We brought the kids and some friends here about a month ago and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and service. Solid burritos, fresh ingredients, and a friendly staff. In fact the folks there were so friendly I stopped in for breakfast take-out yesterday morning. Picked up both a chicken and chorizo breakfast burrito, "...and my stomach looked upon what it had consumed, and it was good." This review is about their breakfast. Yeah, they do breakfast! I've tried the breakfast burrito and quesadilla--- mm good! Your meat choices are chicken or choriza. I suggest going with the choriza burrito with queso, egg, potatoe, salsa and cheese. If I had to compare it to something--- it reminds me of District Taco but with better flavored chorizo and the add joy of queso in the morning is great. read more

Went here today and ordered steak quesadilla which is honestly my favorite above any other place. It's tasty, fresh and full of flavor. I also love their cheese it has a kick of spice and full of great flavor. Not only is the food great but service specially Amelia she is always graceful, attentive and friendly, very welcoming making my visit a great one. This Qdoba is by far the most impressive out of all the Qdobas i have been to. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. I had placed a large catering order with them woth only 24 hour notice and they made everything fresh to order the morning of the event. Not one complaint from over 80+ hungry people. Definitely would reccomend this restaurant. Qdobab is far superior to Chipotle and any other similar chain. This is not the only Qdoba location I've been to, but it's definitely the best! The good: the staff is here AWESOME! They always greet us with a smile when we get to the front of the line. I think they have a larger selection than Chipotle, and I like the ambiance a little bit more here. The bad: in the evenings and on the weekends this place can get CROWDED. Sometimes the drink station is kind of a mess. Usually when grabbing a straw, you can expect a trash can nearby to throw away the wrapper -- not so at this location. Four of of five for the awesome staff! PRO TIP: Go during off hours to avoid the crowds and find ample seating. read more

I have been here a few times and I have always walked away happy (keep in mind - for what this place is, a fast casual, it is very good). The food has been consistently good. The last time I was here I had great service. The guy behind the counter forgot to bring us our chips and salsa so when I went back to check he sincerely apologized and brought us out some queso dip on the house as well (delicious!) I used to love q-dobs, but maybe I'm just a chipotle fan now. Anyway, my experience was meh. Stopped by a bit after 9pm. Maybe it was a long day, but the lady making my "burrito" wasn't quite there. I asked for a burrito and I wanted both brown and white rice (I like both, okay?). She was confused and thought I wanted one bowl and one burrito. Every chipotle I've been to, never had this problem. Eventually, i just took the bowl with the wrap on the side. She fianlly understood I wanted both in my burrito..which was now a bowl. I like qdoba bc of the queso, but I couldn't really enjoy it as much as a bowl. Now, to the food. You don't get as much as chipotle. And the chicken tastes a bit..different..idk. doesn't taste chickeny.. Oh well. Maybe I'll give them a try again in the future, but probably not anytime soon. read more

If you made your in store selection up to par with your catered foods you would be much better off. Your catering is flawless. The sour cream the guacamole the meat quality everything. In store buys at the same location are drastically different. I was there the other day and had a gross experience that will deter me from returning. The lady who made my bowl (to go) did not bother to put a plastic cover over top of it and left it sitting next to the cashier. The cashier left it uncovered and hosted multiple conversations over it for what felt like an eternity and then lowered his head 1 foot above it to scoop out chips from under the counter. I could have died. I wanted to ask for my money back and not take it but i wasnt comfortable doing so. read more

Service is trash! I placed my order online for pick up and when I got there the food wasn't even ready. That not the best part, the best part was the lady at the cashier was talked her head off to a coworker and didn't even pay attention to me. So I said excuse me I'm here to pick up and she said sorry at least then made my food. Another time I order online, food was ready but the cashier see my standing there and continues to process other people order. So once again I said I'm just here to pick up. And she handed me my food. I never had this problem at Chipotle or Cava. I'm use to walking in and my order already ready and I can skip the line. I never thought I would give a Qdoba 5 stars. And I can't so I changed it to 4. But the staff at this location is super awesome. Plus 2 words: tortilla soup. Spicy, sorta strange and absolutely delicious. It might even be vegan too. Great veggie options..get drunken veg tacos or just make your own with the 'fajita' filling, beans, queso ..oh and the pickled, sliced jalapeños. But again, tortilla soup. Okay I am big on customer service and this Qdoba delivered. My daughter and I were out looking for good cheap eats and came across this restaurant. We were hungry and a bit tired from some minor shopping. We were immediately greeted upon entering and quickly got through the line with a smile and nice sized portions. To our surprise someone came around and offered additional toppings and refills. It was clean, not too crowded and please. I personally love Qdoba, but I ordered online, and forgot to add something into my bowl, so I tried calling the store to ask them if they can throw it in my order or get it on the side... The first time I called, they didn't pick up, but I called for the second time, it rang for a little bit, but someone picked up the phone, and hung up. Editing my review ***8/14/2016*** So, I told my co-worker to get some food for himself since he worked so hard that day, and he decided to go to this Qdoba location... I am very disappointed. My co-worker saw a roach crawling on the counter, told the cashier, and the cashier looked at him like.. "Okay." Stares at him again. He says, "there's a roach crawling on your counter", for the 2nd time, and once again, the cashier looks at him and says, "okay." That's no bueno. We work at the TitleMax down the street, and we go there all the time...definitely not going back especially if there are roaches crawling around. read more

Service here is pretty much the same as any other slightly above fast food. The line was pretty short which is nice, however, the menu is a bit confusing in that it's kind of similar to chipotle but also like baja fresh. They have set menu items but then you can pick more items and it makes no sense to me as I'm thinking why not just have it one way or the other. Plus, it's not really clear what some of the salsas/sauces/quesos are so I'm not sure if I would want to put something on my food. The naked bowl is a burrito without the tortilla and compared to chipotle, this just seemed mediocre and bare bones. Something about it was just lacking and I couldn't tell you what. If I have to get my fast food mexican, I would definitely pick chipotle over qdoba especially now that chipotle has tofu as an option read more

I order delivery from Qdoba. I got the steak tacos, chicken burrito and chips with queso. I loved the chips with queso. The steak tacos and burrito were pretty good as well. Overall if you don't mind spending the extra costs for delivery than this is a great option to get good Mexican food at your door. read more

I love everything about Qdoba until I found a long yucky hair I pulled out of my bowl. Not even just laying on the top, pulled it out from way deep it was so long and my food hanging off of it. I hit this place up for the breakfast burritos all the time. The chorizo burritos with queso are always good. Get it once and you will be hooked, unfortunately in a bad way. I have only hit them once for lunch and it was good. I think Chipotle has better meat selections when it comes to lunch. read more

I've always loved Qdoba since I first tried it in the Boston area a few years ago. I was really happy when they opened this new location a few miles from my house, and I can confirm the food is consistently good. My favorite by far is the Ancho Chile BBQ Burrito (naked is the way to go), but if I feel like something different I'll get the Poblano Pesto Burrito which is also good. I've tried Chipotle a few times but find them rather bland - what I love about Qdoba is the flavors are richer and the food seems more fresh. read more

I popped my Qdoba cherry a few weeks ago when I was in the area with my boyfriend. I had always heard good things about Qdoba and have been wanting to try it for a few years and boy, am I glad I finally did! Let me just start by saying that any place that allows me to put zucchini in my burrito is awesome! I got a steak burrito with rice, pinto beans, pico de gallo, zucchini, corn salsa, and cheese. Some of the ingredients didn't have as much flavor as I would've liked (Chipotle's corn salsa and rice are a bit better) but their steak was wonderful! It was soft and flavorful, unlike Chipotle where you spend half your time chewing up your steak because it's too tough. The only complaints that I have are that my beans were a little undercooked (but it might've just been a weird batch) and that my tortilla stuck to the foil, so when I tried to unwrap my burrito, it ripped in a couple places and all the goodies were falling out everywhere :( I ended up just dumping the last half of my burrito out into the tray and eating it like a bowl instead. Overall, it was a good first time and I can't wait to go back and try something else. read more

Qdoba has improved vastly since 2012 (the last time I went). They now have a variety of sauces to put inside your meal that I absolutely love. What really makes this qdoba stand out from the rest is the hospitality and great service. The workers are so kind, understanding and friendly. Went there today for lunch and one of the workers reminded me that drinks were free for students and offered me a free drink (after I already sat down and began eating). I get the vegetarian gumbo every time, its always very filling and they never skimp on ingredients. Love this place!!! read more
