If you haven't tried this before, don't be squeamish - they don't taste like offal, they don't have a weird texture, they are just delicious. The tortillas were also great, thin and chewy and just strong enough to hold onto the ingredients while you ate. It should also be noted that they have free and unlimited chips and salsa. And the salsas are quite tasty, the salsa verde being my favorite. The super breakfast burrito was eaten cold at around 5 am the next morning, so obviously it wouldn't be fair to judge it like I had it fresh. But it was well constructed, very well sized, and had plenty of egg and bacon in it. It was good even if not eaten at the optimal time and temperature. The restaurant is located next to a sushi bar (which I am too scared to try given Redding's inland location) and has a big parking lot. They take credit cards and bring the food to your table.
