This place is amazing. Low key look with a homely feel. I had the Chicken Jarlsberg which was absolutely amazing. My girlfriend had a cheeseburger which she loved. We also had their baked Mac & cheese, which is topped with bread crumbs and bacon, Delicioso! Drinks were great, tasty and strong. Also had their cheesecake which was full of flavor. A small place but the the food makes up for it. I've eaten calamari in many restaurants but this place wins hands down. Absolutely the best I've ever had. You can tell that the kitchen puts some thoughtful effort into putting out good food. It's family run and they make you feel at home. I thought the prices though were just a bit more than they should be. Overall, I would eat here regularly if I still lived in the area. Good job. read more

Went here Saturday for the first time with my fiancé since the new owners took over the restaurant. They're the former owners of the Meetinghouse Creek Inn located in Aquebogue. Before I continue, parking isn't great, they do have a small lot that can hold a couple of cars but a very short walking distance there's a parking lot and also some street parking depending on the time of day you go to eat. We got the pulaski st combo for an appetizer, which had 2 decent sized coconut shrimp, 3 big baked (and chopped) clams, as well as clams casino. For dinner, we had the shrimp po-boy and the Pulaski St burger, cooked to order the way I requested. Our appetizer and entrees all came out hot and tasted so delicious! The servers and bus boy were on top of their game with tables throughout the restaurant, including ours. We never had an empty glass and the table promptly cleaned when we finished. I can't wait to come back here again, next time for brunch or lunch meals. I'll give them the 5 star rating they deserve! read more

We were in Riverhead & needed somewhere to eat. My hubby found this restaurant through yelp so we decided to try it based on their reviews. They were so nice when we walked in that we knew we had made a good choice. Food was outstanding. The fried calamari was one of the best I've ever had. I ordered the fish tacos cuz our waitress, Debbie- who btw was AMAZING, suggested them. Everyone else had burgers. Everything was soooo yummy! Fries & the sweet potato fries (dipping sauce too) were great. Tom, the owner, was there. He had owned the Meetinghouse Creek Inn but had closed it & opened this restaurant. We use to love that restaurant too. We were so happy to have found this gem & we can't wait to go back! read more

First of all My burger and baked clams were great. Points off for coated fries. The first time I was there the fries were not coated. The big problem was the service. We waited for the waitress to come to take our order. then 15 minutes for a salad to come out. 10 more for our apps. When my burger came out we had been there for almost an hour. Started out with baked clams which were so, so good and yummy cream of turkey soup. Burgers are really good with fries. Good service.

I've been going awhile love the food but recently had a more troubling experience in my book. We usually start with the Pulaski street combo 3 of the following coconut shrimp, baked clams and clams casino and decided for 13$ decided to order the more full sized ones as we liked them so much the last time we got some. 10$ each so 30$ worth of food I expected to get more than 4 shrimp and baked clams. Rip off to pay so much more expecting to get more than the combo offered. Very upset by the fact the menu didn't say we'd only have gotten one more for triple the cost of the combo or I would have just gotten 2 of the combos and saved 20$! read more

I'm a vegan. Yeah, yeah, get over it. I Also have a gluten allergy. All I asked for was French fries. That's it. I was with a party of about 20, separated into 3 tables. The other tables got their food in a timely fashion. Not only did we have to wait over an hour for burgers and French fries, they were cold and disgusting. The second worst sweet potato fries I've ever had. And they were cold. Never again. Good luck getting your food hot and tasty. read more

We stopped in for a bit of a later light bite based on Google Maps. Best stop of our day! It was very quiet as it was 8:00 on a Wednesday night. However, the staff was very welcoming. We shared the pulled pork tacos, and oh my, just perfection! Very generous on the meat, with a side of maple mayo that was out of this world. Neighborhood restaurant. The outside looks deceiving. The inside is very nice, clean and welcoming. Staff very friendly. My husband sampled 2 Polish beers and really enjoyed the one he decided on. First time here, excellent salad with very good Balsamic vinaigrette dressing with fresh ground pepper. Next was the special, sauerbraten with spetezel and red cabbage, very good with the pumpkin ale. The great finishing is the real fresh, real apple strudel, like Grandma use to make. read more

We just tried Pulaski street grille via DoorDash and the family was thrilled. Prices were fair , amount of food was more than sufficient but most importantly the food was fresh and truly amazing. I have been here a few times now and food is consistently really good. This is a great neighborhood spot, perfect to stop in after an afternoon of shopping and great for families- there is something for everyone. Dinner last night. Mussels as appetizer were perfect. Not the beefy type but medium size. You almost want to drink the marinate. Pork tacos were perfect as was the NY burger. Regular and sweet potato fries hot and fresh. Service was timely. No dirty dishes/cups stayed on the table more than a couple minutes. Place is very clean. Bar is great especially the Happy Hour prices, even on weekends. Now for the food. Wife's fish tacos were fine, but my fish and chips were not. Came here after the Polish fair. The owner greeted us at the door in a kind fashion. They had a special fixed menu due to the fair, but they we're lenient with us and let us order some items off. The owner face my boyfriend a great recommendation of cheese (he's a cheese fanatic) and we were very satisfied. The atmosphere was very peaceful. Polite and witty staff.
