We were delighted to find a place that could handle a large group of 13 people without notice. We waited a bit but it was worth it. The presentation of the food was fantastic!! Look at the photos. The only drawback was the slow service but it was crowded and we were a large group. A few people ordered the AYCE catfish but it was different getting it ordered. Still overall a nice experience and we enjoyed it.

On a drive back to McDonough from Florida we stopped at Props for a quick meal before reaching home. Sports bar and a restaurant that you can go to for a celebration. Nice decor with music at conventional level. We started with the crab claws. We chose the sautéed garlic. They had lots of specials that wasn't on the menu and a full menu where there is something for everyone. We ordered one of the specials that wasn't a part of the regular menu It was a Denton Pork ribeye served with wasabi mashed potatoes a side of asparagus and topped with Korean bbq sauce. The most moist and flavorful pork we have ever experienced. Top notch in every way. also ordered . A props salad with blackened salmon. We finished our meal with a dessert from their specials which was a fried apple pie served with ice cream. Overall our meal was great, service was mediocre. Our server was friendly just not very attentive. We had to request items from other servers passing by. We will go back and give them another try

They had a concept and stuck to it as much as possible. Did I feel like I was at the airport? No, I wasn't rushed or pressed for time in the slightest (thank goodness), but I can see the vision. Big bar in the center and seats around it. Servers as flight attendants. It was nice. Food was good too, not something all airports can boast. We got the carbonara pasta, the Stone Mountain burger, beer battered fish and chips, and their meatloaf. Everything was was good, including their passengers (sides). I upgraded my fries to parmesan truffle fries, and those were delicious though near the bottom, they were super, super salty. It also came with coleslaw, and it was my first time trying a sweet coleslaw, which I found to be refreshing with a light crunch. It paired nicely with the fish, which wasn't overly oily. Their tartar sauce was good, but I don't think enough was given. I suppose I could've asked for more, so that's on me. For a place supposedly known for their steaks and seafood, the pasta was pretty good as well. Props is a bit pricy compared to other restaurants in the area, but it's worth going to for the food if you don't care much for a themed restaurant.

The interior is a bit small, so I hope to never catch it busy that I have to take the food to go, though a lot of the options would travel well. Speaking of the food, none of the proteins I've tried were a miss. They've all been tender and flavorful, though a lot of the flavor comes from the sauce they use. Perhaps the proportions are a little off for me, but I think there's a bit too much rice to protein. I'm the most upset about the amount of curry given for the Japanese curry, but I tend to like to have more curry to spoon into my rice. It was a little awkward that the potatoes and carrots were to the side instead of being cooked with the curry though. Also, the curry wasn't spicy at all, but I knew to not expect it from Japanese curry. If looking for something spicy, there are sauces that are specifically pointed out to be spicy that you can get from ordering a plate. My last thing of note is that there's an inconsistent amount of cucumber pickles given for the bowls, which is fine, but I do like it the most out of the slaw and red pickles given to as a side. I'm glad Tenmii opened up a location here from Macon! The parking is fine, but the lot is one way, which was a little confusing at first.

My rice was cold, the meat was cold, the sauce was lumpy like it had not been thawed out all the way. The sauce was over barring and I ended up just eating whatever plain rice was left in the middle of my cold pile of rice. We also ordered the gyoza ... wasn't a fan it was slimier than I'm used to with steamed gyoza. I'll come back and try the noodle dish since that seemed to be a hit with everyone in the restaurant.

Waited, waited, finally went into kitchen, 3 people standing around and asked her if we could please pay. We waited approximately 30 minutes for our check. Do you not have a manager, why weren't these other doing "take out". We gave her a good tip too! We will not be back.

Because I had somewhere to be soon after I asked her to go ahead and order for me , so that by the time I arrived my order would be coming out and I could arrive at my other destination on time. It was already after 4:30 by the time I arrived at the restaurant. When I parked I went in and there was no one at the front...so I looked around located my sis and went over and sat down. She then informed me that in the almost 20 to 30 mins she had already been sitting there no one had come over and took her drink order appetizer nor food order. She also told me that she did not know if the lady that was in our area across from us was our waitress but that she had been standing at that table with those particular patrons talking for at least 20 mins or so. She was not taking their order ...they were having a full blown conversation. We sat there a little longer and I decided to go ahead and just fix me a salad because I knew I wanted one with my entree. As I sat there eating it...I continued to look over to see if she would ever stop talking and come to our table or anyone for that matter. That was about another 10 to 20 mins. Finally while growing more impatient with the service we were NOT receiving I politely said to her...excuse me and she turned around. I asked her could someone please take our order. She proceeded to ask me..."oh SHE hasn't taken your order yet"...who SHE is we still do not know. I answered her by saying no! She then said "I think Angel Angie or something like that is your waitress...I will go get her in a minute". No urgency or anything because she stood at the table talking to the patrons at least another 15 to 20 minutes after our interaction. At this point I really just can't believe the absolute disregard and disrespect towards a customer that we were experiencing. Not knowing or realizing that it was about to be even more of a nightmare of incompetence. So she finally walks over to us after FINISHING her conversation with the couple whom had already finished eating paid and boxed up their leftovers. She says again I can't believe SHE hasn't taken your order and then ask if she can get us anything to drink. I asked about a bottled water and then decided not to get it. She went to the back and came back to inform us that the bartender would be coming over to take out order shortly. Still yet again NO urgency in customer care. Then the bartender approaches. NO hello NO apologies. Just an attitude and asked us what we wanted to order. We were over it by then and I by then needed to leave because I had somewhere else to be and had already wasted an hour or more in the restaurant that I had not yet received a drink appetizer or a meal but I wanted to make sure I paid for the salad that I was eating before leaving. So I said to her I'm really in a hurry and that's why I asked my sister inlaw who got here before me to order my food. But no one ever took the order. I said so I have to leave now but I'm not paying 13.99 for the salad but I will pay the 6.99 the amount I expected to pay had I gotten my entree like I planned on doing. The bartender proceeded to reach over and snatch up my plate while I was still eating it all while saying to me "since you're not paying for it I will take this". I knew then we had stayed given grace and been patient way too long in this situation and it was truly time to leave. So we walked out but when I got in my car I decided to go back in and ask for a manger on duty. A man came out and we started explaining to him the poor awful horrific and unacceptable service we had just received. The two employees standing over at the bar laughing immaturely as I am talking to the manager or at least that's what he said he was. I did point them out to him and I hate I did not get any names. He apologized and proceeds to offer us a meal on him at a later date. Of course we declined because I can't imagine myself stepping foot back in this Ruby Tuesday restaurant again. It is the worse experience I have EVER had at a restaurant. The place wasn't even busy and the only people sitting in our section was my sister myself and the couple the waitress was talking to. The restaurant may have had less then 15-20 people in it if that many. It was just unacceptable service period. Also I would like to notate that the salad bar was almost bare...and nothing was cooled correctly nor refreshed. After getting home later that night I had a horrible issue with my stomach and I am certain it was because of that salad bar. This Absolutely needs to be addressed. Thank You
