He came at 6:30pm. I was amazed that he was able to come that late. He was the most honest man. He right away knew what was wrong with it. He showed me the parts it needed and how much were they. He ordered the parts and told me he'll be ready to come fix it the next day. Due to my work schedule I was only available at 7pm. He didn't mind it. He charged me to go check it out and that went towards the whole fee. The next day he showed up on time and was able to fix it in 30-40 mins. I really appreciated him coming late. When i spoke to technician he said that circuit board doesn't have a proper holding so they use double sided tape to stick circuit board to panel. Because door was opened multiple times for cleanup the board might have got damaged. This is ridiculous I have never seen someone using double tap to hold any part in the machine. The new replacement parts does not even have warranty and same double sided tape is used to install the board again.

I was contacted by Ed Hill, who is one of their salesmen, for All Pro Beverage in regard to a bean-to-cup coffee machine for our office. Right off the bat, Ed was quick to respond to my inquiries via phone and in email. They brought the coffee machine to demo for our employees that same week and Eric Barrientos was very kind and helpful in terms of helping us set it up. As the days go by where we are testing out the machine, a few kinks happen here and there. I notified Ed about the kinks and also politely asked him to confirm some agreement details with me so I can reiterate to my manager before signing a rental agreement. As a person who is not educated in this realm, I asked if there was any flexibility in adjusting the first order before we signed anything as well as provide clarity on why we had to use their beans exclusively. Instantly, I was met with an aggressive response saying, "How do you think we make our own money if you don't buy product from us?". Within the same email, he told us we weren't a good fit and that they will be picking up the machine that week. I'm not an individual that complains often, but with Ed's impatience to the situation and for the inability for us to ask such questions about the coffee machine, it definitely turned me off in ever contacting All Pro Beverages again. I'm sure not everyone in this company is like this, but his demeanor via email was extremely unprofessional.

Restaurant reviews can be to some degree subjective but a service is not. Johnnies was highly rated, as it should be. Sophia was a wonderful salesperson and found a refrigerator that met our needs and price range perfectly. Really wonderful communication. When delivery and installation was made, David absolutely provided the most efficient and pleasant experience. They spoke of an upcoming move to a new location nearby so the address given here may no longer be correct.
