First time here but not my last. This is a newer business, it has been around for about a year. I really wanted to try the ramen, so I was so excited that they had a vegetarian option. I am not vegetarian, I'm pescatarian, but I also have a shellfish allergy, so I was limited, but thankfully you can addon items, so I added scallops and an egg. The ramen bowl is a really nice size for the price. And while we waited for our feed, we got a drink at their fully stocked bar. I got an old-fashioned. It was pretty good, but it was not their specialty drink. I also got some "crab" rangoons. They were big and tasty. The staff was awesome. They answered all of our questions and made sure that we were good while we waited for our food to be made. It is a cute establishment, and I can tell that they have some regulars because they knew they're customers at the bar and it has a cool hometown feel. I can't wait to go back.

    Spicy miso.

Was excited to try this out but the food was extremely oily it tasted like water they just don't cook their food well but the servers are very kind and nice but they need a new chef ASAP!! Also I order spicy miso and the ramen wasn't even spicy.... I give it a 2 just bc the servers are so kind and nice.

First time trying a ramen spot with two friends and, unfortunately, the experience was memorable for all the wrong reasons. I ordered the Teriyaki Steak Ramen and asked for a few simple modifications: no mushrooms, hard-boiled egg instead of soft, and extra corn. What I got was... not that. The bowl came with mushrooms, and both mine and my friend's eggs were still runny, the exact opposite of what we requested. Let me preface by saying I've only ever had instant ramen before, the kind you get in a 60-cent packet. But I'd genuinely choose expired instant noodles over this meal. The smell alone was enough to make us hesitate; a strong, unpleasant mix of feet and what I can only describe as old dishwater. None of us made it past a few bites. My friend ordered a sweet tea that looked and tasted like plain sugar water, with no color or flavor. We tried to salvage the meal by asking for salt and pepper, but the saltshaker practically exploded on contact, sending pieces of glass across the table. Thankfully no one was hurt, but it summed up the entire visit. Now, not all the food was bad. We did order an appetizer of the fried pot stickers, which came with a half soy, half teriyaki sauce, and those were great! Even my picky friend loved them which I was shocked at. Genuinely crispy, flavorful, and probably the only thing we finished. We do plan on possibly coming back to try their fried rice or hibachi options, but that'll be on a day we've all already eaten... just in case. The one bright spot was our server, Zaylin. She was friendly, attentive, and knew the menu well. She really was the best part of the experience. Overall, the food was a letdown, and the environment didn't do it any favors. We left disappointed and still hungry.

I think one of Burleson's hidden secrets! Definitely a place that will make you say to yourself WOW....!!! The food is beautiful, tastes amazing, and is great dining-in with super great service and ambience. Also you can carry out, or have it delivered.

I noticed burleson had a new ramen spot via facebook and we had to try it! There is plenty of parking and easy to find. Inside there is a bar seating area, multiple tables and booths and a sectioned off area which could possibly be used to host a group of 20-30 people. They have two tvs at the bar and two others in the seating area. I love when Ramen/Japanese restaurants have Ramune soda. They do offer hibachi but it's not at the table like some other places. Everything is made in their kitchen. We ordered the edamame to start and ramen of course. I had the tonkatsu ramen with an extra soft boiled egg. The ramen came out relatively quick but they forgot my chasu! Easy fix they brought it out on a plate. They literally just opened today so they'll get their rhythm soon! Will come back!

french fries, gyoza, and pork egg rolls. Delicious !

i love coming here. great to know that they have milk tea now as well. :) will definitely come back

Finally got in the door at Ramen Bistro and it did not disappoint. We chose to sit at bar and service was attentive and food arrived quickly and exactly as we ordered. We got the chashu buns appetizer (did not get pictures) highly recommend the soft sticky buns and bbq sauce with tender chashu pork...yummy! We ordered 2-tonkatsu spicy ramen (1 with extra chashu), miso spicy ramen. Def plan to return!!

Service was fantastic! Food was delicious. TVs were easy to see if you want distracting entertainment. Portions are huge! Went home with food for lunch tomorrow.

What a fun little ramen place right here in burleson!!! Such a cozy place. The inside decor is amazing and the best part of this new ramen place is it right down the street from me! The service was on point, such a friendly staff. The ramen was super decent. This place is small so there might be a little bit of a wait, but it's well worth the wait. Recommend the Tonkotsu

So good, great to finally have a ramen place in the area. Great drinks and the prices are very reasonable.

    As served

Went for the first time and was NOT disappointed!!! Super friendly staff! Hailey was awesome at the bar, very attentive and helpful when we had questions about the food. The place was quaint, clean and quiet. I had spicy Miso, husband had the Spicy Tonkatsu Black. Neither were too spicy, and the pork was seared before it was added which gave it a whole new dimension. The eggs were perfectly soft boiled and marinated, and the noodles were the perfect texture. I liked both, but I liked his Spicy Tonkatsu Black better.

The space feels intimate and welcoming, the kind of spot where the steam from the bowls fogs up the windows and time slows down just enough to enjoy your meal. The ramen is where Kintaro really shines. The broth is deeply flavored and comforting, rich without feeling heavy, and clearly simmered with care. Every sip feels intentional. The noodles have that perfect bite, springy and substantial, soaking up the broth without going soft. Toppings are generous and well balanced, especially the pork, which is tender and savory and melts into the broth in the best way. What really sells the experience is how everything works together. The warmth of the space, the aroma of the kitchen, and the layered flavors in the bowl create something that feels less like a quick meal and more like a small ritual. It's the kind of place you want to linger, finishing the last drops of broth even when you're already full. Kintaro isn't flashy or overhyped. It's just solid, soulful ramen served in a space that feels like a refuge. If you're craving something comforting and satisfying, this is absolutely the spot.

Second, the decor was beautiful and the vibe was giving a tree house. And the reason why you're reading this, the food! Takoyaki 10/10: Very delicious and crispy takoyaki with mayo on the bottom. Seared Hotate: This was the appetizer that shook me and my friends. Wabi House has somehow turned scallops into steak. They were very delicious, tender, and juicy. Unfortunate that it only came with 4 pieces Very delicious ramen with chewy noodles! All of these noodles held their sauces and soups very well. Our only complaint with the general noodle dishes were that they had little meat or only one slice of meat. The slice was so delicious and tender, it fell apart when I bit into it! Unfortunately wish I had more. Shoyu Ramen 8/10: A very good savory standard ramen! Not sure how to describe the flavor but it is just a good salty soup when you want something heartful and salty. Spicy Miso 6/10: Not much to it but spice! It came with no meat and I could unfortunately only taste the spice. Dry Garlic 7/10: I did not actually expect for this to have no soup, I guess I should read better, but this was delicious! If you love garlic, this is for you! It helped with my cravings and was so filling. Didn't get to try any dessert but maybe next time!

Not a problem since we enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying our drinks. The bartenders were great, fast and very friendly. I appreciate that before pouring my wine, the one bartender put in a lot of effort to buffing my glass. I ordered a plum wine to start, which is always delicious and sweet. We were seated a little earlier than 20 minutes, but unfortunately weren't greeted for a bit following that. They were super busy though. Our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable, and we stuck with splitting apps versus getting ramen. We ordered the shishito peppers, karaage, takoyaki, and edamame. To drink, we ordered and split the hot sake. The first plates came out pretty quickly, and were hot and delicious. Our hot sake took a while to be delivered, and we had to ask our waiter to double check it was still on the way. Then when it arrived, we had to fight off a bunch of gnats that kept landing on the bottle. I guess they wanted to party, too! The shishito peppers were definitely my favorite. They were perfectly coated in sauce and flavoring. The karaage was tender and tastes especially good when paired with the watermelon. takoyaki was served hot and it's a blast watching the Bonita flakes dance on the balls. The edamame, while good, needed to be stirred up because the salt distribution was heavy on certain pieces. We wished we could order dessert, but felt a bit rushed by the server. It was a little before 10pm, so we understand they're off at 11pm, but as a former server there's definitely better ways to keep up with the closing process that feels less intrusive to the patrons. Overall, we had a blast at Wabi house and the food was great. Maybe we went on an off night for service, but overall will definitely be back again!!
