This store is perfect to stop in to for everyone living in the area. Not only is it super cute outside and in abut they have an amazing selection of beer. The whole decor is a mix of modern and very old timey rustic. Its incredibly clean inside too. I also loved the candy selection. Thankfully I didn't bring my kids with me because they would have been all over the little glass jars holding all the fun goodies. The service is also very friendly. People like Marcus, Wyatt and Adam have been incredible helpful, even when they are unable to find an item, they always try. It is the management team, people like Anna and Theresa that make me never want to step foot in that store again. Where is the care? Example: I go to this Safeway 3 to 4 times a day to shop and then deliver for customers. When I cannot find something and 10 minutes goes by, I stop and ask for assistance. (I get paid per order, not by hour so this is painful, but I try not to bother anyone). Anna, specifically, walked me over to help me find a product. I appreciate this, however, Instead of asking what product specifically I was looking for for my customer, she led with, "what are the substitutions?" I am shopping for a customer right now and I am not interested in substitutions until I can at least get help to find the original product. I then showed her the product and she continued about the substitution. I have been in customer service for 25+ years and I just can't even wrap my head around not wanting to satisfy the person in front of you. Anyway, she would not stop suggesting finding the substitution and talking over me. When I approached how I do not want to look at substitutions until we at least look for the original, she said she didn't like that I showed her the phone to show her the actual product and then told me good luck and walked away. I am leaving this review in hopes that there may be some training on how to deal with finding original items that the customer is asking for instead of suggesting a substitution. Heck, it's my go-to for pee breaks when driving to Ellensburg, or to Snoqualmie Falls. The store is stocked like any other Safeway, but is also very well maintained. I grab a refill on drinks and snacks when passing through, and they have an embedded Starbucks, but doesn't everybody!? My only small line gripe is the parking lot. It's a little tight getting in and out of there, so be cautious! Otherwise, whip out your Safeway card and shop away!

They also fill one of your monthly meds at a time, send you a generic message that your meds are ready, and again you have to wait as only one has been filled. Employees are rude and unprofessional as I am sure due to unhappy customers all day their moods down by the end of their shifts. I also never want to hear the excuse any business is short staffed. Not my issue and supervisors or owners of the businesses need to hire or get into these businesses and pick up the slack.
