The tea flavour is not strong, nor is the boba made with quality in mind as it was hard in the center. I'm under the assumption that their fruit teas are front-loaded with artificial syrups since that's what the white peach resembled. Price: To compromise quality, the price point is the selling factor. Boba priced around $5-$7 is a rarity these days, but this shop does it. Just know that you're paying for lesser quality in your order. Customer Service: Wow, that needs work. The other review was not kidding about their employees and how they communicate. Customer interactions can heavily change the view of the store and will make/break the experience. With this already broken experience being topped by their employee "communication," I'm surprised they have returning customers. There are a plethora of better boba shops in the same area. The grape teagurt, on the other hand, is probably not something I'll get again because the grapes at the bottom were too sour and had a weird rubbery, gritty texture. I'm looking forward to trying the honeydew yogurt drink next. They have a lot of unique drinks that I haven't seen elsewhere. I appreciated that when my drink came out a little short, the server made more so that it would fill to the top. And I appreciated that the register asked me to join their rewards program after paying instead of there being a nondescript sign somewhere away from the counter that would surely lead to me kicking myself for not seeing it after spending a lot. The reward is $8 off for spending $100.
