I was driving my friend to the airport the other day and we both really wanted Cane's for lunch so we found this one on our way and stopped by. Of course, the line was wrapped around the building in the drive thru, but we had time to wait and didn't want to go inside since we were both "people'd" out at that time and just wanted to sit in silence while waiting. When it was our turn to order, we placed the order quickly and then the line started moving quickly. What I love about cane's is that they have a very simple menu so there aren't many ways to mess anything up. We each got our meals and drinks and then we parked the car nearby to just have a picnic in the car. Everything was super hot and fresh and tasted really good given we were so hungry! Overall, this was an easy detour on the way to the airport and the food was exactly what we expected. Nothing fancy. My friend and I tried this Cane's location tonight and had a pretty good experience! The drive through line was wrapped around the building, so we went inside to place a carry out order. The interior was spacious & clean despite the dinner rush! The staff was friendly & got our orders in quickly. We filled the our limited edition Post Malone collector's cups while waiting for our food. By the time we filled our drinks, our food was ready to go! We took our meals home (caniac & box combos) and they were fresh & still super hot after a 15 minute drive. The chicken pieces seemed larger than the other Cane's locations I've visited in STL and they were generous with fries. No complaints on the food! My only issue was with the long drive through line & few parking spaces that were not marked for mobile orders. We had to circle the building a couple times to find a spot. read more

Had cane's while in FLA, not necessarily in Missouri. The chicken and sauce is better than Chic-fil-A IMO. Additionally you get a reasonable piece of Texas toast with your combo meal. Just a chicken place. Just a damn good chicken place. This is the first time I have been to a Raising Cane's. It was surprisingly better than I thought it would be. I wouldn't compare this to a Chick Fil-A, but maybe a Zaxby's. The chicken was crispy and tasty. They had crinkle cut fries, which were hot and good. (This might not be my favorite type of fries, but it was great.) The store was clean. There wasn't too much of a line when we got in, but they moved it quickly. My partner said they have a ton of these in the area. I can't say if this particular store was better than the others as this was my first time in any of them, but this was good. Recently, my girlfriend and I visited on a trip to St. Louis and we would assume that all the menus are the same at all of the locations. The menu was simple with just 4 combos listed, all consisting of their famous chicken fingers. We ordered the Box Combo (4 chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, 1 Cane's sauce, Texas Toast, Cole Slaw and 22 oz regular drink) and Sandwich Combo (3 chicken fingers in a sandwich consisting of Cane's sauce, lettuce on a Kaiser roll, Crinkle-cut fries and a 22 oz. regular drink). It was our very 1st time at any Raising Cane's and we were surprised at how good the chicken fingers were! In fact, I wouldn't categorize them as fingers as the pieces of chicken were pretty big, so they were more like chicken tenders. Anyhow, the chicken fingers were juicy and flavorful and, honestly, some of the best chicken fingers we probably had ever had. The crinkle-cut fries were also really good as well, comparable to the crinkle-cut fries we love from Shake Shack. Yes, I dared to compare their fries to Shake Shack! As for the location, it was clean, the employees were cordial and friendly and there was a sizable parking lot. For a long time I was under the impression that I didn't like Raising Cane's. One day my coworkers were going to order and asked me if I wanted something. I decided to get it because it's close and I really didn't feel like going out and thought it's edible. When they came back with my meal I was shocked at just how fresh everything was and how juicy the chicken was! Since then I've gone exclusively to this location at least once a week and every time it's been the same. So much so that I had to tell them today. When it comes to chain restaurants I understand how sometimes the first impression may not be correct. People have to care about what they do and who they serve! After hearing my friends go on and on about how great Raising Cane's was, when I saw one on my trip I decided to take a small detour to give them a try. This place was clean and had an inviting atmosphere. The young lady that took my order was extremely nice and after taking my order said "Hot food coming up". I tried the Big Box combo that comes with four chicken strips, fries, coleslaw, and a piece of toast. The young lady didn't lie, the food was fresh and hot! And was ready in a reasonable amount of time. I've been waiting to try Raising Canes for years. I've seen people eat there on YouTube, etc. I was disappointed. My husband and I shared a 4 piece box meal. The chicken was slightly tender but no flavor unless you dip it in the sauce. Also the chicken fingers were a bit bigger than a McDonald's chicken nugget. In the interest of fair disclosure, I'll admit two things: 1. I eat at Chick-fil-A often 2. I hate crinkle cut fries (sorry White Castle!) This was my first visit and I ordered the 3 piece meal with lemonade. Surprisingly, the fries were very good! The lemonade was also good; fresh squeezed and similar to CFA. However, unlike CFA, they wouldn't do a refill unless I forked over .90. When I asked for dipping sauce, they apparently only have one and it is their Cane's special sauce. The chicken fingers were fresh and hot but surprisingly, the breading was completely bland - almost like they had dipped them in flour only. So, the sauce was really needed. Overall, the meal was very filling and the service was adequate; no CFA, but adequate. Doubt I'll eat at a Cane's again if there is a CFA closeby. read more

They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery but dang, these people straight up ripped off the entire menu of Guthrie's Chicken fingers that was started in Alabama in 1965. Even the "secret" sauce is exactly the same. Seriously. They straight up ripped off the entire Guthrie's menu without changing anything. I am a huge fan of Raising Cane's and am extremely happy to have one open up so close to where I live and work. I used to have to drive 20-25 minutes to get to the nearest location, however this location is only a 5-10 minute drive for me! Opening day was incredibly crowded, but the staff were extremely nice and I only had to wait ~15 minutes... which is not bad considering that the line was out the door! The food was great like always, and they somehow managed to keep all the tables looking clean even though the store was so packed police were called in to help direct traffic into and out of the parking lot. read more

My selection for today was Canic combo with has six chicken tenders and a choice of side which are Cole slaw or French fries. With a soda drink .But the price will keep me away. This is by far the worst Canes I have ever been to. I am a huge fan of Canes. I live in the Nashville Metro area and eat at a local Canes at least 3 times a week. After stopping at this location, I am impressed and disgruntled all in the same. My food was perfect just as one would expect. That proves testament to Canes model of a perfect execution of a singular product. However, every other aspect of the restaurant is flawed. The service was absolutely terrible. I arrived at the restaurant to 3 employees playing with sauce packets and waited 5 minutes to have my order taken. During which, the employee who took was order was short and none caring. On top of that, all of the employees surrounding were loud and largely making a fool of the Canes brand. To top it all off, the ambiance of the store was just as bad. The bathrooms were dirty and the soap dispenser was off the wall. Then, the employees thought it appropriate to play loud music that for a large majority of Canes patrons would be offended by. In all, this location is a scourge on Cane's reputation and needs a overhaul on employee training. read more

I have to finally post about Cane's because we have been coming here for a year now. Came here for the first time a year ago when we first came in town. It's really good food that's not too expensive but you don't want to make it a habit because it can dent your wallet if you go too much. The chicken is nicely breaded and fried.
