These guys were quick to respond, which is half the best part of a business. They were friendly in texts and on the phone. The technician who came out was pleasant and replaced a VW Golf windshield in about 20 min., or at least that's what it felt like. Maybe it was 30 minutes. They removed the old toll tag and oil change sticker, replaced them on the new windshield, and thoroughly cleaned the windshield. I could then pay by phone using a credit card. Here's the best part. I thought that was a reasonable price for the job, which included the windshield, any parts, and labor. I checked three other businesses, and they were much, much higher. I had a window replaced on my truck after a break in. Window instal went fine however the technician left glass all over the ground I had to ask him to sweep it up, I can hear bits of glass hitting my new window when it goes up and down, and I found glass still in the vehicle not one small piece in a crack but multiple larger pieces that I cleaned up later. read more

My husband and I thought this was a professional business but save your money and go somewhere else. The tech came out to replace my windhield and not even a month later the windshield had a bubble in it from how they repaired then it started to crack. I am leaving a review on BBB and all places they do businesd to let everybody know about them as well. I spoke with Leo(owner) started to argue with me, not only is that very unprofessional but why are you arguing with a female. I had to stop him in his tracks because he kept trying to overtalk me He has the slightest idea on professionalism and zero customer service skills. We've been calling for awhile, and they kept saying they would send a tech out, but they never did or had the audacity to honor what he said. When we called back to inquire on why they never showed up he started saying it was past the warranty and we did something to the glass. The bottom line is they did a horrible job, and would not correct the problem. I had to leave 1 star for a review, if I could leave no stars I would. Do good by your customers, because you never know who they can send your way. Absolutely horrible. One of the drivers for the company almost hit my car. I was driving down Inwood, and she pulls out fast from a side street, cutting across all of the lanes. I had to slam on my breaks (almost coming to a complete stop) and honk. As I am at the stop light she pulls up next to me honking and flipping me off! As someone driving the company car that is not appropriate driving, and to flip someone off is very rude when SHE was in the wrong. The light turns green and she takes off cuts back in front of me and slams on her breaks. I got the number off the back of the car, call and let someone know. The guy said he would get the manager.. She gets on and I ask if this was the manager and she informs me very rudely "NO, this is the OWNER" I said ok well.. Tell her what happens and then she proceeded to yell at me that she was the one driving the car and I was hauling ass down the road. As an "owner" of a company that's not how you treat people and run a business. She immediately started yelling and using profanity towards me not letting me get a word in. I really hope no customers were around to see such nasty attitude and language. If she's going to treat a complete stranger like that just think of how she would treat a customer. Wish I could leave zero stars. This is the worst auto glass company to deal with. If they break something that was not broken when they arrive they won't honor their mistakes and instead end up charging you way more than what it was supposed to cost. This is super suspicious as if they break things on purpose to get you to spend more money when their employee did the damage. Claiming that if the window regulator gets damaged that's out of their control. Well how about if the guy knew what he was doing then there would have been no damage done to begin with, if he would have just done the job the correct way and replace my window like he was supposed to do. Do not contact this service. The installer showed up to my home with the incorrect window, when I had already specified the window that I needed installed. The installer then left to get the correct window and left my car running with the doors open. When the installer came back, he proceeded to install the window and broke the window regulator and motor. A job that was supposed to cost me $200 ended up costing me $800. The install crew was unprofessional and the job was a disaster. I do not recommend this service to anyone that is trying to have a proper window installation. read more

I called two places, Scorpio the second. They had the glass in stock, a very reasonable price, included installation and mobile service (they came to me). Inside of 4 hours after calling, Carlos and Rafael arrived, very carefully and professionally cleaned everything up, put in my new window, and were done in an hour. For what could've been a very painful experience, their quality, speed, price, and professionalism made the whole break-in a surprisingly easy issue. Very friendly and good price. Inside seems "not quite finished," but I was comfortable with a fun book from their table and they also handed me a free bottled water while I waited. All I can say is wow. I was communicating with these guys at 2 or 3am. Best price offered out of 3. Called to let me know they were on the way and approximately how long. They called 5 to 10 minutes b4 arriving. Although there was a language barrier between the tech and I, we still communicated clearly. And someone was readily available when I had questions. The tech did a kick ass job in less than an hour. It would have taken him 30 min if I took the time to clean out the glass last night. Which brings me to this point. Online quote was $150 less than Safelite for the same type of glass with green tint and shade at the top. Appointment online tool didn't work, so had call in. Lady on the phone waspolite and courteous. Technicians arrived on time and finished the work pretty fast. Moved toll tag and registration stickers to the new glass. Working online appointment tool would be nice. Hopefully quality of work is good, will check on it after some rainy days. read more

Really unhappy about the customer service at this place -- so unhappy that I didn't end up getting my windshield replaced by them. I called here first based on the very few but overall glowing Yelp reviews. First, the phone number listed on their website banner is incorrect -- even once I figured out the right number, no one answered the phone. I ended up submitting an online quote request which, to their credit, they responded to by phone fairly promptly. I was scheduled for same-day mobile service, but then got a call in the last 15 minutes of my time window asking if I'd be willing to reschedule, since they were running behind. I agreed to reschedule for the following morning. The next day, not only did no one show up -- no one bothered to call to tell me they were (again) running behind. I called 30 minutes AFTER my time window to check what was going on. They apologized, said I was the next job in the queue, and said they'd call me back with an estimate of when to expect the technician. Over two hours later, I still had not received a phone call. I called to cancel my service - they said okay. Twenty minutes later, they call back saying the tech will be arriving shortly. I reiterate -- SORRY. I -already- called you guys to cancel the service. I still want to cancel my service. He was supposed to be here THREE hours ago. Well, really, he was supposed to be here yesterday -- but who's even counting anymore at this point?? Called for chip repair in my windshield. They set an appointment for a 3 hour window, they showed up 45 minutes late and beyond our window. They repaired the chip and it now looks worse than it did before the repair. I called Carlos in the office while the repair technician was still here. I asked if he would come out and look at the repair and make a judgement as to if the repair was done properly. He said he would not come out and if the technician said it was as good as it could be then that is there answer. I have had several I windshield chip repaired and the work was never this poor. All in all they did a poor repair and I am very disappointed in their work. I will not reccomend their work. read more
