It has the flavor of yesterday's sauce and got all those flavors. Perfect!! The spaghetti was El Dante, not undercooked or overcooked at all. There was the perfect amount of food, three good sized meatballs and cheese toast on the side. I've had this dish twice and it's perfect. I'll always get this again. The Sleazy Egg Sandwich (sausage, eggs, onions, and a decadent sauce) was terrific. The sauce is killer on it. The Hoss (chicken, eggs, bacon, cheese, and gravy on a biscuit) is a heart attack waiting to happen but this is a fantastic dish. The blueberry muffin with its sugar-crusted top was exactly what you want from a coffee shop muffin, but the handmade doughnut BLEW us away. Berry glaze, fresh berries, great doughnut--unique and SO good! My only real gripe was the gratuity. An 18% gratuity was already included, but my husband was also prompted to tip at the door and, not realizing it was included, added another 18%. Ouch.
