Decided to grab some food at CityWalk before heading into the park. The seating inside is a bit odd, there are single/double tables around the center piece which has "booth" type seating and regular chairs on the outer part. They had a few tables on the side against the wall and the rest are patio seating. They have ordering kiosks which is very convenient because they get very busy here. Food came out quick and they have your drinks with names on the side apart from the food for you to just pick up. Utensils and stuff are also on the side and very organized. Definitely one of the better locations and great addition to CityWalk!! IG: @ammysalamii

WHAT IS IT ABOUT THIS PLACE? Seriously- I blame this location specifically for triggering a slight obsession where I swear I was craving Raising Cane's weekly for a bit. Everything is always served hot and fresh- the chicken always perfectly fried/juicy/tasty. They keep the place pretty clean given despite what I'm sure is high daily traffic. Great hours (open early/late) for park and moviegoers alike. And the merch! Cute, SoCal-themed, and reasonably priced. Staff is efficient as well. Indoor/outdoor seating. I'm a fan.

Food is excellent, this time they gave us a little chicken finger but it's ok, we love canes, it was very fast, we placed the order and after 7 min it was ready, to be in the Hollywood walk is very fast and the quality is the same as their other locations, the restaurant is decorated very nice with a big canes dog at the entrance, the food was good, and their staff was kind and very helpful

Needed something cheap and fast before heading out to a movie. I wasn't too hungry and I knew we were probably going to eat afterwards so I grabbed a kids meal to tie me over. This size is perfect for an adult, especially if you don't want to get too full or carry around food in Citywalk. Crinkle fries are good- crispy and salty. Chicken tenders were seasoned well. Eating in can be slightly chaotic as the lights are blaring bright and it tends to have a lot of family packed in. I suggest going outside and to the second floor deck and eat there. They also have merchandise which I thought was interesting. I guess it would make sense because of all of the tourists. The people working there were really cool. You can either order in the kiosk or through their cashier. When I went they were fully-staffed regardless of the automation and i love seeing that. They were availble to get the line moving, help customers individually and help bust tables and keep the restaurant looking clean.

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is great. It is a chain, but not a huge one. This one is located on City Walk in Universal City. Universal City Walk is a great place to go when on vacation or before going into Universal Studios. The place is just adorable. It has cool stuff on the wall and it is very comfortable. It is clean. The service is excellent. They are fast and will take good care of you. It does not take long for your food and you can dine in, do that, or do take away. I think they also deliver. The chicken fingers and fries are just great. They are fresh tasting and big. The fries are ever so good. All of the food there is great. They don't have a huge menu which is nice. They know what they do well and that is all they do. You will love it.

Generally canes is excellent but this canes might be the exception...the food tasted good however one of the chicken strips was not what I am use to receiving from them. It was very small (less than 1/2 of what they normally are. The service was quick with the staff being polite and helpful. The mood inside was upbeat and chill with everyone willing to assist. The food here is much better than what is available around most of the universal park and it's reasonably priced.

First time eating at Raising Cane's, a nice colorful Chicken strip place. I don't know where the name comes from, which left me thinking if it's the owner's name. Famous for their Chicken Strips which they call "CHICKEN FINGERS" with fries are so gooooood. They are made while you wait nice and fresh. It's a simple menu that sells. Busy from the time we arrived til we left. The food was hot which was nice. The decor is inviting and pleasant to see. Highly recommend to war here if you like chicken.

Don't expect for this location to be empty specially on a weekend. Overall lines do move fast and team is friendly. You can order at kiosk or get in line to order with team. A lot of sitting area and location is kept clean. Food is delicious Joanna was kind enough to take our trays for us, which she didn't have to. Jack made sure the table was cleaned up quick for someone else to sit.

The location is LOUD and CHAOTIC! There were only two registers opened while we were waiting in line and then a third one opened which ended up taking our order. The staff moved quick with taking people orders. Don't be fooled by the exterior because the interior is small. The island they have in the middle of the restaurant makes no sense whatsoever considering the registers are located right in front so the lines have to curve around the island. We ended up taking our food to-go since there were no seats available. I paid $43 for 2 Caniac Combos which is ridiculous. I pay less at any other Canes but I assume since it's in CityWalk the prices are jacked up. Chicken tenders were a bit on the soggy side compare to other locations. Fries were fine along with the toast.

I don't understand what all the hype is about. Yes, the chicken is moist and juicy. But the breading wasn't crispy or crunchy. That's a big problem for fried chicken. Also the french fries were kind of like cafeteria fries in high school. The sauce is basically fry sauce, plus pepper.

This is one of City Walk's newest restaurants!! The food is good!! I had the 4 piece chicken fingers with fries and coleslaw!! Not bad for the price! The chicken was good, moist and tender!!! Not too salty, just right!!! The ambiance inside Raising Cane's is fun with plenty of visuals that grab your attention!! You won't miss the huge statue of the famous mascot Cane!!! The service was fast and friendly!!

As you can see, it's pretty packed. Be ready for a pretty long wait, at least 20 minutes.

The food was great. Except for the fries which were very salty. But the chicken tenders were well cooked and well breaded and delicious. The staff behind the counter needs to be trained a lot better as there was a mishap where someone dropped ketchup on the floor and I told person behind the register about it and she did nothing about it. And I told her that she better clean it up because she wouldn't want someone to slip and fall and have a liability issue on their hands. She still ignored me. This is not good.

We have one being built in my city but lord knows when it will be done. So I have a choice between this location and the one in Northridge. I'd last visited the Northridge location (so that was visit 2 in a week) and so this newest visit on a Sat afternoon I figured the drive would be easier (less traffic) going back to the Noho location. My food quality definitely suffered this time. $60 and a not so long of a wait (no more than 10 minutes) food was tightly packaged and we were on our way. 20-30 minute drive back home. Excited to at least have the fries hot. Knowing these fries are better than Angry Chicks which id also had recently during this crave fest. But they weren't as good as Dave's so I'm back at Dave's. BUT. Soon as we get in the car and rip into our order. Fries are so cold. Dang near starting to petrify they'd started to become hard (makes me think what they do to your stomach if you don't bowel asap!). We had driven all the way down, waited and wanted to ensure we beat traffic back so we just kept the order without going right back in. It wasn't busy at all. When we'd arrived they only had 1 other patron and he was sitting already eating. What it appears is they aren't dropping fries last. The star is the chicken, we get it, but don't have the fries already plated while taking extra time and care to ensure the chicken is perfect. I want my fries piping fresh and hot. And they weren't.

They must be using super fresh tenders or something. This place is REAL SOUTHERN STYLE. They butter the hell out of the bread AND use mayo AND fry the chicken. It's a triple threat on the calorie frontier, but a quadruple threat for flavor. The jalapeno ranch was a revelation. Fresh jalapeno flavor was so nice. The lemon pepper chicken was good, but I would stick to the Nashville hot. Small joint but the dude running this place was beyond cool. A real live LA food scene service king. He made me want to come back. Latin guy. Looked like he use to play ball. Talked about lifting and stuff but he deff loved to eat and made some great recommendations. Great price too. Cheaper than Dave's Hot Chicken.

The double sandwich combo is the best deal on hot chicken you can find anywhere in the area, hands down. The fries are crispy and well-seasoned and the sandwich is fresh and has everything you'd want: breading that doesn't sacrifice flavor for spice, crunchy slaw and pickles, and juicy chicken, all on a toasty brioche bun. I'd put it up against bigger name hot chicken places in the area that will cost you a whole lot more money!!!!!

The ordering process was quick and easy, and my food was ready right on time when I arrived. I was in and out with no hassle, which I really appreciated. I got a whole chicken with the sides and I decided to try the Peruvian ceviche. The chicken was good, seasoning was there. It was already precut for me so that's was kind. I was really looking forward to the ceviche and it was not good. The lime juice or the leche de Tigre was very bitter, and it just didn't taste good... Something was off about the ceviche, perhaps it spoiled quickly as my drive back home was an hour, i unfortunately had to throw it away because it did not taste edible. Service is quite friendly, and quick. I'd come give it a second try for the ceviche, maybe it was not the freshest batch or my commute was too long but I don't think food spoils that rapidly. Either way I definitely recommend the rotisserie chicken with the sides!
