfectly! They couple that run the spot are so warm, and friendly. When I went in today to pick up a jacket that I brought in just before stay-at-home orders, they were so happy to see me and proud to show me my jacket, even sending me on the road with a Pellegrino soda! This place is fantastic! I came here to have my wedding dress altered and they took care of everything. They quoted me much less then David's Bridal and took less than half the time. I've never been to a tailor and had some anxiety about having anyone alter my wedding dress. There was no need for me to be worried. I came for two fittings and could not stop smiling. They shortened the length and added a bustle and a belt. It's run by a wonderful and kind couple. They are quick, precise, and immediately make you feel at ease. The shop is located in a two story strip mall with a parking lot in the front and back. I would suggest coming in the morning, before lunch time, as the parking lot does get busy. If you're getting something tailored and want to make a day of it, stop by the rice cake shop next door, Very Very Rice Cake Studio, or the absolutely excellent coffee shop across the street, Nothing But Coffee! I had a shirt taken in at the waist for $30. They didn't snip away the excess fabric, just left it on the inside so that it causes bulkiness when I wear the shirt now. They also altered the sleeves which I didn't ask for and now it's tight. They didn't call me after 10 days when it was supposed to be ready either. I had to call them and they couldn't find my shirt. Was told they'd call me back as they went to locate it. They called me twice to help describe the shirt.
