We've spent a lot here over the years and have always supported and recommended this location. That's why my son's recent experience was so disappointing. He stopped in to get some work done, something he's done many times during slow hours. Sometimes he buys something, sometimes he doesn't, and it has never been an issue. This has always been a welcoming place. This time, a staff member told him he couldn't sit and work unless he purchased something. What made it worse was the explanation: a table of eight older gentlemen "didn't like" that he was sitting there working, and that was the reason he needed to leave or buy something. It wasn't busy, it wasn't about space, and it wasn't about a policy. It was simply another group of customers not liking his presence, and the staff acting on that. After years of loyalty, that was incredibly disappointing. If there's a new policy, that's fine, just communicate it clearly and apply it consistently. Asking a long‑time customer to leave because another table "didn't like" them is not acceptable. This experience genuinely made us rethink continuing to support this location.

I had been to this place about a year ago, and the food was great. Today, was a different story. The pho was okay, nothing special. When I received my spring rolls, it appeared that they had been in the refrigerator pre made for a couple of days. The reason I say this is because part of the rice paper wrap was hard as plastic and the meat tasted pretty old and gamy. When I brought this to the waiters attention, the way he responded was like questioning why I had eaten one already and just now complaining. Do you want to know the real reason why I ate the whole one mr. Waiter? I guess the peanut sauce was very distracting and I had ignored the fact of the hidden flavors behind it. Plus, the bean sprouts were brown and they tasted fermented. They blamed the fact on serving rotten bean sprouts on the store that they buy them from?! I don't think I'll be going back. read more

Very small restaurant that gives a mom and pop feel, service is alright BUT this food is amazing! Their fried rice with fried chicken, banh mi sandwiches, and banh xeo are the number one things I order there. The banh mi bread is fresh and very crunchy and the bbq pork was grilled to perfection. The meat is very well seasoned and the sandwich also came with very fresh ingredients.Their Hue style noodles are also a hit, the soup was very authentic and spicy just like how it should be. My only complaint is their slight stinginess on the meats! I tend to order extra meat each time I go. First time here was good and the food was great. the pho was done well and the broth was great as well the only reason for the 4 stars is the Customer service. they had a great attitude but i had to get up to ask for a check and a to go cup. It would have been better to order and pay up front and seat ourselves so we know that we have to get up to get to go cups and Drinks etc... because there was 1 person working the register and tending to everything so it takes away from the customer service of a sit down restaurant . but thats my opinion i will go back for sure and will tell others to go there. read more

People, guess what we found in the rice when we ordered to go from this place? There were TWO STRANDS OF PUBIC HAIR in our rice. Obviously, either the person who cooked the rice or the person who scooped the rice, DID NOT wash his or her hands that day. It was big chunks of hard beef that you could not chew on. I had to throw those out. It just wasn't a good either choice. I'll give them another shot, but it's very lackluster and disappointing for the price.
