Microwave taken down by pulte. Inconvenience and uncomfortable.

I also have a bad experience with pulte! The microwave oven almost felt off! Sent a request to the customer service it takes 48-72 hours to process. I sent to Michael Shorts the warranty manager. He came and left a message: Hey Gina Mike with Pulte I'm following up with you I'm gonna get some by there today to pull that microwave down and hopefully get that cabinet base fixed today and then will mount from there I think this is not safe I want to get it off there just so we can make sure nobody gets hurt here OK give me a call back when you get this or just shoot me an email or something but you should see him later today to take that down OK thank you bye..." It's almost a month since they pulled the microwave down still waiting. No quality control! Not sure how did this passed by the city of north Las Vegas. It's worth the price tag.

My fence cannot extend past the tree, unlike our neighbors.

Purchase a new Home in Malind Bluff, Bluffton SC. Should have known I would have problems when the keys provided at closing failed to open any doors. My real mistake was to trust but not verify. I thought Pulte was a reliable firm that would stand by their verbal and written commitments regard the property, and not resort to a Buyer Beware mentality. Deceptive Sales Practices: 1. During the sale in July 2022 Pulte's Sales Agent said the backyard extended to Pritcher Point Road, a dirt road that borders the property. 2. At the final inspection in December 2022 Pulte's construction manager commented on the nice size backyard and confirmed to us it extended to Pritcher Point Road. 3. After moving in we notified Pulte's HOA about a large dead Pine tree that bordered Pritcher Point Road, They wrote to us (email - Feb. 15, 2023) that the tree was on our property and therefore our problem. When we requested permission to put up a fence; suddenly Pulte is pointing to a Plot (poorly drawn diagram) saying we were lied to by their agents and the property line is actually 13 feet from Pritcher Point Road. Pulte's ascertain is forget what you were told you should have been able to interpret the drawing Pulte provided. Selective enforcement The most annoying part is the HOA has granted variances to other homeowners to construct their fences either bordering Pritcher Point Road or very close to the road. For whatever reason the HOA is telling us previous correspondence that the property extended to the road is incorrect and that they have now designated it 'Common Area'. They also said that we are now under surveillance by the HOA. This was to be our retirement home. AS an example, Pulte sent notices that they were inspecting homes on Monday, so I mowed my lawn Sunday. After mowing I jokingly told me wife, we would get a violation anyway. Sure enough we received a violation notice Monday that it was not property mowed or edged. Now when I see the Community Manager driving around taking pictures, I tell my wife we are going to receive another violation. My wife and I have seriously discussed moving due to what we feel are the lies and harassment by Pulte. The problem is that home values in this community have actually declined. A home across the street from us originally sold in Oct 2022 for $582,000, now it's listed at $550,000.

The photo i upload is after they came in 2times, still not fix the problem, was a lot more than this, all my neighbor experience same issue.

Review of Grace Park Community: Pulte & KB shared community -Community is not taken care of, our HOA dollars are just lining pockets of corporations. We were promised the pool would be done in May then it was June then it was "grand opening is in July." We are now in August. Summer is nearly over... -A LOT of residence have flat tires, I personally have had here different tire issues because of nails and metals are left behind from construction. I have not once seen any construction workers sweeping anything in the 8 months I have lived here. -Broken glass in the community we have many young families with curious toddlers, they could get very heart with glass, nails, screws etc. just laying around. -Playgrounds are not cleaned, again, no idea where the HOA dollars are going. Trash is left all over the community from construction workers. -Neither of the builders water the grounds they are working on, so there is a lot of dust that covers residences windows, outdoor furniture, etc. -Gates are left wide open all day, so random people come and hang out all day long. I personally have had a package stolen and a bicycle stolen out of my yard on two different occasion. This is at night because some nights the gates get left open. -Community gate transponders not working for over a month when we were told they would start working within one week. When we tried to contact someone to follow up there was no response and more finger pointing -We have board members that work for one of the builders, who has not stepped foot on property. -Actual homeowners care more about the community than HOA and the builders. We all communicate regularly and a lot of them clean up the community themselves for the sake of their kids. -Some homes are used as AirBNB when that isn't allowed, HOA does nothing about this. Experience with Pulte Everything was great until the day we closed, they butter you up then once you close and get your keys, you are left to fend for yourself, even when Pulte is at fault. I have summarized my experience. -No Heat: The heating system in the home was not working at all. Their person in charge of construction, claims the system was tested 3 times. If it was tested they did an inadequate job as when the company came to repair they said this system could have never worked since there was the wrong filter size in the unit, so it couldn't have operated at all. The second unit in the home didn't even have the wires connected, so that couldn't have worked at all either. It was 44 degrees, we were freezing the first night in our brand new home. In California, 44 degrees is COLD! We were so cold, I email Pulte at 3:30am and they replied back a few hours later saying contact the heating company and after hours emergency help. No help what so ever, we were on our own even when they delivered a home to us that was not ready to be closed on. It took 7 days to get the heat figured out because of the Holidays, we closed on December 30th. When I complained about heating taking so long to be fixed, Pulte blamed the holiday, then whats the use of the emergency help line? LOL -No accountability, just finger pointing: Anytime we try to get help each person you contact, just tells you to contact someone else or says its no their department. -Paint drips on floors and countertops -Exposed staples in the carpet -We were first time buyers and they didn't let us have our realtor during the walkthrough probably because of all of the unfinished items in the home. -Walkthrough: I mentioned issues with trash removal and WiFi. The construction person doing the walkthrough with us was making it seem like we were dumb when we explained the issues to her and in the end it turned out, she was the one that was wrong. She also failed to release the phase, thats why we had the issues we were having.... We didn't have WiFi for 7 days because Pulte didn't no were the conduit was. Turns out it was mislabeled. We both work from home and they knew how important WiFi is to us. Literally lost thousands of dollars due to no WiFi. -It really seems like they just wanted to rush closing to meet their little sales quotas and get their little bonuses for the end of the year. In conclusion, buy at your own risk. The community has a lot of potential if builders cared about anything other than their bottom line.

Worst home builders ever! They left out a process putting up the Eves on a friend of mine's home and his Eve's or falling off of his 12 year old house and They won't do Anything to fix it.

On December 1, 2025, our entire house was destroyed in a catastrophic flood. We had just moved into our newly remodeled turn-key home 5 years previously and still loved everything about it. To say we were shell shocked and devastated would be putting it mildly. Our home was now in ruins. Bathrooms, cabinetry, flooring, drywall were all destroyed and our home was basically unlivable. We were down to studs and raw plumbing. We immediately began to search for the perfect contractor to help us rebuild our home and put our lives back together. We reviewed multiple contractors online and in person, as well as checking with the Nevada Contractors Board and local permitting offices. One name consistently stood out and was above all others. Jerezee Construction. They had hundreds of 5-star reviews which led me to review their gallery of photos on their website. Their quality of work caught my attention. I reached out to their office and spoke to Ian. We found him to be very professional. He immediately set up an appointment and was incredibly empathetic to our plight. The way he handled our initial contact was so different from other companies we contacted. The next step in our journey was meeting the owner Ilan who arrived at our home to assess the damage. It was quickly apparent this was an experienced and highly qualified contractor. He demonstrated exceptional standards, made suggestions, was extremely organized but above all else inspired confidence that he could help us. He reviewed the contract with us line by line, leaving no stone unturned and highly transparent with clear expectations. No hidden fees, and no surprises. Once the project began, a group text was established. This was updated twice daily throughout the project to keep us informed. We next met Heather, one of Jerezee's designers. Heather quickly recognized we were in over our head and inundated with so many decisions and choices to make. She took the lead and helped us make selections on flooring, bathroom tiles, color palates, hardware, lighting fixtures and paint. She made a comprehensive material list which was amazing. Heather was invaluable to us. She was so patient, knowledgeable and held my hand through every step. Both my husband and I are analytical with no creative bone in our body so doing the design part and picking out product was impossible for us. We couldn't have done this rebuild without her. We were assigned a project manager named David. He was the first line supervisor for all the crew and sub-contractors at our home. He was incredibly responsive, timely, accessible, patient, upbeat and positive always. He made a highly stressful period of our life bearable and was such a joy to work with. He was the right man, at the right time, at the right place for us. As the work progressed it quickly became apparent that all their rave reviews were justified. Construction started exactly as planned and they made the process so easy for us. They handled EVERYTHING! Their craftmanship was impeccable. It was as if they were rebuilding their own house. Ilan, the owner was often on site inspecting the work and the progress. Ilan and David were true perfectionists, and nothing escaped their skilled eyes. At the end of the project, we didn't even have a punch list! Their crew and subcontractors were always polite, respectful, professional and kind. Everyone worked so hard to get us back into our home and genuinely seemed empathetic and understanding of our initial heartbreak. In conclusion, Jerezee Construction and their entire team made a devastating time in our life so much less stressful. Many thanks to Ilan and his team of dedicated professionals. As they say, great leaders do not set out to be a leader... they set out to make a difference, and Ilan has done that with Jerezee Construction. We will be forever grateful to him and his crew and would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

Our architect recommended Jerezee Construction, and within 30 minutes I was on the phone with Roye. For the first time in months, I finally felt like there was hope for our project. Within just a couple of days, Roye met us on-site to walk the property and truly understand our goals, vision, concerns, and the unique challenges we were facing. From that moment on, we knew we were in good hands. Jerezee completely remodeled our cabin in Mount Charleston, and from start to finish, they went above and beyond every step of the way. Mountain construction comes with unique challenges, and we definitely encountered some major ones. Whether it was weather or unexpected issues that come with building on the mountain, the Jerezee team never hesitated to jump in--even on their days off (and even on a birthday!)--to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication and customer service is incredibly rare and gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire project. A special thank you to Roye, who led the project with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care. Cisco, our project manager, kept everything moving smoothly and was always responsive, communicative, and had a smile on his face. Candace was wonderful to work with, helping us navigate design decisions and select materials that perfectly fit our vision. Ian brought great energy from the very first phone call and made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless by coordinating and handling all of the administrative details that happen behind the scenes on a project of this size and complexity. One thing that really stood out was the pride they took in their work. The job site was consistently kept clean, organized, and tidy throughout the remodel, which made a huge difference during such a large project. As we reached the finish line, they encouraged us to "blue tape" every item we wanted addressed, no matter how small. They came back and carefully worked through every detail without hesitation. That commitment to the finishing touches is what takes a project from good to truly exceptional. The entire team was knowledgeable, dependable, genuine, and truly invested in making sure our remodel turned out exactly as we had envisioned. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded every expectation we had. They were transparent throughout the process, communicated openly, and consistently demonstrated that they genuinely cared about the success of our project--not just completing another job. Remodeling is a significant investment, and you want to know you're putting that investment in the right hands. Jerezee proved that time and time again. The quality of their work, professionalism, and unwavering dedication made every dollar well spent. If you're looking for a contractor in Las Vegas or the Mount Charleston area, Jerezee Construction is the team to call. We are absolutely thrilled with our cabin remodel and would hire them again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire Jerezee team--even those I didn't mention by name. Every person we interacted with played a part in making this project a success, and it was truly a pleasure working with all of you!

They recently completed a full remodel of our home, and it was by far the best construction experience I've had, even after going through several major remodels over the years. Nitzan, our project manager, and Francisco, our lead contractor, did an outstanding job managing every aspect of the project. Communication was excellent, they kept a close eye on the budget, and any issues that came up were addressed immediately and professionally. Most importantly, the project was completed on budget with no surprises. The quality of the workmanship, organization, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. It's rare to find a team that delivers exactly what they promise while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our project manager, David, was exceptional from start to finish. He kept us within budget, communicated clearly, and consistently reassured us as we moved through each phase of the project. The remodel took about four weeks from demo to completion, which we felt was a very reasonable timeline, it was only delayed because our designer did not order enough tile. A huge shoutout to Angel and Danielo who demoed, built our shower, installed vanity, toilet and flooring. They worked long hours, showed up on time, and corrected any finer details that were needed in completing the job. We would use David again going forward in a kitchen remodel when the time comes. The only thing we would change is to not have a designer assigned to us, and pick our materials ourselves to ensure quality. In the end the designer caused more stress than what it was worth.

I was told it would be 4-6 weeks - it ended up over 5 MONTHS!! No reasons given - failed inspection twice, workers taking their own sweet time, no one showing up, and even left me with holes in the walls during winter. Knew I was going on vacation and didn't even think of filling the holes for my house sitter! Just insane. Purchased several items on the advice of the office manager that turned out not to work out or didn't have the space for - by the time we realized this it was too late to return any of them. She ordered the wrong time for the shower bench so I have a ton of extra tile plus had to order more of another tile for the bench! When I asked why the toilet had not been installed after several months, his answer was that I have another one in the house so why did I need it in the Master bath? After the thousands of dollars I gave them for both projects he gave me a whopping $1500 off for all the problems. Considering all the extra tile and items I ended up with that couldn't be used, he got a bargain. Would not negotiate at all. Considering the grief all this caused, I can't recommend them.

I will say that the details on the front end matter. We went over several iterations in the beginning. I had narrowed down to two really great contractor options. Ultimately, I went with 702R&R due to their ability to paint with lacquer and extreme attention to detail. I just felt they would do an amazing job. We worked together to build my dream kitchen.
