Breakfast pizza , cinnamon roll bites and a chicken bbq pineapple pizza.

If you want hot and ready pizza. This is the place to be. I love making my own pizza and watching it cook in the fire brick oven! Pyro's service is always quick and easy! I'm extra heavy on the toppings and I feel no judgment! I ordered the breakfast pizza with cinnamon roll bites for dessert. My sister created her own chicken bbq pineapple pizza and it was delicious!!

Walked in place was empty. Thought oh we can get our food quick. Took 5 minutes to even be seen by the workers and another 5 to get through the line. Was not asked if I wanted my receipt and received no order tracker. I bought a pineapple pie along my pizza and they didn't even put it to order. I had to ask 20 minutes later and they hadn't even put it in the oven. Workers blamed each other and didn't even make it. Had to walk up again and ask for it. Worst Pyros in Memphis. It's not worth it. Terrible service for ok food. Finally received pineapple pie and it's burnt. Worst looking one I've ever gotten.

The atmosphere was welcoming. Everyone spoke and said welcome to pyros. The customer service was great. She clerk reconfirmed what I requested on my pizza. The noise was average. Cool to order and delicious!

This pizza is good, I am from St. Louis and have pizza from California to New York and this one is not the best, but surely worth trying. Tastes like other pizza competitors that I have had and this one seemed overpriced for what I got. There are others that give more bang for bucks with added value. I actually went here by accident as I can was trying to get to a different pizza place, but glad I tried them.

I ordered food for pick up, because going to places like this overwhelm me - if someone is standing behind me waiting to order. There are so many topping choices, so being able to look at the options as long as I need online vs standing in line really helps! I love that this place is one price for as many toppings as you want. Its awesome! I also go crazy and put everything and the kitchen sink on it. Honestly, Its hard to stop. Everything sounds good! My pizza was really tasty, a little overcooked and crispy, but not bad. The size was more than plenty. Its bigger than a personal pan, but not as filling since it is thin crust. The garlic knots were not my favorite. They were very garlicy in flavor ( which is awesome) but more doughy than I'd like. I probably wouldn't get them again and just stick to the pizza.

First timer: walked in after getting my hair done next door. It was after lunch. No one greeted me and there was no one behind the bar area. I didn't know where to go or what to do so I went to the cashier who was standing mid pizza oven in the back of the "restaurant". There were 4 employees standing around. There were 2 customers at a table and 1 at the cashier. There were 2 guests at the beverage area talking. I finally asked one of the cooks behind the sneeze guard what I was supposed to do to order a few pizzas, a Pyzone and a glass of wine while I waited. He told me I'd have to order the Pyzone online as it is only an online and catering item. He said I needed to order the pizzas on the line and the wine at the bar. His smaller friend turned his back to me and whispered something to him & was clearly talking about me. I told them both, "I'm a newby- this is my first time at a PYRO'S. I then asked if I could order the pizzas online as I already had them in my cart, but had hoped to drink a few glasses of wine while I waited. The taller guy who was kind, said to go ahead & order on line and he would have someone go to the bar and take my wine order. I went to the bar and was trying to order online but it wasn't easy. No one came to the bar. I waited longer. No one mar. ( I believe there was a very short manager in premise because I saw him playing with to go boxes at the beverage station. Finally the guy who had Ben speaking to me, said I should download the app as it is easier. I said I had used their website and the " order online" button but it wasn't working easily. I asked what the house wine was because it was "Wine Wednesday" & there was a discount. He named off a few wines and I asked if there was a merlot or a red blend. He said, " no, but there is a Cabernet". I said that would be fine. He proceeded to ring up the wine and the whole time I was still struggling to put the order in. I asked if he could put the order in for me while he was ringing in the wine. He said, "No, the order has to come in at the cashier and this bar POS doesn't go there". At that time he told me the Cabernet was $9.00 not the $2.50 special price. I was so frustrated I just said okay, let's move on; I need to get these pizzas ordered. I finally got the online website order placed & had to pay at the same place 2x. ( inconvenience). The young man who was answering my question, & came to the bar to serve me explained about the app. He was very nice and accommodating. ( Young male, about 5'8" , 22-25 years old, 175# short black curly hair and wearing uniform.) The woman behind the POS and the young man standing around ( female, about 5'9", 150#, dread/braids-up, about 18-23. 2nd male cook was about 5'4", long braided hair, about 18-20 in uniform) were both behind cook counter & he was eyeing me and clearly talking about me. I saw the first guy making my pizzas and Pyzone. He was working . After sometime, he came out and delivered my pizzas. $53 later I was out.

The spicy marinara sauce has a nice kick!

I meannnnnnn...I love PYRO'S! Any place that lets you be you and put whatever you want on your food is a winner in my book! I've been to PYRO'S several times over the past couple of years! I think it's a great concept. There are a whole lot of toppings to choose from. You literally build whatever type of pizza you want. The same goes for your salad, if you choose to order one. They also have several specialty pizzas/salads you can choose from that already have set ingredients, if you don't want to build your own! Let's not forget about dessert! I love their sweet bites! Plus, they've recently added a new dessert item, the cinnamon roll pizza! I haven't tried it yet, but I bet it's delicious! Can't wait until my next visit!

***UPDATE 4/5*** so I have emailed Kirk THREE time over the last four days as he asked and of course NO Response. Kirks response was for show. Not because they care! {uploaded picture of three emails sent} *Original Review*I am just really disappointed. This is the second time I tried ordering here the first time I called and ordered for curbside pick up I had cash only. When I got there I called them once I got into the parking spot and they said I had to come in. I said I ordered curbside.. she said I am sorry we have your order ready, but you can only order curbside if you order online. I explained I have an infant in the car and cannot come in. I left I was pissed. So I just ordered AGAIN I tried their online site but it was glitching and not allowing me to order a pesto base instead of marinara. Could I please just order over the phone for curbside and pay over the phone. After calling three times and speaking with the manager Demarcus no they couldn't do that. Now I was stabbed in my hand when I was mugged. So I can use my left hand. I have a sleeping baby in the back seat I cannot come in. I called a family member in Florida to see if their computer could do it right. She was able to order on the computer with no issues. I have now been waiting an hour for my pizza at curbside. I ordered 15 mins before I got here. Waited 24 mins after saying I was here online and called letting them know I have been waiting outside for almost half an hour.. 36 mins after arriving a young black female being out a pizza opens it and asks me if it is right. I said I ordered the meatless pizza with a pesto base. She said "yeah that's what this is" I said where is the meatless sausage?" Oh we will fix it and get your other pizza I have waited over an hour to get my pizza. They didn't say sorry they didn't say shit. This place is brand by children who have absolutely no idea what they're doing. To add insult to injury. They still brought out the same messed up pizza. They just put a bunch of raw spinach on top and meatless sausage to cover it up. Both pizzas had raw spinach have on top I mean this is so unacceptable for almost $30 and An hour long wait!!

    Pesto, chicken, artichoke. Very good!

My neice wanted wood fired pizza so we found this place while in Memphis for a soccer tournament. It is very similar to Blaze Pizza concepts that I have tried while in California. Basically you choose your size pizza. Next choose your sauce. Then add your toppings. There was no skimping on toppings and if I wanted more of something they were happy to oblige. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and polite. Our pizza was delivered to the table. The one minor issues is one of our four pizzas took longer even though it was the second out of four to be made. Overall I really like the concept. There was a bar area but it looked like it hadn't been used in a long while.

Yes made perfectly my veggie salad with every veggie on the bar and it's not wet with a lots of vinegar it's perfect every other time I go to Pyro's you get a bowl of vinegar with your salad it's very soggy and wet nasty but today the employees was fast and nice and friendly .....its perrrfect thanks y'all I almost went to McDonald's thank you all so very much I know my salad will be perfect and I will get a lot of salad McDonald's you don't get a lot of salad you get two leaves and maybe a tomato and that's it if I'm going to spend $25,000 on a salad I better get a salad and not a snack thanks again

Great pizza in a great area. I've had a lot of pyros around town & this is also a good one too. Clean restaurant & would definitely come back. I usually get a regular pizza w marinara, pepperoni, bacon, spinach, cubed mozzarella, roasted potatoes, tomato cubes, mushroom, and cranberries. You choose whatever you want for the pizza. Thin crust is my favorite and it was cooked perfectly.

The restaurant has a really neat vibe and is decorated better than most of the restaurants in the memphis area. We came at 5:00 on a Saturday night and we were seated immediately without reservations, but when we left, they did have a small wait to get a table. We started with the pimento cheese toastie which was garlic bread with melty pimento cheese on top. We both really enjoyed it. I decided on the filet with peppercorn sauce. I asked for it it to be butterflied. My steak was cooked to perfection with the perfect amount of pink and it sliced like butter. I got the peppercorn sauce on the side and used it for a dipping sauce. I really liked the sauce, but it is really peppery. While I loved it, some might find it a little spicy. My husband had the bourbon glazed porterhouse pork chop. His was cooked perfectly fly as well and was super tender. He really enjoyed it, but mentioned that the sauce did have something in it that gave it a little spice. We shared an order of rosemary duck fat fries as the entrees come à la cart with no sides. The fries re heavy on rosemary which my husband didn't care for. I enjoyed them, but they were definitely not my favorite. Neither of us cared for the mayo sauce that they came with and preferred to eat them with ketchup. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the food has been consistently underwhelming during my recent visits. I first ordered the lamb chops. They were not what I would consider traditional lamb chops and were surprisingly chewy and difficult to enjoy. I returned and decided to try the Irish Curry Chicken. It was, without exaggeration, one of the worst dishes I've had there. The menu described it as chicken thigh, but it was clearly chicken breast. The dish lacked basic seasoning and flavor. There was very little salt, umami, or curry flavor. The rice was wet, overcooked, and mushy. Overall, the entire meal tasted like something taken from a grocery store freezer section and reheated. At this point, I would recommend sticking to the fries and the burgers, which remain the strongest items on the menu.

The musicians were incredibly talented, keeping the crowd engaged with an outstanding mix of music that had people singing along, dancing, and simply enjoying the moment. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and full of personality--exactly what you'd hope for from a true music venue. Whether you're there for a date night, hanging out with friends, or just looking to unwind after a long week, the vibe makes it easy to settle in and enjoy yourself. I ordered the Long Island Iced Tea, and it did not disappoint. It was well-balanced, smooth, and packed just enough punch without tasting overly sweet or overly strong. A quality cocktail that complemented the evening perfectly. Although I didn't try the food on this visit, the live entertainment, lively crowd, and excellent drinks were more than enough to make it a memorable night. If you appreciate live bands, a fun atmosphere, and well-crafted cocktails, Neil's Music Room is definitely worth adding to your list. I'll certainly be back to enjoy another show--and next time, I'll be trying the food.

Time to update…read more... I am breaking up with you for good if this keeps happening, Neil. I try to be cool with the Fat Man, who rocks, but it's getting increasingly more difficult. You don't even speak to me any more. Hobbling around like "The Penguin" and shit, all sully and frank. This time he is sitting with the old guy group by the bar. A guy says he's not paying for his burger because it is too small for the money. Neil tells to the bar lady "you tell them to save that burger and the next one comes in, use it!" Gross. This also leads me to believe my food was leftover from last week. More on that in just a bit... The place is just flat nasty in the front. Grease, dust, dirt, and grime. I would hate to see what the kitchen looks like. The only reason I still come here is to reminisce about my Dad. He and his friends loved this place. They have a chicken liver lunch special on Wednesdays that we used to hit up together. I have always loved the burger here although it's been years since I had it. Never will again bow. Service is usually ok as there are more mature type folk working here for the most part. The bartender lady with the spiked blonde hair is nice in her own way. Not the case this last time though. I had a newbie server it seemed. My last visit sucked really bad. My last three visits before that, sucked moderately bad. I can take the moderate piece, but won't stand the shit I got last time. I get the same thing every time these days. Fried chicken livers with white beans, corn, and cornbread. This is one of the lunch specials on Wednesday. They only have the livers once a week. The beans are served once a week, and the corn is on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Why do I mention this? When I came last time, the veggies I was served were leftover from being cooked before. No doubt about this. No way they weren't. It was 11:45 so there is no way it say out long enough to get this old. So, I do believe that I was served last week's leftovers. To add to insult, they were cold. The livers and the butter were the only things hot. Look at the pic from this last visit and look at the history of my plates here. You can watch the quality degrade. I would have complained had the new girl given a shit enough to ask how I liked the food I had one bite of. She just walked up and asked if I was ready to pay. I was ready to leave, that's for sure. Left everything but the livers. You have exactly one more chance Neil... '26 - 78

I had a fantastic espresso martini and the best brussel sprouts I've ever tasted! So I was excited to come try something else. On the plus side, the bathroom was so nicely decorated. It was also very clean. I sat at the end of the bar, beside the little section of books. The bartender was nice. I ordered the Ember&Passion cocktail. Although it was pretty good, it was quite mild. Unexpected with the ingredients in it. I was surprised that the level of expected heat was not very detectable. I give it 7/10. When I came here before in the winter, the temperature was perfect and I don't remember being too bothered that they don't have cocktail napkins. But yesterday it was quite warm in the restaurant and not having these napkins wasn't good. Nobody in the restaurant had any type of napkin under any drink! I noticed that just like mine, every glass of water from every patron had a puddle of condensation under the glass. Each time I picked up my glass of water, it would drip onto my food and clothes. My two menus got so wet. I suppose they made this decision to save themselves a lot of money. As for the food: My parmesan truffle fries were excellent!! Hot, crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked in the middle. Best I've had in a long time. The Alabama white sauce on the side was just your typical sauce. It tasted just like every other Alabama white sauce that I've had so was not disappointing. But I actually ended up not using it because it was too thin and it didn't add anything to the fries. The fries were excellent enough on their own. I ordered my burger "pink" but there wasn't any pink to it, but I wasn't that bothered about it. Burger and the toppings were tasty, except for the fried green tomato. Looking closely at the picture, you can see that it was SO SMALL compared to the size of the burger. When a restaurant does that, don't they realize that it makes for a glaring disappointment?! It apparently came from near the end of the tomato, and not the middle. If you are going to offer a fried green tomato on a burger, then I feel as if you should only use the larger slices of the tomato, and save the smaller ends for maybe putting in salads. I've always been obsessed with fried green tomatoes. After having my first two bites of burger and still not reaching the tomato, I took it off to eat by itself. Sadly, it tasted terrible! I was surprised. Obviously, they didn't season the tomato or the batter. (Salt and pepper go a long way.) The burger toppings apparently made the tomato batter not only soggy, but also this strange thick texture. Like mushy and chewy at the same time. 1/10 Worst problem: FLIES!!! So many flies! When I just had my drink but no food yet, I noticed them but was not bombarded by them at that point. It wasn't until my food came. All of a sudden I was literally surrounded by them. They were everywhere! No exaggeration. I actually had to use only one hand to eat and the other hand to constantly move back and forth over my food. I eventually gave up and set the plate of some of my fries about 4 inches in front of my burger in order to hopefully draw the flies to the fries so that I could eat my burger. Unfortunately, after only four bites of my burger, when I set it down to take a drink of water, a fly landed on it within one second. Obviously, that was my last bite, and even when I was moving the plate closer to the end of the counter, two more flies landed on it. The glass of straws was inches from me. That, and the book closest to me seemed to be where they gathered to wait for their opportunity to dive bomb me. So many of them! It turned my stomach when I realized that I had been drinking from a straw with my water and I'm sure there had been flies on it before I got there. Every person that gets a straw in their drink at this restaurant has had a fly sitting on top of it. When the bartender told me about the desserts, it turned my stomach to think of just how many flies were in the kitchen. Had I known the fly situation was that bad when I first got my drink, I would have never stayed there, and I certainly would have never ordered food. I do think it is a real shame because the winter months are a totally different experience in that restaurant. But because of how horrible it was this time, I just can't ever come back.

I was really looking forward to this visit since I haven't been here in years, but unfortunately,…read morethe experience fell short in several areas. I ordered the shrimp tossed in chili teriyaki sauce, as listed on the menu. The shrimp were fried extremely hard and arrived cold. Instead of being properly tossed in sauce, there was only a minimal drizzle on a few pieces, which made the dish feel incomplete and not as described. The catfish nuggets and fries were just okay--again, both arrived cold, which seems to be a consistent issue with food temperature. The bar experience was also disappointing. The green tea shots were not made correctly, and the "double" shot of Jack Daniels was poured more like a single. In addition, the menu did not include any drink options or pricing. While the waiter mentioned they have a full bar, having a drink menu (even a basic one) would make ordering much easier and more enjoyable, especially for guests looking to try something new. Service-wise, the waiter was clearly overwhelmed and not very available, but when she did come to the table, she was very kind and pleasant. No complaints about her attitude--just a staffing or management issue. Overall, there's definitely potential here, but improvements are needed in food temperature, menu accuracy, and bar consistency to elevate the experience.

We were grateful to have elevated seated as the night went on as it was packed!! We opted for the Tito's and juice set up as part of booth tab. I ordered the lemon pepper wings and oooowee yes cooked to perfection. The space isn't the largest but the decor is nicely done. Bar and food service were timely. DJ was great. Everyone appeared to have a good time and it only went up after Boosie arrived. Parking: large lot as it's in a shopping plaza. Premium parking was available for $60.

I didn't want them to make it a third time because it took so long to remake it originally that everyone else had already eaten and my wife had shared hers. When I did eat it, the burger was dry. I asked for medium but you couldn't see any red to it like you should for medium. Pretzel bread didn't have a taste to it and I expected it to taste different. I've had better burgers at fast food places. I was able to eat the tater tots while waiting for the burger. They were not good. They were either overly salted or oil they were being fried in needed to be replaced. They were crunchy all throughout instead of just the outer crust. Maybe the oil was the wrong temp or they were just overcooked.

Beyond the standard domestic list, there was not a lot of craft selection. But when did the tables get so small? There were four of us. We usually take a booth, but the booths were too small to accommodate four grown people. And the tables? Too small for the menus/placemats. See the picture. We did resort to putting empty glasses andstuff on the table next to us, but you would not be able to do that if the place was a bit crowded.

The sweet tea tasted absolutely awful and I realized the plastic tray under my Rueben was dirty and unwashed. Had lettuce all over it along with grease from someone's previous meal. None of the items I ordered had lettuce on or in them. It's pretty nasty seeing that they don't clean their trays before giving them to people. I felt really off about drinking out of their cups after that because I wasn't sure about their cleanliness after seeing how gross the tray looked. PLEASE WASH YOUR TRAYS BEFORE HANDING THEM TO THE NEXT PERSON TO ORDER. This is beyond unsanitary and requires a visit from the health department. Our waitress was nice though.
