I am beyond disappointed with my experience today. I sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes (from 10:58 AM to 11:18 AM) for a single half-sandwich. When I finally got home and opened the container, I found a complete mess. There was so much mayonnaise that it was literally oozing all over the outside of the bread. I had to use napkins just to be able to pick it up, and by then, a third of the sandwich was already a soggy, inedible disaster. To make matters worse, the lettuce was wilty with visible brown spots, which I had to pull off and discard. For a place that prides itself on fresh "bakery and cafe" quality, serving soggy bread and old lettuce after a 20-minute wait is unacceptable. Between the poor assembly and the lack of fresh ingredients, this was absolutely disgusting. I won't be returning to this location. read more

Place is clean, friendly service....however the portion in sandwiches is very poor, a friend and I both ordered sandwiches for brunch, the amount of meat and veggies put in it is petty! I ordered Pesto Chicken, as you can see in photo, where's my pesto along with the rest of ingredients? If we ever come back it will only be for the French toast as they don't cheat you on serving amount as our other friend had that for brunch, I honestly rather spend money elsewhere that serves better portion for the price. I had a bacon breakfast croissant with egg scrambled. It was extremely salty, so I thought it was the bacon and I removed it. I realize it wasn't the bacon, but the eggs were heavily salted. I love this place I was so excited to come here after I flew back home It was in the top places I wanted to see. The french toast is to DIE FOR. oh my gosh the food and the syrup and everything. The employees were really nice and got everything taken care of I havent been here in a while and forgot that it came with strawberries and I'm allergic and they took care of it and remade it right away! We are new to Arizona, so I stopped in to try this place, which seems similar to a Panera. I tried the wild rice soup and the cracked chicken sandwich. I thought both were really good. My husband wants to try the cranberry sandwich next time. The place is super cute inside. What impressed me most is the manager engaged me and we talked for over five minutes about kneaders's versus Panera. He was sharing how everything is made in house and the bakers come in super early in the morning to get everything baked fresh and all the soups made. They have a lovely display of goodies and breads. I tried the chocolate bread and it was excellent! They also have someone who will make a lovely gift package if you need a hostess gift or maybe a prize for an event. They have fun events like bingo night where you can win prizes and they have classes on baking and decorating cookies. It seems like a really special place and we look forward to returning. My wife and I come to this Kneaders a couple of times a month. We always have a great meal. I brought my sister, who is on a wheelchair, here, and all the employees were so helpful. I am 82, and she is 76. She wants to come back soon.. the only downside is you don't have decaf coffee. Ordered 4 sandwiches, all jammed into the small square to-go containers, no sides, no drinks, and woth a $50 receipt later, we were all disappointed. Bread ripped on both sides making it a total mess, the meat right in the middle, leaving all edges just bread and lettuce. Kneaders used to be a nice treat, comforting sandwiches, but I'm done. WAY too expensive for what you get and way too basic to choose Kneaders over so many sandwich shops. Such a shame. read more

So disappointed!!! Went in and ordered a turkey bacon sandwich for my husband and I got the turkey sandwich and soup combo. When our food arrived I took a bite of my sandwich only to discover there was no turkey. I opened it up and there was a sliver of shredded turkey. I ended up taking my sandwich to the counter and telling them to add turkey because there were none inside. She took my sandwich to the people preparing the food and quickly returned it to our table. Can't say it was much better! They added some turkey but still wasn't good. It was dry and very sad! I ended up throwing it away. My husband also said his sandwich was very dry and had the same shredded turkey. When you're spending $30 on sandwiches, you expect more. I expect more! I won't be returning to this location. I visit Kneaders about 2 times a month right around 7:10AM. I sometimes check their menu on my app before I go. I get over night oats sometimes. They have it listed on the menu but the Queen Creek location never has it. Staff is not well trained. The cashier did not know about the lunch special. The coffee was not put out. These kind of things make me not want to go back but I do like some of their menu items. read more

It has been a while since I've been to Kneaders in Queen Creek but I always enjoyed the turkey cranberry croissant. I got my sandwich looking forward to that same sandwich and to my surprise it tasted horrible. I don't know what they did except instead of white meat they now use dark meat and the cranberry sauce is tasteless like it's been watered down. I won't be going back. We used to like the turkey avocado sandwich from this place i used to get just the sandwich. But this time i made it a combo plus the eclair. I ended up not eating my food, just took a bite of my eclair and a couple bite of my soup that doesn't look like a soup more of a congee and just finished half of my sandwich. The soup was nasty and the eclair looks and tastes like just came out of the freezer. I'd rather have eclair from walmart than this place. Good thing we wont be back!! read more

Went in on a Saturday afternoon, the place was nearly empty. We waited 20 minutes for 2 cups of soup and a tuna and turkey sandwich. I have to believe all of it was just waiting to be assembled in the back. I would guess I got about 2 tablespoons of tuna on my sandwich. Soups were lukewarm. The counter person was less than friendly. We spent $35 for two sandwiches and 2 cups of soup. Very pricey for what we got. read more

We have went to Kneaders before out in chandler and Tempe and gone through the drive thru for half priced desserts multiple times. It's one of our Saturday night traditions. We raced to this Kneaders to make the deal before they closed on our way home just to be told they can't do that through the drive thru and the lady said nothing of the sort until after charging us. No turkey in my turkey avocado salad, they also forgot my bread that comes with the soup. $32 for 2 boxes of lettuce cheese and cucumber is crazy. There was a few pieces of bacon but I couldn't even see them after mixing my salad box. I've called the restaurant about 4 times, every time after about 4-5 minutes someone answers the phone and then hangs up immediately.
