I'm now living in a condo with a brand-new feel carpet thanks to Pure Clean !! Having used the national carpet cleaning companies over the years, I researched Pure Clean and decided to give them a shot. Well worth it !! Peter called when he was on his way and arrived within the time frame he said he would (astonishing given that it was 9 a.m. on a Friday morning in Seattle traffic). Then, he walked through the condo listening to me gripe and moan about various different pet peeves I had with the carpet. He took a look at the heating system, which are electric wall units and very patiently educated this ol' gal about how he couldn't do much for me as they dealt with forced air heaters. However, he still took care of the dust and oily grime on the grids of the heating units throughout the house and gave me some tips on what to do next, i.e. replace electric heating panels, etc. I then left him so as to be out of his way and proceeded to overspend some hard earned cash (sigh, that will teach me to leave the house) and returned to find that he was almost done. The carpet sparkled and the condo looked entirely different. Wow, is all I can say. Peter was wonderful, very professional, seemed to really enjoy what he was doing, and was very educated about the product. I will absolutely be using Pure Clean every time the condo calls for a sprucing up. I am now in my full hippie regalia, dancing barefoot through the condo with incense burning. Talk about fantastic service!!!! Pure Clean should get more than a 5 star rating! I absolutely encourage anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned or even their mattress done like I did to call this business first. Don't even bother calling other places because Ben was incredibly professional, explained the different services he provided, was very cordial and friendly. I had my carpets cleaned on July 7th and he did exactly what I needed and my apartment went from smelling like my two dogs had taken over to no odor whatsoever! I was so impressed by how brand new my carpets ended up looking again. With two children and two dogs, my carpet looked horrendous and it was so embarressing to have guests come over to my home but after he was done with the job, I was in total shock because I just did not believe a lot of the stains on my carpet could even come out and he got them all out. I was happily surprised that he also steam cleaned mattresses and so I had this service done as well and after the mattress was completely dried, there was not one scent of my two nasty dogs ever having slept in my bed every night. They responded to my emails very promptly. I was able to change my appointment date with no problems and got a reminder call about my appointment which I would have completely forgetten if they did not call. We had this company clean carpets in our rented apartment's large living room and dining room plus hallway. The technician, Donovan, was prompt, personable and accommodating -- couldn't have asked for a more pleasant encounter! I'd also like to compliment the telephone scheduler, whose name I can't recall, for also being very thorough and studying online pictures of our building to figure out how best to position the truck-mounted equipment. A cleaning company we had previously hired told us it wasn't possible to use a truck-mount in our location! The carpeting is old (probably dates to around 1993), and a nearby long-term construction project has caused lots of airborne particles to infiltrate in the last several years. There was no way the carpet could really be coaxed into a "like-new" appearance, but it is definitely improved and we are happy to know that it is much cleaner than before. A small area rug that we keep in front of the stove was looking pretty grubby. We had sent it out twice before with a different company, and both times it came back much the same. However, when Donovan finished with it, it looked nearly new. We will definitely invite PureClean back to work on the remaining rooms plus some upholstered furniture...yes, the rates are higher than some, but we feel that it was an investment in cleanliness and thoroughness. read more

Pure Clean Carpet Cleaning (PCCC) provided service substantially better than any other cleaning company that we have used previously. We received a telephonic prior-day appointment reminder. The technician, Donovan, called a half-hour before arriving. Upon arriving Donovan donned protective shoe covers before entering our home. He clearly explained the available services and costs. He answered all my questions without hesitation - he knew his products. The cleaning package was tailored and priced for our needs. Donovan prepared the house with protective devices (floor pads and corner protectors) to assure no damage. Throughout the cleaning process he apprised me of what he was doing at each step. He warned me when the equipment would be producing especially loud noise. Unlike other service providers, PCCC uses special fans to facilitate drying. Working with Donovan was a pleasure. He was personable, engaging and polite. He was genuinely enthusiastic about his company's investment in him and the advanced highly effective cleaning equipment. The Berber carpets and microfiber upholstered couch and love-seat looked like new after the cleaning. Soiled areas and stains that previous cleaners had left were gone! I will use PCCC again and strongly recommend them to my contacts. read more

This company is fantastic! I have had such good customer service over and beyond what I would expect. I have an older male cat that decided to start urinating on the carpet instead of the litter box - they have come out twice so far. One for a very deep clean of all the basement carpets and to assess the situation. I didn't know that my cat was urinating on the carpet until they tested the carpet pad near where the smell was and found urine crystals because the carpet felt dry. They did a super deep clean of that area and the smell was gone but then my cat peed again that afternoon and I couldn't' keep him away. They came out again when I requested they replace the pad underneath and clean carpet again. Eric instead suggested using a different enzyme product so that I wasn't spending a lot of money until we figure out what was going on with my cat. He also took a small piece of the carpet and pad with him to get a quote for just replacing the one strip of carpet instead all of it. He has always been super prompt, very professional, and very nice. I highly recommend this company. We will be calling them again to replace our carpet and pad once our cat moves on (we just found out he has a terminal illness). read more

A friend hired this company to clean her carpet because she was disappointed with the results from another company. I was very impressed with how clean it was after Pure Clean finished, it looked new. Recently, my departing tenant had trashed a very expensive carpet and I thought I was going to have to have it pulled out and replaced. Stains in every room and especially in the dining room and living room, it was a disaster, I almost cried when I saw the condition of the carpet. Remembering my friend's experience, I called Pure Clean with the thought that if there was any hope for keeping this carpet, Pure Clean might possibly be able to save it. And they did. It is hard to believe it is the same carpet. The work that was done on this carpet totally restored it. Although they are more expensive than most other cleaning services, they are very much worth the cost. My five year old carpet looks new again. It was a very small investment for saving my carpet from the garbage dump. I cannot recommend this company enough. I have always had the best experience hiring Pure Clean for carpet cleaning and they have cleaned my entire home's carpet 3 times over the past 2 years. Our carpets are 20 years old and living with a large dog, teenagers and gardening and chicken raising ventures just out the back door puts a lot of dirt on our carpets. Pure Clean's formula always gets the stains out and the carpets look great when they are done. It is very important to me that the cleaner solutions are environmentally friendly. Another major difference is that after they clean, the carpets dry remarkably quickly compared to other services I have had. We have always had exemplary technicians show up on time, super respectful and helpful. They even call if they are delayed 10 minutes in traffic. Great communication overall. Peter was here yesterday and he was outstanding. The others were too but I cannot remember their names. I unhesitatingly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. PureClean responded within two hours of our initial request to clean a teen move-out situation (a disastrous mess). I personally was in a state of frenetic energy when Donovan arrived. He was calm, friendly and presented solutions in a clear, strategic manner. He was completely transparent about effort, cost, and cleaning techniques. He actually fixed most of what we thought would require more treatment(s), for example - multiple pet stains on carpet were removed with phase 1 cleaning, but in advance he gave multiple options for phase 2 spot cleaning if needed. Donovan was a calming agent in the midst of my chaos, earning my trust and respect. I asked about several additional cleaning needs on the fly (upholstery for bed and couch) and he exuded incredible patience, offering solutions without any sales pressure and treating those as well. When Donovan left, I felt like I had an army's worth of work done in less than two hours. The house smelled incredibly fresh and clean after treatment - there was no chemical smell or residue odor. Just used Pure Clean April 10 for carpets in my condo that had not been cleaned in a number of years (I'm embarrassed to say how many!) Eric arrived and was extremely friendly and professional. He obviously knew what he was doing and truly seemed to care about doing the best job possible to ensure I received top-level service. He knew I cared about my home and it showed. I am REALLY happy with how the carpet turned out - much better than I expected. I do not have terribly "high-quality" carpet (poly-fiber carpet already installed when I moved in) but he and the Pure Clean process got it looking bright and clean again; spots I did not think were going to come out did! I also appreciate Pure Clean does not use any toxic chemicals (I have an indoor only cat) yet the process they have does an amazing job. I am very impressed and will absolutely recommend them to other condo owners in my building and to any friends or family members that need their cleaning services. 3rd visit... using these folks. One of our 3 dogs had a major blow out ‍ in 2 distinct places, on our fine wool, wall to wall carpet. I called on a Monday and they were able to fit us in the next day. Donovan was the technician and we knew him from the first time Pure Clean serviced us, years before. I really can't say enough about how great this company is. From the phone call service request to the finished work, this company provides exceptional service. 2nd visit...2 years later... Eric provided the service and he was equally as good as our 1st visit. Highly recommend!! 1st visit Donovan did an excellent job of being on time, communicating, and answering the many questions we had. He understood the way to clean fine wool wall to wall carpet and how best to treat pet stains from wool. We talked about the ph balance in water and how the right ph level makes such a difference in cleaning wool. And how the wrong ph can harm the wool. Donovan is a great guy! It was so refreshing to deal with a business that truly honors their reputation. I have had my carpets cleaned by several companies over 20 plus years. I've selected companies based on friends referral, advertisement and flyer specials. This company is one of the very few that know what they are doing and don't try and bait and switch you in the services they offer. What they say over the phone is what the tech mirrors when he arrives. They are flexible in their services they offer which allows them to maximize your budget that you have to work with. With regard to the work, I had an area of carpet that I had ignored due to a new puppy and lazy family members that would not let the puppy out as often as they should, hence it was in horrible shape. I had planned to replace it, but had no time to do so before a house party. I could not believe the results of Pure Clean work!! Looked and smelled great. It has bought me more time before having to replace the carpet and let the puppy grow up. read more

After an extensive search for a carpet cleaning company we chose PureClean. Their customer service is quite good. Then answered my many questions (i.e. Wet vs. Dry? Pet stain removal, etc.) I found their environmental products safe for kids and animals to be a plus. Their truck's ability to keep the water temp at a very hot temperature is clearly an advantage over any rental equipment. Their knowledge and ability to work with me to get a cleaning I need and can afford, plus their professionalism made them the right choice in an often murky and confusing marketplace. Eric came and went through every room and every area of concern. He explained their process and the solutions they could provide. I feel like we got a high quality service at a reasonable price. They may not have been as cheap as some of the other quotes I got, but I also didn't read any negative reviews out of their 450 plus reviews on A's List. Typically, I'm not one who writes reviews, however I felt like I should for this company because I have had such a positive experience with them. I first tried the carpet cleaning service, used them twice now. Service tech super friendly but more importantly the carpets look great, even after lots of company over the holidays. The products they use are safe for the environment and safe for my young kids. And no strange smells from the cleaning. The second service I recently used was their hardwood floor refinishing, working with Peter. He takes a lot of pride in his work, is very through, and our floors haven't looked better. Other companies offer a similar service but don't offer a matter finish option and use less desirable products. This service is a nice option to make your floors look like new, hides most of the major flaws and scratches. After this service though you can still get scuffs, but you can buff those out. Pure Clean came to do 5 areas and stairs in our home. Brandon, the tech arrived right on time and immediately was friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable regarding our particular type of carpet and how it would clean and dry. One thing we appreciated most about him was how he showed a genuine interest in us as people. He gave us options as to a treatment that would keep our carpets looking nice longer. He made the suggestion that we consider it, but never once did I feel pressured to "by more." Once he got to work, it was fast, well done, and looking good! Even the areas of high traffic (that looked horrible) were great!! And, you could tell that Brandon took pride in his work because he wanted to make sure we saw the difference in each area. Yes, it was a little more pricey, but we have no complaints as to the quality of work done, and the professionalism of this company! It comes highly recommended from this household!!! read more
