Stopped for quick lunch on Saturday afternoon! We had the BEST lunch. There were 7 of us and they got us right in! We thought the menu was super reasonably priced and had a great selection. We ended up sitting outside with a great server... I wish I could remember her name! The food orders were taken quickly and our food arrived promptly! I ordered the tomato basil soup. It came with a beautiful bread bowl. It was absuotly delicious. All my dining partners loved the food! I wish the food was at least good to compensate for the HORRIBLE service we received. This was our first time trying prosecco cafe and unfortunately our waiter was very unpleasant and rude. It started with him forgetting a drink we ordered than he brought us the wrong food along with asking if we would like condiments which we replied yes and he never brought those either. Never even checked on us after putting the food down. I'm pretty reasonable and have worked in customer service so i can over look all of that stuff and none of it really bothered me until we received our check and the waiter asks my husband if he can afford the bill. Horrible and disgusting thing to say to someone when you work in customer service. They add a little salad to dress up your disgusting breakfast dish in attempt to make it look like a gourmet meal. Stay away. And as for prosecco cafe, do better. The purpose of this visit was Mother's Day brunch. After a terrific plane ride along the coast of the Palm Beach with my pilot granddaughter we stopped at Prosecco café. We decided on the unlimited mimosas. This is the best deal. For our meals: I had the All American build your own omelette. My omelette was onions and cheddar cheese. I asked the onions be a little brown even burnt would be fine. It was cooked to perfection. My granddaughter had the Antipasti Ciabatta and she was delighted. The absolute worst of everything. Bad service, bad food, noisy and dirty. Our server was so slow, a toddler could walk faster. It was so loud and our server was practically whispering. The staff looked as if they could care less and it showed. I order their Prosecco Rachel for $17 and it was missing several components so it tasted like nothing. Prosecco Restaurant is a café style place to eat. They are known for their brunch menu but we went for a casual dinner date night. Sam M and I both were craving some burgers He ordered the creek-stone beef burger with potatoes. He liked his but thought it was a bit too greasy. I ordered a Baja salmon burger. It was topped with avocado slices. The salmon was cooked perfectly. I totally enjoyed mine. We were full after the meal but the desserts' choices will be ordered next time since they all looked decadent. Also, plan to go for brunch next time. Service was great with the server explaining the menu to us and being attentive throughout our meal. Seating is pretty casual inside but nicely decorated. Get here early to get a shaded spot if you want to sit on the patio. I don't recommend unlimited mimosas as due to how busy the waitress is, your glass will not runneth over. Have been wanting to visit this cafe fir a while and finally got the sweet tooth to do so. We ordered the brownie, cannoli, and the rustic tart to feed our cravings. The brownie was moist and delicious - so satisfying. I've never had a cannoli before so was really looking forward to that and it was good, but nothing that would really stand out to me. We did like the rustic tart as is was delicious in taste and a flaky pastry, but wish that it brought a little more tartness and fruit. Overall all the service and atmosphere was good. read more

You have the option to sit inside or outside patio. Service: 4/5 - obviously nothing is perfect but that doesn't mean they didn't served us well. The waitress was extremely nice and took our order in a timely manner. Food was served within 20 minutes which is the average time for a place with excellent service Food: 4/5 - we ordered creekstone farm burger with homemade potato fries and salad. Make no mistake, the fires were not French fries but rather potato cubes which were ok. They burger patty was thick and juicy but burger could have been better if the bun was not sweet, which in my opinion killed the flavor. The food was presented well, was hot and fresh Location: 5/5 - the place is located right on PGA exit which means you don't have to drive down the city to get to it. Price: 4/5 - I think the price is an important factor in choosing where you want to eat and this place is right on point. Have heard about this place for awhile so was excited to have a brunch here. Hostess said we could start at the bar since we faced potentially a 30min wait. We had to instruct her of 2 outside tables that could be put together for our party of 6 if she'd just wipe them down since the rain had stopped awhile ago, unsure what our wait would've been had we not suggested it. She was young and even shy, I get it. Adam was just devastated to have to serve us each 1 mimosa at the bar and apparently we had some nerve to ask for a pastry menu. I don't know why he chooses to show up to work at all, I am so sorry for inconveniencing him with our money. Ironically, he was the mimosa provider accompanying our actual server, something we felt amused by after asking him for anything had been such an ordeal. Our server Alexandria was solid and we were relieved to not have to interact with Adam anymore after he left a jug of mimosa to not be bothered. Poached eggs were over cooked. Steak for the and eggs were over cooked (2 orders of that). Nothing was worth the experience and atmosphere. No air conditioning with a big unit making up for it standing at the bathrooms. We didn't take full advantage of the bottomless mimosas we ordered because we didn't want to be there anymore and walked over to the better businesses in PGA Commons. All 6 of us shared the sentiments of this review and couldn't believe the attitude of Adam. Our group spent 100s and are proper tippers and won't be wasting money at Prosecco Cafe again. read more

Oh, how the mighty have fallen. On my last visit for breakfast/brunch I was literally served the worse cooked egg, with burnt (very burnt) barely warm potatoes and the rest of the plate tasteless and room temperature.
