This place is a VIBE! Came here just to check it out since it's new and I love keeping up with all things new in Nashville. It definitely gives an underground feel to it and it feels really warm and comforting. Maybe it's because of the dark lights? Not sure. The drinks were REALLY good. I got some type of spicy margarita and a pina colada. It was really tasty and i loved the performance the bartenders gave. The only thing is I wish they didn't put so much ice in the drink because I felt like I was finished after two sips. The music was really good, a different type of vibe considering all nashville bars play country music. The DJ, I believe his name was Daniel, was playing all the good songs and fit the theme of the restaurant. I will definitely be back to enjoy more drinks and good music!! read more

This place was so much fun and had a really cool vibe. Loved the 70s/80s dark lounge feel. The staff was AMAZING and very attentive. Excellent drinks and customer service (host, doorman, server, bartender, manager, etc) Drew, the manager, was very friendly and told us the story of the place. We really enjoyed talking to him. Love the place and atmosphere however had a bad experience with the tall skinny brunette bartender. I was at the bar trying to order drinks for my friends and I. I had been waiting for a while and noticed she had taken care of everyone else but me. There was a point there was no one next to me and still didn't get my order. A couple approached and she went to take their order. I got her attention and explained I had been waiting for a while and was there first. She proceeded to extend her hand in front of my face and said "I'll get back to you" at this point I thought this was extremely unethical and removed myself from the place. I had a talk with a close friend and she mentioned this also always seems to happen to her, she won't take her order unless a guy orders for her. read more

The perfect Broadway getaway! We had high expectations as some locals bearing the Broadway chaos to try it, and the moment we entered we were met with clean class and a sophisticated ambiance. It is a beautiful designed space.. and much bigger than expected! The menu is huge. Even as someone who beelined for a spicy marg drink, I appreciated everything that they had to offer. We tried the chips and queso as well, which was slightly lacking in flavor but of course queso is queso so we devoured it. Our waitress was super kind and attentive--plus the way some of the drinks were served was cool! This was a really cool place. Unassuming from the outside. Just a sign and a door, then you go downstairs to a cool underground margarita bar. Dark swanky speakeasy vibe. Loved that there were sit down tables and booths to enjoy a drink sitting down in a more intimate environment instead of standing at the bar (though we did stand ha). I got the spicy margarita which was good. Very spicy. Not a place for country music (DJ instead), so depending on what you're in Nashville for. Either way, worth stopping in. read more

Pushing Daisies is a beautiful bar. Really. Drinks are amazing. Wait service was great-- and personable. Music lit. I was with a group of 30 in VIP and they were super attentive. The only downer of the evening was when the general manager accused me of standing on the furniture. I'm a 40+ year old doctor. The drinks are good-- but not that good. Confused, I let him know that 1) I do not stand on furniture, 2) I am 6ft, and 3) I was wearing 4 inch heels which made me 6'4". I stood up and he could immediately see where he went wrong. I was not standing on furniture, I was simply tall. My advice for PD management is to check out a situation before you approach and accuse someone of something. We were a good/fun group (per the wait staff) and that left a sour taste in the mouths of 29 other potential return customers. read more

Fun DJ!!! I love the atmosphere here and their selection of unique (and beautiful) drinks. You do have to travel down quite a bit of stairs to get there, and there's no reserved seating (even if you have a reservation). But I definitely recommend giving this place a try! read more

The ambiance is perfect for a date night or a girls night out! Lots of guys groups there as well. This spot is a speak-easy vibe underneath the 12/30 club that gives the feeling of underground exclusivity, but is open for anyone. You can do anything from reserve a table for bottle service to just stand/sit at the bar and have a good time. Depending on the day, it could get pretty crowded. 4/5 stars because the drinks are slightly overpriced, but who doesn't love an overpriced spicy marg. read more

We went to Pushing Daisies twice during our weekend in Nashville! We loved it so much! We did not have a reservation either night but on Thursday night we were able to get a booth and Saturday we were able to walk in and grab a stand up table. The sangarita was to die for!!! We ended up buying pitchers of it each time! The chips and queso were so good, the bartenders and waitresses were amazing, and the djs were awesome! We loved the environment whether it was a place where we sat down to chill and spent most of our night or to run in and grab a sangarita pitcher to get the night started! read more

Friends and I stumbled into this place while we were wandering around Broadway and it is such an amazing hidden gem!! The drinks we got were DELICIOUS- strawberry kiwi smash, blanco's famous mango stand (my favorite) and el cantarito correcto (paloma). The DJ was playing great music. The inside is dark and has these great velvet couches of various sizes for large and small groups. I came during the middle of the day, but it would definitely be a fun place to pregame before exploring some of the other bars on Broadway! read more
