Texas glazed was hugeeeeee! And it was good. Churros on the maple churro donut were "hard"- its not chewy like a normal churro. It taste old. Fruity pebbles cereal on the donut was not "crispy" as like a normal cereal out from the box. These were consumed within an hour after getting the donuts.... So that's unfortunate. Because the croissant brekkie sandwiches are so good, we went back for some, and we had a sweet tooth so opted to try the donuts again, and I was a bit more impressed with them this time. The donuts were softer and seemed fresher than the first time we went. I wasn't a fan of the buttermilk donuts (we had a chocolate and a glazed), but the rest were pretty tasty. When I got there, I was asked for a bar code (which didn't exist) or they couldn't honor the offer. Sadly, I left and didn't order any donuts. Doughnuts arent hard to get right, but somehow Randys managed to do them wrong. These are chewy, quasi-stale, dry, tough, lack flavor and leave a film of flour or grease on the roof of your mouth. Usually a donut will taste like honey or butter, but these taste like fried flour. They must ship them in from a commercial facility, because these are not fresh. Taste closer to grocery store doughnuts than a place that makes them onsite. Theres empty speed racks at the back door and a big Sprinter van was picking up the racks or perhaps dropping more off. Whats worse is they charge $1.75 for a regular glazed and $2.50 for a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was pretty tough almost like jerky. Instead of pulling apart like a fluffy bread with layers it just snapped apart like a piece of dough thats been worked too much. I ended up throwing the thing away and i never throw doughnuts away. The customer service wasnt great either. One lady was making another guys box of doughtnuts and was looking away and said "we'll be right with you" to no one in general, but i was the only other person standing around. Then another lady a few minutes later who was working the drivethru with no customers faced the doughtnut racks and said "we'll be right with you." Neither looked at me or acknowledged me and it seemed to be some kind of default thing they blurt out to no one in particular although there was just me waiting. She asks how many and then "would you like the two in the same bag?". I respond "yes". Then she asks me again as shes getting the two doughnuts "are they going in the same bag?". Mind you theres only one other guy there so not sure why theyre acting as if theres a huge line of customers and they cant hear. Inside was clean with a bathroom available and the display case was full, but they pull from the racks of doughnuts. The prices are easily identifiable and each dozen gets you $2 off, but at these prices and quality youre likely overpaying anyway. I wouldnt go back. Try Masters Donuts on DI and Eastern for comparison. Theyre way better and family owned and operated. They usually sell out by 10am so get there early. read more

My favorite thing postpartum is doughnuts. I got a dozen of the chocolate raised doughnuts and they hit the spot. The doughnuts are so light and fluffy and the perfect amount of chocolate on top. I love the convenience of the drive through especially with having kids. I have never had to wait more than 3 mins from the time I order to the time I am driving away which is amazing! I had high expectations but was disappointed. Service was good but the workers did t know their product and an owner or involved manager would have stopped some of these from being sold. I popped in here this morning to grab a dozen of donuts, parking was easy, staff was super kind. The donuts were super soft and delicious, lots of flavors to choose from. I will say they are on the pricey side. I paid $32 for 16 donuts. $22 for the dozen, and $10 for 4 separate donuts. I would definitely go back again to treat myself! read more

Edit: emailed Samara, as the person who replied had asked, been 8 days and still no response. They must not care as much as they make it seem like they do, super disappointing I tried these when the store first opened and they were so good. This lasted for maybe 3-4 months and ever since, the quality has gone downhill. I keep giving them a chance but I think this will be my last, the donuts are both dry/stale and greasy at the same time, they are not fluffy like they used to be. Good donuts for the price. Lots of options and box sets let you customize a box the way you want it. It was too much for me to eat them all before they go stale the donuts are quite large. Finally tried this place once the hyped died down. All I can say is this is 2nd to the worst donuts I've had here in Vegas. Their donuts are stale and taste like old oil. Since the grand opening I said I'd wait a bit after seeing the crowds and lines. I happened to be in the area one morning and decided to try my luck. It was a Sunday morning just before 7am. No drive thru line and no line inside! What?! First thing I noticed were all the employees and was greeted right away. The girls that helped me were super friendly and explained the menu with the different prices depending on the donuts ($1.85, $2.35 & $3.35 each) I knew for sure I was getting pink sprinkles for my daughter but after that I had no clue what else to get. All the donuts looked so good. The girls told me which ones were popular and went with a couple of the suggestions. Got 2 pink raised with sprinkles, 1 nutella raised, 1 bacon maple long john, 1 butter crumb raised & 1 strawberry jelly filled. I also wanted to try an iced latte and they recommended either caramel or hazelnut and I went with hazelnut. For the 6 donuts and medium iced latte was just under $20. As I was leaving more people were driving into the parking lot so good thing I went when I did. Driving home I was sipping on my latte which was pretty good. I like that the coffee stands out more than the hazelnut. Once I got home the family was happy to see donuts! Everything was yummy! Definitely go for the raised! Finally! Delicious classic donuts! I love the convenience of there being a drive thru. I pulled up the to drive thru and there was no wait, I went around noon on a weekday. I ordered a half dozen, I'm glad I didn't get a dozen or I would have eaten the entire box. Donuts were super fresh and perfectly sweet without it feeling too sugary. The donuts are way over-priced! They do taste great and are fluffy. Right amount of sweetness. The staff needs training in food safety. Staff wears plastic gloves but does not switch them out after touching the register and credit card machines. The cashier literally touched every donut in my box to look at them and ring them up. I thought I was on candid camera. I gently told her to please not touch my donuts with her hands, she replied with "I have gloves!". These donuts are so good! We tried to stop into the location in summerlin off of Charleston, but we didn't realize it wasn't open yet. We decided to make the drive to this location on rainbow. There were two ways to pull in, one had the drive thru and one the parking lot. We opted to go in. The inside us pretty small- no seating or anything. They had all of the traditional favorites and some more "fun" varieties too. My daughter chose a chocolate donut with Oreos on it, I had a lemon old fashioned, and we got a maple donut for my husband. The donuts were so fluffy and light, a good balance between Krispy Kreme and Dunkin. The lemon donut was bright and fresh tasting.
