Just threw my son's 5th bday here today and it was great. Clean, and organized. The kids had a great time. Parents wore masks and kids did not. The host had them all wash their hands in the bathroom before entering eating room. I had my daughters birthday here in Nov during covid and same thing. Clean and everyone was safe. We just had our daughters first birthday and completely loved it. The jumpers are big enough for parents to join in on the fun and the kids love it! The pizza is good and staff is amazing! We can't say enough of how great the staff was with the set up and even playing around with the kids. Would highly recommend, we booked aight unseen and are so glad we chose this place. I'm a huge germaphobe and was a little nervous it wouldn't smell or something but everything was so clean and they give you hand sanitizer as soon as you walk in and out of the rooms. Took my children here the first week they opened back in April 2015. Brand new facility, clean, and big. They offer a dozen different jumpy houses. Cost is around $10/$12 per hour, per child. I take my children here every 3 to 4 months. read more

I came to this place to zap my kids' energy for the day in a two hour jump session. The place was very clean and the carpets look brand new. I was impressed with everything except for a few concerns. I don't know if we will be coming back. I will definitely recommend adding more staff to the weekday 10am-12pm sessions to watch each structure. There was only one guy for the whole two rooms. He was really strict about socks which is great but not so strict about kids taking turns. I recommend designating a spot for younger children. The hand sanitizers could be at a better level for children to use and they need to be labeled. They have no labels whatsoever. They need a better security system for children to never leave without their designated guardian/parent. They have a great one at chuckecheese. Also, be warned that you will probably get burns on your elbows and arms that will scar. They HURT. I've never been to a place like this and I didn't know about the burns. I have layers of skin burnt off my elbow and the other moms were showing me theirs. It's super hot in there too so long sleeves would suck! read more

Although they state online that masks are required for all adults and children over the age of 2, and also have signs posted about masks being their new normal, masks are actually only optional once inside. I booked an Open Jump time slot (after looking at the mask policy) for my kids. When we arrived, everyone had masks on and my kids went to enjoy the jumpies. A few minutes in, I noticed that 2 kids over the age of 2 didn't have masks on, so I went to ask about the policy. I was told by the person working the front desk that masks WERE required, but some people complained that their kids couldn't breathe while jumping so it's okay to not have masks on while jumping in their indoor facility. Um, what? I asked for my money back, but the employee wouldn't refund it. She did say that she would pass on my complaint to her manager. We left immediately. I called and spoke to a manager who was rude, but said she'd refund my money then hung up on me. It's CA law to require masks indoors, so I'm not sure what is going on at Pump It Up. read more

We had my daughter's birthday party here today. Maddie and Taylor were our helpers and I was very impressed with their attention to detail and how they handled every aspect of the party. When they pulled me aside to "show me the party room" I was expecting to need to set everything up, but everything was already done - they even opened up the table decorations and set them up!They cut and served the cake and then kept a gift log during present time. They cleaned everything up and brought it out to my car after the party. I pretty much didn't have to do anything except show up. It was great! Thank you. read more

Very clean. The employees at this location are great. Some of the people who work during open jump are so fun with the kids. They really play with them, get silly and the kids love it. Suggestion: offer a punch card where you can pay ahead for multiple visits and get a slightly lower cost per session. (Groupon has a deal now but I'd rather have the option onsite so they can just look me up.). And maybe you could just show the card and your ID and not have to do the waiver every time?? Tips: -Register ahead of time online if you know you're going to an open jump. Then all you do is go right to the register to pay. You have to sign a waiver every time and it's easier to complete online than the annoying ipad in the lobby. -Don't forget socks!! read more

We love Pump it Up! We've come for several birthday parties and open jump. The parties are always well organized and fun. Open jump is worth the price to get the energy out, especially on those rainy days. I would have expected a place like this to smell like stinky feet, but it's clean! This is a business that does not honor and make good on purchases made by customers in good faith. I prepaid for a 10 visit package expecting we would be able to enjoy 10 visits. To my shock, when I called the business to book 2 visits for my kids, the owner of the business informed me that since they raised prices per visit, the 10 pack I prepaid for was not valid on a per visit basis. She said she would be charging me 3 visits for 2 visits!! I asked her what was the point of pre paying for visits when the business can, whenever they wanted, increase prices and be told the 10 pack I purchased would not be applied on a per visit basis. Just as I accepted the possibility that I would not use all 10 visits by pre paying for the 10 pack (I only used 7 of the 10 and will not be going back to the business), the business should similarly accept that they may increase their per visit prices, which may affect their desired profit margin by heavily advertising the 10 pack deals. After much back and forth with the owner, she finally relented and said she would charge me 2 visits for 2 visits--as if she was doing me a HUGE favor! I was so utterly disgusted with the owner's dismissive attitude and dishonest business practice, I called her back and cancelled my booking. read more

My son just had his 7th birthday there last Saturday. Great experience! I didn't have to prepare anything, the activities were very well organized. The pizza was tasty, and I ordered the ice cream cake through pump it up from Cold Stone, everybody loved it. Only the penne salad was ugh not good. Thumbs up for party host and hostess, Savannah and Muhammad! Both of them were very attentive and energetic, they played with kids and took great pictures. Five stars for both of them! Tuesday 6/12/18 was the best birthDAAAY my nephew Christian Polanco has ever had!!!!! Holly our personal party pro was an angel sent from heaven... not only did she provide exceptional service she went above and beyond to make sure Christian's 6th Birthday was a blast and a day to remember. Had my son's sixth birthday party there last weekend and everything went seamless. Booking the place, getting free invitations to mail out, the hosts Muhammed and this other girl, sorry I forgot her name, were great. I paid for the ultimate package for 25 kids, and added a glow party and bubbles. The kids had a blast and my son, even before we got home, said he wanted to have next year's party here next year again. This 6 yr old does not praise a lot so it means a lot that he really liked everything about the party and the venue. And the best part was, I didn't have to do anything! I had my daughter's birthday here last month and let me just say the price they charge for the service given is not even in comparison. They charge way too much for a party and the service they provided was not even average. First of all we walk in to the party room and it smells like burnt pizza. I also noticed not all of the extra pizzas I ordered for the adults were there. I believe 2 pizzas were missing. Secondly when I walked over to the kids pizzas they were burnt. Now I've got a party for a bunch of 6 year old kids, so you think they're gonna be ok with eating burnt pizza? I tell the party host the pizzas were burnt and that my kids aren't going to eat that and he tells me he will ask if another pizza can be made. I also ask him where my other pizzas are and he has no idea. The party host talked to each other the entire time in the party room instead of serving the kids pizza and drinks like they were supposed to. After the party I was asked to leave a review which I did, letting them know I was unhappy with the service during our time in the party room. The manager responded with an apology and making excuses for employees. Then offers me a free jump pass to come back. Which totaled less than 15.00. I feel for all my trouble they could have at least credited me for the pizza that they burnt and tried to serve. I mean over 600 for a party and you're going to serve my kids burnt pizza?? Or should I say even serve my kids since the hosts pretty much chatted between themselves the whole time. All in all the kids had fun in the jumper rooms, but the party room was a disaster. I will NOT be going back for a future party. read more
