Piggy bowl was really delicious with two different kinds of beans. The shredded pork was a nice blend of tart and crispy. Unfortunately the Cuban sammy left a lot to be desired. The bread was dry and hard, without any flavor. Yes it was "pressed " but we expected a sandwich with plenty of juicy meat and cheese hanging over the sides! Not so. It was juicy, a bit spicy because of the jalapeno mayo, and overall a nice way to end my meal. I'll wrap this up by congratulating them on landing a spot on Yelp's Best New Restaurants list for 2025.
