They let us know it would take about 10 minutes since they wanted to make them fresh, which we were completely fine with. To our surprise, they even gave us complimentary Bo-Berry Biscuits while we waited, which was such a thoughtful gesture and definitely wasn't expected. It's rare to walk into a place where everyone has such a positive attitude, but the whole morning crew made us feel appreciated as customers. They had an extra 20 minutes to get it right, yet still missed basic essentials that made the meal disappointing.
