If the vehicle was truly sold, we should've been notified in advanced before making the trip instead. He pulled excuses out of his ass as to why we weren't notified in advanced about vehicle selling. And, they offer wheel repair, head light cover cleaning, steering wheel repair, hood black out decal, paint protection film and I am sure more that I am unaware of. The 2 Lacosta brothers running this business are the most honest and trustworthy salesmen you can find in the area. They specialize in affordable used cars! Come here to buy, sell or trade! My family has been coming here since our struggling origins. When I say struggles, I mean, we were a ONE CAR household. My dad would drop my mom off at work in the mornings and either he or my aunt would pick my mom up from work. We had a humble living and even with one car, we couldn't afford anything too new. The La Costa brothers were there to provide their automotive knowledge and extremely reliable recommendations. The cars we purchased from them throughout the years had no headaches. When it was time to afford to budget a second car into our household, it was legendary. We felt extremely blessed and fulfilled to have what others would imagine to be basic necessities. La Costa Auto Sales was a major factor in making that transition possible for their reasonable rates and reliability. I will always always feel grateful that they were able to be there for us during tough times. Pass forward to the present, we are blessed to afford to buy newer cars from the Honda dealership, but that leaves us with an "old" car on hand. Honda offered quite an insulting value, and my dad immediately said No thank you! We knew selling it to La Costa Auto Sales would be an honest amount, whatever the offer would be. We saw Steve, and he did a thorough inspection and pulled up the car's official reports, and gave us his professional opinion. They took us to the lot, while waiting for key to be brought to us from the main lot we looked around at all the different cars. We found a Red Nissan Juke that we were interested in but it was in Car City's storage lot side. We talked to Joséluis who didn't seem real interested in selling cars that day. We just assumed it was because it was later in the day. Disappointed we left with a promise the Juke would be ready by noon the next day. So, the following day, we called instead of showing up and he said it wasn't ready to come back the next day.. we asked why he said because it hadn't been worked on to make sure it was ready. So, extremely disappointed we waited til the next day. When we called again the next day as told to do so, he said it had been worked on but not test driven yet. We asked what that meant as far as us getting the car today he said, "come back tomorrow." We told him, Nevermind just keep the car. We told him, You lost out on a guaranteed sale. I would not recommend wasting your time going to this dealership. All you'll get is empty broken promises and they're not very pleasant at that. I would give a minus star review if they offered that.
