They have limited hours especially on Sunday (10am - 5pm). The rest of the week it's 9am-6pm. Their customers can't access your unit(s) on holidays. They don't waive late fees. It only happened to me once and it was $10... missed it by a few days and apparently wasn't on autopay. Other than that it's a decent place to store your stuff.
