Terrible service, and the got my order wrong. There was a line of three families, with two on staff to serve. They seemed to cross cross across the kitchen unnecessarily, causing delays in getting orders out. The person in front of me had waited 10 minutes before he asked the status of his food order. This in turn delayed my food from being prepared. As far as boba tea places- this is pretty bad. Skip this place, and find something else to satisfy your thirst. read more

The bubbles are a good texture, chewy and tender (which surprisingly can be hard to find!). Ordered the Tiger Milk tea, half black and half thai tea. Wasn't too impressed with the taste. A little watered down, not enough tea taste and under-sweet. But it's location is great. Stumbled across it on my way to Fisherman's Wharf; why not get some bubble tea. Wife was looking for something to drink and I was looking for a snack as we waited for our tour bus to start loading. Got her a peach tea which got the job done. I had egg rolls on the brain until I saw... lobster balls. I'll stop short of making comparisons to Rocky Mountain Oysters. Six little fried balls of crispy, salty lobster love. The slowest and forgetful Quickly: No one wasn't in line. It's not busy. I thought it was a perfect time to grab a drink. I ordered the cantaloup slushy. Three more customers came in and ordered their drinks as I waited for mine. I waited for 15 minutes for a drink. What made it worst, the people that ordered after me got their drinks first. And then when I brought it up with the employee, their face looked like they forgot about my drink. So I had to wait another 5 minutes. 7 minutes to be exact. I don't know what kind of employees does this Quickly have, but I'm pretty sure that you can do better. It's rather you work "Quickly" or learn how to be fast pace with your job. read more

This location have the best popcorn chicken, more quality than other Quickly locations, the chicken fresh and taste very good, crispy, when other locations the chicken tasted not that fresh, and not even crunchy like popcorn. My past few experiences have been better and it's a nice place close to work to satisfy cravings. Before I was leaning between 2 and 3 stars but now I think I'm a solid 3-3.5 stars. Spam musubi - contrary to my first experience it has not been too salty but a good amount of flavor. I would recommend it and anytime I have a spam musubi craving I stop by Quickly. Takoyaki - Their takoyaki was suprisingly pretty good and better than some other places I have tried. I recently got the earl grey milk tea and it actually tastes like earl grey and not like artificial flavoring. There usually is only one and sometimes two people working so when it's busy the service can be pretty slow. read more

We got 2 taro milk teas, and 2 mango fruit teas. Both were really good. i would definitely come back. Best boba tea i have had in a while.

I ordered an Almond Snow with extra boba. The boba was really chewy, but the slush was too sweet. They only have one cup size for the drinks. The size is a large in other boba places, so it's a pretty good size. I liked how they had a variety of choices here. There's a lot of snacks and drinks. read more

I had the premium chai bubble tea. They offer it served cold or hot. The drink was perhaps a 3.5 out of 5. Service 4 out of 5. So many varieties of bubble tea and premium tea available. I probably should have ordered it cold. Worth a try for those bubble tea fans. read more

This is the only Quickly that I have been to but both experiences have been very pleasant and easy. The people behind the counter were very helpful with explaining what was on the menu. Also this place is one of the first places I found when on Fishermans Wharf so that's a plus too The first time I ordered I tried something new with mango topping on the hottom, not my thing but it tasted fine. The second time I went I ordered a passion fruit milk tea Boba and it was delicious! Probably won't get anything different next time just because it was that good.! read more

Got the popcorn chicken milk tea combo. Boba wasn't ready but the employee was nice and explained to me I can switch toppings (was having a brain fart). Thought the popcorn chicken was a little pricey (I'm not from around here), but when I got it it was definitely worth it! They gave more than DOUBLE the amount of any place that served popcorn chicken I've been to. Strongly recommend getting it. I see other reviews complaining about the milk tea, but to me milk tea is always good I guess so I didn't find it bad at all. So much chicken I was happy enough to write this LOL read more

Given the area, it's a good choice if you're in the mood for boba. Flavor is consistent with other Quickly chains. The boba (tapioca pearls) were the perfect texture and sweetness. A pleasant surprise to have stumbled upon this place while walking around Fisherman's Wharf. Large menu for both drinks (which can all be hot or cold) and food. Food items looked good for snacking, like fried lobster balls and chicken, and toasts with toppings. I went with the classic milk tea with boba, which was decently priced at $2.71 for a rather large cup. No line and drink came out quickly. While not the best milk tea I've ever had, it was good with a nice amount of boba and not too much ice. Only negative thing to say is the drink wasn't very cold. I am not a fan of quicklys whatsoever. Every location I've been to totally bites. However, this location sparks a little faith in me for this franchise. First one I've been to that's clean and fresh looking, the walls aren't covered with tons of paper advertising their various snacks. Granted they just opened up a few months ago though, but let's hope they stay this way forever. Let's talk about their snacks. Omg. Everything. I can't fathom how delicious it all is! Fried mini octopus?! Bomb.com! Popcorn chicken! Milk tea! Boba! Snacks! Drinks! I had to knock off a star because they did me wrong by running out of boba...what kind of boba place runs out of boba?! It's like going into a steakhouse and they ran out of steak...also the knocked off star is for their service. They're nice enough, but extremely short staffed. terrible customer service and the milk tea is awful!!! honestly one of the worst customer service experience ever. the boy working there seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else, i ordered a honeydew milk tea and waited 30 minutes for it...apparently he had made it and just left it on the counter and never said the number. i was wait and waiting to hear him say my number in the very empty shop when i noticed a drink sitting there i went over and got his attention "is this my drink?" i asked and he whispered 'yeah' "did you say the number?" i asked he again replied with 'yeah..' aside from 3 other ladies who already had their drink, me and my mother were the only people in there if he saw that my drink was just sitting there he could have said something to me i would have really appreciated it. then i went on to just forget about that and enjoy my drink and day but it was so horrible i couldn't drink it so i asked for an exchange to maybe have a different drink he said no so i asked for a refund and he said "okay but i'm busy you have to wait until i serve these people first." he was talking about 3 customers that had just ordered their drinks before we spoke to him, then we demanded a refund in that moment because we had already waited 30 minutes, then he said 'fine' and gave us a refund which took 3 seconds for him to do so there was no reason for us to wait until after he served the other customers... he only said that because he was mad. read more

The Service at this store is SLOW. If you add food to your order expect to wait as long as 20 minutes. Other Quickly stores are almost as slow - but this one seems slower. At other stores you can order by phone so you are not waiting in line too long - but not at this store. read more
