I order on yelp eat24 all the time and they blatantly disregard special instructions like COOKING THE MEAT, so there is blood all over the noodles when picked up. They do not check to make sure your order is correct. So unless you're going to dine in and can correct their negligence I'd would not recommend this restaurant. This place surprised me. Came in the morning for the some pho. I wasn't disappointed. Flavor is slightly more salty than other places but still a good broth. Has a good color too. Only problem is that the pho lacked good portions of meat. Staff is responsive. The Vietnamese coffee is very strong but the thick creamy condensed milk helped to control the strong flavor. I believe they use café de monde beans. It's probably the best Vietnamese coffee minus real Vietnamese robusto beans I had in Houston. Other places water down their café de monde coffees. Ordered food for delivery, it was very fast and the order was correct. I had the grilled chicken pho and ordered the teriyaki beef vermicelli bowl. The pho broth was hot and delicious and I really enjoyed the grilled chicken as it was actually grilled chicken not the dry sliced meat that most pho restaurants serve. To start I was CRAVING a bahn- mi and my " to go " spots were closed on Sunday, not this place. Doesn't look much from the outside, can easily be missed if you're not actively looking for it. This place is well worth the drive for a perfect bahn mi. I can't tell you the mediocre bahn-mi I have come across. And finding a place where they add a perfectly cooked egg, is like Harry finding the horcrux from the Ravenclaw house. Okay maybe not that easy. But seriously (I'm not naming names) at some places where i asked for a fried egg, it's like an impossible feat. I either get it scrambled or not at all. In other places it's so well done it almost taste burnt. C'mon the whole point of the fried egg in the sandwhich is the yolk melting in to the meat to make delicious goodness. Anyways I digress... This place makes it PERFECT! The egg is just right not too runny and not over done. The meat tender and not over cooked, vegetables nice and crisp and the bread? My 1 star rating is based primarily on the horrible service I received. I arrived (lunch hour) and took a table up front. I was there for almost 10 minutes with zero service when 2 Asian gentleman arrived and seated themselves at the table behind me. These men were immediately brought menus, waters, and silverware. The waitress just looked at me (and my friend) and kept going. I had to go get my table menus and silverware before anyone would even come to our table. When they did come there was no communication except for "what's our order" of course we weren't ready since I had just grabbed our menus. When we ordered we asked for extra bean sprouts as we always do and what do ya know, we didn't receive any so we asked another waitress who just looked at us a left, never bringing the extras. No one spoke to us again until they dropped the checks and asked for payment. The pho was fine, regular pho like most other places. Will not be back read more

I tried to bring to the staff's attention the quality of the food and they laughed in my face and said I shouldn't have ordered something I wasn't familiar with.. I ordered chicken pho... This is my go to pho spot. I love everything about this place. It's small, always clean, and very attentive wait staff. It seems most people get food to go here as there are hardly ever anyone there but always people picking up to go. I can't figure out what it is that makes their broth stand out from the others but it is just down right delicious. I usually can't finish a whole bowl of pho because I get tired of the flavor after a while, but not with Pho Town. If you order the pho with lean meat you will actually get a good cut of lean beef. My wife can be very particular when it comes to meat and she had no problem eating the lean beef here. The meatballs are fantastic, not too chewy like other pho restaurants. I typically order the C6 which is a noodle bowl with "special house xo sauce" that comes with a side of broth. I have no clue what that sauce is but it's tasty. I eat about half the bowl and then poor the broth in. I have never been to Vietnam but I imagine this is exactly what you would find. I also recommend trying the winter melon drink! read more

The restaurant was pretty much empty when we came in. Yet somehow we had to wait over half an hour for our meal to come out. Everyone recommended the Pho Town Special and we ordered it. Sadly, the pho broth was cold and salty. Broth was so cold that our meat could not cook to a medium. It's pretty disappointing since I live so close to Pho Town. i really like this place but last night! man my food was a total rip off. i had got the com do bien (seafood and rice) which came with 1 sorry scallop, 3 shrimps that was the size of a penny, 3 one inch imitation crab meat, squid that looked like a skeeter joint. i did however have not even warm rice and a crap load of onions. good job guys. no love in the kitchen with my food means no cash in the register. my niece had the com ga nuong (chicken and rice dish. we both trashed our food. i might come back for their pho cause its poppin. meantime, ill be on the search for new places around me. suggestions? read more
