We dined in for lunch and was greeted with a smile. Our food came out super quick and hot. Of course the food was delicious as it always is for canes. The restaurant was clean and there was staff there taking our tray as well when we were done. The parking is scarce if you want a close parking spot.

When we walked into Raising Cane's, we were immediately welcomed with friendly smiles. I ordered the Caniac Combo, and before I knew it, the food was gone. It was that good! I didn't even have a chance to take a picture of it because I couldn't stop eating. The chicken was crispy and tender, and the Cane's sauce was the perfect addition. I'll definitely be back for more!

Love the chicken fingers here and the golden crispy fries with just enough salt. Sauce is decent but I prefer barbecue sauce or chick fil a sauce. Love the toast, especially when buttered on both sides(you can request it) Tea and Lemonade are fresh and made daily. Love their crunchy ice too. Staff is always friendly

Gah!! Welcome back to the dine-in world Raising Canes! So very happy to be here!! As usual, the service is excellent and the food is fantastic. I know the menu items are very limited but who doesn't love that Cole slaw and Canes sauce!! Just fabulous. Kinda weird and unsafe on the parking but if you can make it inside without getting run over by other patrons, you're sure to love it!

It's literally the worst fried chicken I've ever had. The strips were extremely small. Absolutely no flavor. The fries are undercooked and seasonless. If you want extra Canes sauce, that's 42 cents extra you'll have to fork out each. I can understand that, but I just dished out $20 for two fast food meals.Give me the extra sauce. I will say the tea was perfectly sweetened. Do better Canes. Do better.

Not bad. Bread and fries probably would have been better had I not taken it to go.

Good, not great, but not bad. Just went through the drive thru so I can't judge the interior. Drive thru moved along quickly. Employee who was at the window was nice and friendly. $14 for two 3 piece combos. Not the best chicken fingers I have ever had, not bad. If I want quick cheap chicken fingers I would come back. Only odd thing was that they charge for honey mustard. But overall decent fast food.

It's aight, my kids make me come and get this. The hype was good at the start but the tenders are smaller and taste ain't so great.

Small seating area, but excellent fresh tender strips. Love the dipping sauce and cole slaw as well. Great stop for lunch or dinner

Lets evaluate. First time to this one. But have visited a location in Dallas frequently when I lived there. The concept is simple. Chicken strips, that really nice tender part from the breast part. Nice and moist, flaky batter coating. Mild dipping sauce. Crinkle cut fries. Soft Drink. All for under $7. I was a happy camper. Busy at the time I was there, 12:11pm. Seems like Raising Cane's is going to be a winner and not have to drive to the SA airport to get it. Yeah... GO CAJUNS GO.. Oh, and there a sandwich available as well. But why? hummmm... Tell em Touchet sent ya....

The cheesy tots were not that cheesy but the fries were delicious and everybody enjoyed their food. It was fresh tasty not overly salted. Service was great and they have an outdoor dining area and it was sunny and breezy almost a touch too cold, but it was too beautiful of a day to be indoors. Lots of parents with infants. They had some shot specials for Saint Paddy's day seven dollar Jamison shots no pickle backs, they have pineapple or orange juice shots to chase it. I wish they had a drive-through so I can try all their breakfast burritos in the morning. I just can't get motivated sometimes. Burgers have Hawaiian rolls as buns I like that because it kind of teases the savory with the sweet. Only drawback is the pricing I fear for the want to be regulars wanting to enjoy the drafts and tater tots

2/5 stars I came…read morehere around 10:00 p.m. on a Sunday, about an hour before closing. There was no line, only a few people sitting at the bar, so I wasn't expecting a long wait. The first issue was using the InKind app. We spent about 10 minutes trying to figure out how to use it because ordering ahead wasn't working, and none of the employees seemed familiar with the process. One employee was patient, friendly, and genuinely tried to help us figure it out, which I appreciated. After finally placing our order, we were told it would take about 15 minutes. Instead, we waited roughly 40 minutes, and didn't receive our food until 11:00 p.m., right at closing. I understand we came during the last hour before closing, which is why I specifically asked if we had enough time. If the kitchen was backed up or our order was going to take 40+ minutes that late in the evening, I would have completely understood. I just wish we had been told that up front instead of being quoted 15 minutes. By the time we received our food, it was closing time. Thankfully we ordered it to go, because if we'd planned to eat there, we wouldn't have had the opportunity. When our food was finally ready, the bag was already ripping because something inside had leaked. The employee noticed right away, grabbed two new bags, and repacked everything, which I appreciated. We ordered quite a bit to sample the menu: the Cali Chick (lettuce wrapped), Hot Chick, Buff Chick, Little Mule, Totchos, onion strings, sweet potato fries, and a Teriyaki Chicken Caesar Wrap (which we haven't tried yet, so I can't comment on that one). Unfortunately, the food we did eat was very disappointing. The lettuce-wrapped Cali Chick was a mess--the lettuce was so wilted it couldn't even function as a wrap. The onion strings, Totchos, and sweet potato fries had all lost their crispness by the time we got them, and everything was lukewarm or cold. The Little Mule ended up being our favorite burger, while the Hot Chick definitely delivered on the spice. Ironically, the sweet potato fries were my favorite side, even though they came in the smallest portion. Our total was over $100 before the InKind discount, and I honestly wouldn't pay full price for this meal. The quality just didn't match the price. I don't know if the kitchen was short-staffed or if something else was going on that night, but waiting 40 minutes after being quoted 15 minutes--especially with almost no one else ordering--only to receive cold, soggy food was incredibly disappointing. I do want to give credit to the employee who helped us. He was polite, apologized several times for the delay, and even repacked our order when he noticed the leaking bag. Unfortunately, the overall experience and food quality just didn't live up to the price. Based on this visit, I couldn't justify spending over $100 for the experience we received. I hope this was just an off night, but it was disappointing enough that I felt it deserved a 2-star review.

FIRST TIME VISIT!…read more Woohoo! Been looking for chili cheese fries and happened upon a review for this place boasting fries with a homemade chili so we HAD TO stop in tonight. THE LOCATION: on the very end of a string of businesses in a strip mall that I've never been in before, so that was cool. Lots of parking, that'll never be an issue. And right off the 410. THE MENU: Burgers, dogs, Mexi-style munchies and a variety of frozen dessert-type items like shakes, frozen fruit concoctions and Italian ice. THE STAFF: I wasn't overwhelmed with a warm welcome and smiles, at least from the guys. Lol! They should really work on that. There was a sweet gal who ran out our food orders and she was great. THE FOOD: I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich deluxe with tots and a sweet tea. The grilled chicken was juicy and cooked well and the bun was lovely, slightly sweet and toasted. Overall, the sandwich could've used more flavor, like a creamy bbq spread and cheddar instead of the "Swiss" cheese that tasted more like American cheese. But overall, 7/10. The tots were extra crispy and the guy who took my order didn't take heed to my request for ranch. I was too lazy to get up again so I settled for ketchup. The sweet tea was nicely sweet and fresh, I'll be sipping this in my dreams. The hubby ordered the bacon cheeseburger with chili cheese fries and an Oreo cookie shake. The burger looked good and he ate it quick, so there's that. This guy can EAT so it surprised us both when he slowed down fast after eating that burger. Lol! He kept saying how filling it was, but then he also killed a large shake before the food arrived, so there's that. He ate most of his chili cheese fries, leaving me a few bites to sample. Not bad. I order a Coco Haven frozen dessert to go and omg is this thing delightful! Vanilla ice cream and coconut Italian ice (?) with a blue snow cone-like syrup drizzled throughout. I loved the texture of what I believed to be Italian ice. Smooth and flaky, a perfect icy dessert. OVERALL: decent eatery, the hubby said we can go back (LOL!) Shockerrrrr! But I recommend the staff tries harder to make customers feel welcomed and comfortable. The next visit will be telling.

The drink station is in a bit of an awkward spot. Feels like you're going behind the counter to get a drink. Prob be easier to have someone who works there fill and refill em but it's cool. So the burgers. Just looking at the smashed burger 50% outside the bun I knew I wasnt gonna be a big fan. The meat alone is kinda salty and crispy. Once you get to the bun and the toppings it's pretty good. You just gotta get there. Fries nice and crispy. Sweet tea was tasty. Glad I got to try it. Dont think I'll go out of my way for it unless they keep the meat inside the bun. Recommend: Maybe I…read morerecently visited Dave's Hot Chicken in Schertz, and it seems like they just opened--because it was very busy. I'm guessing once the initial rush dies down, the experience might feel a bit more relaxed. When I first walked in, there was a slight unpleasant smell, kind of like body odor, which wasn't the best first impression. That said, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Even though I ordered through the kiosk (which was easy and straightforward to use), employees still checked in to see if I needed anything. After placing my order, it took about 10-15 minutes to get my food, which felt reasonable considering how crowded it was. I decided to sit outside since it was a nice day, and they do have both indoor and outdoor seating options. As for the food--portions are definitely generous. I ordered two sliders (mild spice level) and a salad. The sliders had thick pieces of chicken, and while they were filling, the chicken itself was a bit too thick for my liking and didn't have much flavor beyond the spicy seasoning on the outside. On the positive side, the sauce on the sliders was really good. The salad was also a standout--I genuinely enjoyed it. The fries were another highlight: fresh, crispy, and paired well with the sauce. Overall, this visit felt a bit hit-or-miss, possibly because of how busy things were. I'm willing to give it another try down the line to see if the experience improves once things settle. If you're curious, it's worth checking out for yourself.
