When we asked about possibly exchanging it, the employee told us, "we don't really do exchanges." I understand that policies vary, but it felt frustrating to have already paid for a drink we wouldn't be able to consume and then be expected to buy another one (which we did). Many larger companies are willing to fix a product if a customer is unhappy, and I believe good customer service--especially from small businesses--can make a big difference. I'm not someone who usually complains or enjoys confrontation, but we ultimately didn't like the product and hoped there might be a solution.
