2 Chicken Fingers with Crinkle-Cut Fries and Cane's Sauce
    Satenik V.

First time visiting Missouri and just randomly looked for best fast food to try. Wanted to try something we didn't have in California and Cane popped up! Got the chicken fingers and some fries sounds basic but the special sauce makes it not so basic! The chicken was juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. It was a great quick bite to grab before heading to the airport! I don't normally eat fast food but just wanted to document that I tried something different out there :)

Just a chicken place. Just a damn good chicken place. This is the first time I have been to a Raising Cane's. It was surprisingly better than I thought it would be. I wouldn't compare this to a Chick Fil-A, but maybe a Zaxby's. The chicken was crispy and tasty. They had crinkle cut fries, which were hot and good. (This might not be my favorite type of fries, but it was great.) The store was clean. There wasn't too much of a line when we got in, but they moved it quickly. My partner said they have a ton of these in the area. I can't say if this particular store was better than the others as this was my first time in any of them, but this was good. I would definitely come back next time I am in town.

Clean location. Friendly employees. And most importantly, good chicken fingers! Recently, my girlfriend and I visited on a trip to St. Louis and we would assume that all the menus are the same at all of the locations. The menu was simple with just 4 combos listed, all consisting of their famous chicken fingers. We ordered the Box Combo (4 chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, 1 Cane's sauce, Texas Toast, Cole Slaw and 22 oz regular drink) and Sandwich Combo (3 chicken fingers in a sandwich consisting of Cane's sauce, lettuce on a Kaiser roll, Crinkle-cut fries and a 22 oz. regular drink). It was our very 1st time at any Raising Cane's and we were surprised at how good the chicken fingers were! In fact, I wouldn't categorize them as fingers as the pieces of chicken were pretty big, so they were more like chicken tenders. Anyhow, the chicken fingers were juicy and flavorful and, honestly, some of the best chicken fingers we probably had ever had. The crinkle-cut fries were also really good as well, comparable to the crinkle-cut fries we love from Shake Shack. Yes, I dared to compare their fries to Shake Shack! As for the location, it was clean, the employees were cordial and friendly and there was a sizable parking lot. It's a good thing they don't exist in the East Coast because our belt lines would suffer from coming here often!

Old chicken, old batter, soggy fries, messed up drinks! Staff was rude and couldn't get our order right

Service was OK. Chicken tasted like many other fast food options. It wasn't as differentiated as I remember from other Cane's in the past.

The food was very good and the green lemonade was the best ever but the Cane's sauce was not that good at all.

Gooey, clumpy, flavorless rice, rubbery shrimp, and the soggiest breaded orange chicken I've ever had. My family and I went in with optimism, however, it is the first time in my mother's life she has thrown her entire meal away. She is over 50. Nobody was able to finish. It's like the food just chills in the pans under the heat lamps between customers. The cashier was friendly. The restaurant was pretty clean, and the bathroom was tidy as well. They have Coke products, and a Diet Coke certainly made the experience more bearable. I hope they are able to figure this out, because it's a cool concept - like a Panda Express but local. But the food is very, very lacking.

I received a notification that my food was ready nearly 15 minutes before I arrived, and somehow it was still piping hot when I got there. Even better, it retained its heat all the way home. I ordered the shrimp, chicken, and fish plate, along with the fish po' boy, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Overall, I give it an 8.5/10--and the only reason it's not higher is because I wish I had ordered more shrimp! Don't take my word for it if you want to miss out on some good eating, but I'll definitely be making that passport-required trip again.

It added plenty of flavor without overpowering the chicken, so you could still taste the quality of the meat. It was a great balance. I also ordered the 3 piece tender meal with no spice for my child. Unfortunately, she said it was too spicy for her to eat, so I would recommend they pay closer attention to orders requesting no spice. The signature Chuck's sauce that came with the meal tasted like a combination of barbecue sauce and honey mustard. It was actually pretty good and surprised me. I was a little disappointed that they don't offer regular honey mustard or barbecue sauce as separate dipping sauce options. I also ordered honey as a dipping sauce for both meals, but I only received one small packet of honey for all eight chicken tenders. One packet simply isn't enough for that much chicken. This location is next to Cecil Whittaker's, and both restaurants share the same front counter employee, although each has its own pickup window. There is no indoor seating, so this location is pickup and delivery only. Overall, I really enjoyed the chicken and would definitely order it again. Next time, though, I'll double-check that I receive enough honey and that a "no spice" order truly comes with no spice.
