The deep fried squid legs are the star of the show here! Fried really crisply, and the legs are juicy and thick. The chicken karaage was underwhelming - maybe we got the last of the chicken of the day since we went so late, but the pieces were dry and small. The shoyu ramen is rather salty. Ambiance is casual, service is quick!

Got the shoyu ramen. The duck broth was clear and packed with flavor -- you can actually taste the duck in the broth. The noodles were perfectly chewy and the chashu melted in my mouth. The egg could have been marinated a little longer; I felt like it was lacking a little flavor. I also got the Ichigo cocktail which had fresh strawberry puree in it and was only $10! Overall would definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a good ramen spot in LIC. The prices are pretty average for ramen ranging about $17-20 per bowl. Although the bowls may look small they give a generous portion of noodles and two slices of chashu so I was pretty full afterwards. The cocktails were also cheap.

I came here with friends & we were seated quickly. I ordered the karaage & shoyu ramen. The food came out fresh and fairly fast, probably because we came when it was snowing heavily outside. The ramen was solid for LIC quality, and I especially enjoyed the eggs & the shoyu broth.

Such a great find on a very cold day post Trader Joe's. I was craving for Ramen and was looking up what was showing with great reviews in the area and so glad I went for it. Staff and service were nice and warm. I ordered takoyaki and they were pretty good. But it was the Pork Tonkotsu Ramen that stole the show. The broth was delicious and the portions were generous. Definitely a spot that I would like to come back to soon.

A good ramen spot in LIC! Located near Court Square, this is right off the train and offers a cozy spot to enjoy some ramen and Japanese bites. Service here is fairly quick. I got their chicken karaage, squid, spicy miso, and wagyu ramen. Everything was delicious. Although I am a huge fan of chicken karaage, I did enjoy their squid more and would definitely re-order. Both of the ramen that we got were so rich and flavorful and I loved the broth. Between the two, I did enjoy their wagyu ramen more, but would consider re-ordering both. Delicious spot for some ramen!

One of the tastiest ramens I've ever had--flavorful without being overly greasy. I absolutely loved the ambiance and decor, which transport you to a charming, authentic Japanese store. The entrance features a fascinating comic strip that tells the history of ramen noodles. The service was quick and friendly, making for a delightful experience. We will definitely be back!

Came here for dinner with my friends and either we were all super hungry or the ramen is actually really freaking good... bc the ramen was really freaking good. We all got the tonkotsu ramen and devoured it so fast. Staff were super friendly too, gave us free candy!

We happened to be in the neighborhood and did a quick search for lunch--this place popped up with high Google reviews. The space has a modern industrial vibe, and the layout is nice with plenty of room between tables, which makes for a comfortable dining experience. We ordered the mango salad, but the mango was definitely not ripe--sour and not quite ready to eat. The salad dressing and greens were actually pretty good though. The chicken karaage was standard. The spicy miso ramen, on the other hand, was solid. It had rich, layered flavors and was really satisfying. I actually finished the whole bowl, which almost never happens. The place gives off that cozy, tucked-away feel--like a little local spot hidden down a lane in Japan, perfect for a casual, down-to-earth meal.

Came in person for dinner and there was no wait for 2 on a Wednesday at 6:30 pm. The spicy miso ramen was really good - great noodles. Unfortunately the gyoza was meh; not worth getting. Ramen is definitely shareable as long as you order a side of extra noodles!

Every time I visit, the food is consistently great. The shrimp popcorn is delightful, and the ramen is always well-cooked and perfectly seasoned. The ambiance is relaxing, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. One small suggestion: the light bulb in the bathroom could be replaced with a brighter one--it feels a bit too dim in there.

Stopped by on a Thursday for lunch. The place was relatively empty and service was prompt and kind. I ordered a tonkotsu ramen, and though it was pretty good I don't think I'll be coming back here due to the price. Ramen + spicy paste ($2, don't recommend) came out to $28 after tax and tip.

Spot Ramen Restaurant has a unique blend of modern sophistication and cozy warmth, making the environment suited to both relaxed dining and social gatherings. The staff's remarkable friendliness and attentiveness, set the tone for a memorable experience. The culinary centerpiece, Wagyu Ramen, impressed with its richly flavored broth, expertly cooked noodles, and fresh toppings. Complementary dishes, including Ika Geso and Crab Rangoon, showcased exceptional culinary skill. The diverse menu offers options for various tastes, with pricing commensurate with the high quality and generous serving sizes. Spot Ramen Restaurant is strongly recommended for its exceptional cuisine, outstanding service, and inviting atmosphere, solidifying its position as a premier dining destination. I really wasn't expecting much from this place but I was blown away.

Food: Pretty good Ramen. Standard spicy miso flavor you'd get at most stores. Good enough to satisfy a ramen craving. Also ordered the Takoyaki and Shrimp starters which was good as well. Service: Good service. Frequent water refills. Food all came hot and quick. Ambiance: Big restaurant, suitable for big parties.

Solid ramen restaurant right next to the train station. Clean and relatively spacious venue. Reasonably priced, and good ramen.

I ordered the Dinner sushi combination D - tuna, salmon and white tuna. It came with a not-so-small small garden salad in a decent dressing. One of my table mates got the Bento box with teriyaki salmon and the other got two rolls (Spicy Girl and Cucumber, Avocado, Jalapeño and Scallion). We also ordered a shrimp shumai appetizer (six small, tasty shumai in the serving). Everything was delicious. And the service was outstanding. To be honest, initially we thought we were being rushed because the server came by repeatedly to remove empty plates and the wrappers from our chopsticks - but we quickly realized that this was really extremely attentive and great service. Throughout the meal, our water glasses were refilled numerous times and we were not rushed at all. After our leisurely meal, we ordered a Green Tea Mille Crepe and an order of fresh fruit. The crepe was very good, although the topping of green tea was a bit thick for us and we scraped it off and ate the rest. The fruit was fresh and delicious. We truly felt very welcomed and valued as customers here. We didn't drink anything other than water, so our bill was only about $100 (before tip) for the 2 hours we were there, but even as we left we felt valued by the serving staff and sushi chefs. Cuisine: 6 Service: 7…read moreDecor: 7 Value: 6 Overall: 6 I have to preface that, if I had reviewed Hibino in the past, they likely would have received 4 stars. Unfortunately, my latest experience was such a letdown that I have to average that into this review. My usual order here over 10+ years has always been their Kaisen Don, which had some of the better quality sushi rice available in Queens. If you don't think sushi rice is important, then skip my review. If you do, then know that my preference is slight warm rice that does not clump together, with a nice touch of vinegar. Hibino seems to get this part right regularly, but not this past Sunday. It was cold, clumpy, and super light on seasoning. Furthermore, as soon as the bowl arrived, I was a bit skeptical since it's not the usual square box filled with premium goodies. Instead, it was a smaller round bowl with relatively common pieces of sashimi. In the past, there were toro, ikura, uni and scallop, but none were present on Sunday. The only premium pieces I received was the spotted prawn. The rest were salmon, yellowtail, bluefin tuna, sea bass, and arctic char. More importantly, some of the sashimi pieces were somewhat mushy and slightly fishy, not the best quality. On the other hand, we also ordered their Chirashi, which had seared toro, yellowfin tuna, salmon belly, yellowtail belly, shrimp, and flying fish roe. Between the proteins and rice is a layer of shredder egg. Sadly, rice was still cold and lacked flavor, but the egg did help a bit. Though I prefer the thin slices of sashimi in the Kaisen Don over the chunky pieces of fish in the Chirashi, I did prefer the latter on that day. Bottom line, I will give them another chance, but the downgrade on the quality of rice and premium seafood in the Kaisen Don was a major disappointment. Praying my next visit restores my faith in the restaurant.

Seriously like everything from the pancakes, ramen, to the lemonade. Lunch special of Tan Tan ramen (special May 2026) and Pork Cha-Shu Bowl. Tan Tan was spectacular and was def better than the bowl. The broth had so much flavor with richness, spice, spicy level, half seasoned egg. The noodles were also a lovely bouncy chew.
