I was a little nervous having a tech come to my home to fix my broken screen but as someone who works very busy hours and uses their phone all day long on the job, leaving my phone at a shop wasn't really an option. I had requested for them to come work on my phone in my office and they accepted the request and promptly sent someone out the next morning. My tech was Raul and he did an amazing job on repairing my phone! He sat in my office and fixed it at my side table and completed the job within 30 minutes (and offered up some great conversation). He also gave me a great deal on a screen protector for my phone and put that on for me as well. The service allowed me to just pay online through a link he sent me after the work was completed and they offered me a lifetime warranty for no extra charge stating that if my phone were to start glitching or anything on me they would come repair it completely free. All of this ended up costing me $112 (which is wayyy less than I've ever spent on an in shop phone repair). I'm ecstatic with the work that was done and I will definitely be using Puls again. This service is amazing! I can't believe I didn't know about it. We contacted them (through an easily navigated website) on Saturday Evening and got an appointment Sunday morning! They texted well ahead of time to confirm the appointment that was set between 10:00-11:00 AM. Raul, the service contractor said it would be around "10:05". Awesome Service. My phone's screen was completely out at 10am Saturday morning. Went to Cellsavers website, and quickly scheduled a service request. Website was extremely easy to use, and once I scheduled the service, I got an email within 10 mins of the name of the technician that would be coming by. Then, I get an email from that actual technician stating that he read the description that I typed in, and advised of the possible damage and what might be the cost if it was indeed what he thought it was. Thought this was great...the fact he'd was giving me a heads up. He arrived right on the hour (scheduled service of an hour window), fixed the problem in about 15 mins, shook my hand on arrival and departure. Just an overall great experience. One of my parents dropped their phone. It had a good case and safety glass, but the screen went black. Took it to the AT&T store and the Apple Store, neither could get the phone to respond. I went into apple to have my phone screen fixed to find out they went in pricing on screen repairs for my 3 year old phone. I got online came across cell saver. We are over six weeks now and the issue has not been resolved. It took 4 weeks to get approval for it to be fixed - because I refused to have to the technician who made the mistake come out to fix it. Clearly if you drill through a shower to begin with your work isn't that good to begin with. Now they have canceled each appointment to come out and fix it. At this point let me hire a real company to come fix it and you guys can compensate for the cost. I have one shower in my house and you guys have a so no sense of urgency. I was incredibly surprised at how fast this service was and so much cheaper than all of the other places I looked at and I didn't even have to leave the apartment. Family of 4 we've had to use cell savers 4 times in the last 6 months. 3 broken screens and 1 water damage. Get the screen protector only 10 extra dollars. I had to wait a few days other thanksgiving to get my water damaged repaired so got a new phone while I waited. I was amazed they got me up and running. The water burn don't the screen.
