I ordered the sausage, and it was so good--it had a homemade taste, like something my mother used to make. The potatoes were absolutely delicious as well. I couldn't even finish my meal because it was so filling and satisfying. I will definitely be coming back. I also want to give special kudos to our waitress, Lori. She provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. She greeted us with a warm smile as soon as we sat down and consistently checked on us to see if we needed anything. She was attentive, friendly, and truly amazing. Both my sisters and I agreed that we'll be back, and we hope we get Lori again. These days, it's rare to receive that level of attention and excellent customer service, and she really made our experience special.

And while eating his pancake he said, "Why does it taste burnt?" His top pancake looked fine, but when we picked it up, the second pancake was burnt. We told our waitress and she said she would have it redone. The second pancake showed up and again, it was burnt, not as bad as the first but still enough for it to taste burnt. Our waitress took it away. The pumpkin donuts were exceptional. My daughter liked her pumpkin pancakes, but she didn't understand why they put chives on her eggs. I told her probably because pumpkin pancakes were not on the kids menu, but we can let them know no chives next time.
