Don't order liquors online and beware of instor products as well. The bottles are tampered with. Either stolen some of the Liquor or replaced with sub-par liquor. ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! Classic bait and switch. Ordered a bottle of Weller bourbon - $249.99 for a Xmas present, and received a bottle of Huckleberry Cream Liqueur - $29.99. Called the shop & they said they couldn't help, had to dispute the purchase through the website. After the first time I called they would not answer the phone again, must be checking the caller ID. Attempted to get resolution thru the website 5 times asking them for either a credit or send me the Weller along with a shipping label for the wrong product. They sent me a return shipping label for the wrong product, but no credit or correct product. Might be a good place to shop in person, but DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Stock is decent, a little dusty for my taste. Rows and aisles are heavily stocked with various spirits and wine/beer choices. I've been here a couple times now and never had a problem. Prices have been reasonable and service has been fine. I do highly recommend they take the duster and mop through this place though. There are plenty of studies that show that presentation of products encourages people to buy more (and usually things they don't need, like that really cool bottle of tequila shaped like a skull head). read more

I ordered a 1/4 keg of Karl Strauss from a list I got from the owner on Monday for $85 bucks, which was best deal I had found for the size keg I needed. Ordered the keg Tuesday for pickup Saturday, get there only to be told they don't have it and the owner started getting mad at me like he had done nothing wrong! He said they don't have that size anymore and that's not his problem! So he says "what do u you want me to do bro?". I said I should at least get the two smaller kegs for same price at which point when I asked the price of the smaller keg, he said it was $89 dollars, $4 more than the 1/4 keg I wanted originally! The whole time he is looking at some other guy behind the counter like what's this guys deal? Like I was crazy for not getting what I ordered, getting screwed over on a day I'm hosting my fantasy football draft and this guy being a total prick about it! So I finally told the rude dick to go fornicate himself, drove over to black market brewery where I got a deliscious keg of there hefenweizen at the last minute with tap. Thank you black market!!!!! Avoid this place and there rude owner at all costs!
