I wish I could give this rip off business ZERO stars or even a negative star. They destroyed our Audi, it was brought in for an oil leak and we where told that we needed a new engine, so 7,000 later we get the car back after they had it to MONTHS! The car still leaked oil and under the hood they had destroyed the wiring harness and the fire blanket thing on the hood (not sure of the name). I make a very very long story shorter, we never got the leak fixed, we had huge issues with the "new" engine. The last time we brought it in it had a ticking noise. Which cost us 1850.00.... the car still ticks and we were told that we need to change the oil and it would go away!!! Wait didn't I just pay you 1850.00?? I also asked for receipts and never got one, except the last visit. We brought the car to another repair shop and they said it needs a new engine! DONT EVER go to this shop. read more

Only two of the top ten shops in the AV (via Yelp) work on German vehicles, and this place is one of them. I've never had to get a battery replacement, let alone have one die on me. So I was nervous about getting it done, with no personal recommendations. I unfortunately forgot the receptionist's name, but she gave me a quote a couple of days prior to coming in, and kept it. A man who wanted to buy my car took it here for an inspection before finalizing the purchase. The mechanic told him that my car had a destroyed motor which decreased the value of my car by more than 60% of our agreed upon price. After hearing the news, I went to my usual mechanic for a second opinion and to my relief, he said the motor was completely fine and I just needed to replace a sensor. This was about 6 months ago and my car has been working great ever since. I do not know if this was a shady mechanic/owner trying to scam me or an honest mistake; However, such a substantial claim that devalued my car by that wide of a margin is unacceptable. If I did not have a second inspection, I could have lost thousands of dollars. The guy at the front desk also seemed very irritated and annoyed when I was asking about all of the issues my car had. He gave me a scribbled on paper that was barely readable detailing the issues, which my mechanic did not find an issue with half of the things listed. Very unprofessional and unhonest business, I would never return and would recommend anybody reading this to take your car anywhere but here. read more

Do not waste your time at this shop. They are the most unprofessional auto shop that I have ever been to. I own a Volvo, and I've taken my car here before for an easy obvious fix, I'm good with cars so I know what the problem is half of the time. I took my car there for an EVAP check engine code, so I needed them to run the tests to find out where the leak is. They had the car for 5 days, and not once did I receive a phone call with an update on my vehicle. When I called I got an "oh well do you need your car?" So, after that I was told the problem had to do with the most expensive part of that system. Charged me $400, I paid it, it is what it is. Next day light comes back on. Take it to another shop, they have the car for the day, ran the tests, told me everything was fine except for a bad seal. They replaced it for free....which tells me this shop didn't even know why was wrong with my car so they just charged me for the most expensive part. I got swindled, and on top of everything else, they're rude as hell. I highly do not recommend this place. read more

After 7 months of being promised my Volkswagen Jetta would be fixed and over $3,000.00 paid for it to be fixed and five times taking the car back.. still does not work as promised!! This auto shop does not stand by their word and only fixes half the problem and states they warranty their work!! After the fifth time taking it in.. having the said warranty they only found new issues to charge within the same areas! Why they didn't fix it the first round .. they only want to milk you for more money!!! I'm very saddened that they are horrible enough to do this to their customers!! My advice... Brought my car into this place for a check engine light, said I needed a new sensor which should do the trick. Paid them, got a new sensor, check engine light still on. Brought it back, cleaned the throttle body, still on. Brought it back, said I need a new throttle body, paid them, light still on. Then they tell me it's coming up as a code that's unavailable which means it's electrical, which is weird considering I ran the diagnostic myself and it came up as a code P0174. 4 trips, lots of money and no results. We live in Fort Irwin,Ca we got a rental car drove to Quartz Hill dropped off our car over night by 9 am the next morning our car was ready, they then referred us to a tire place . If you are looking for honest, reliable with no bs then this is the place! I needed an oil change but my husband works so much I hated to bug him plus he went away for the weekend on a men's camping trip so I figured this would be a great opportunity to in sneak my oil change. I yelped a few places and decided to give them a call. I was relieved when I heard a friendly woman answer the phone. She answered all my questions with out making me feel stupid and was very knowledgeable about cars. She told me to come right in and they would take care of me. Although I only had an oil change I was able to observe other customers with their car issues. What impressed me the most was they knew their customers on a first name basis, a cute older woman was told her air conditioner needed repairing and would have to leave the car for most of the day but they would be happy to take her home so she could wait in the comfort of her home! I wish more businesses did that it takes nothing to go that extra mile. They are husband & wife owned and I'm sold! By the way I was in and outta there in under 40 minutes on a Saturday. They close at 12 on Saturdays and are closed 1 Saturday of the month. read more

Bad service , Every time I talk to the lady that answers the phone she's super rude and I had my truck there three separate times to fix the AC they fucked that all up every week my AC was broken I kept bringing it back and they kept ringing it together to get it to work again anyways they don't understand when you fix air conditioners on a ram 2500 you're supposed to tell them that they need to fix the air dryer and condenser and compressor all at one time I think they lack the experience on AC work So after spending around $1200 with them all I got was a new compressor and blend door motor is working properly that's it my truck still sits on the side of the house and they're requesting 500 more dollars to fix the condenser now they were no help at all on helping me fix my air conditioning problem, I understand now that all they want is your money they can care less about your air conditioner working as long as they can get you back into their office spending more money I generally thought they cared about me at first but quickly realized they have a Huge ego and can care less about their customer read more
