I placed an order and while I was talking the employee's were laughing and giggling resulting in charging me for donuts I didn't order. I also ordered a ham&cheese croissant sandwich which cost me $4.50 and was given a big croissant with a tiny sliver of ham and the cheese was on top of the ham only. Prior to Randy's stepping foot into Las Vegas, I was never given the experience to have these donuts. I have heard from California people that they are the best. I don't know about the best but I tried Randy's about 6 weeks ago and have been back at least once a week since. The variety is amazing. My husband is a plain Jane eater and always gets a classic glazed. He did try a twist as well. He LOVES Randy's raised glazed donut. They are pillowy and heavenly. I love a good cream donut but I will admit that I will usually have a classic glazed over their oversized cream donuts. My only critique here is their cronut, I believe it's called a crondy here...it's just okay. Save your money and get the classic raised glazed donuts. read more

Randy's, Randy's, Randy's. I was very excited for Randy's to come to town! The recipes as old as time! I loved their donuts! The size of them are huge and so filling! Worth the wait? Not in my personal opinion. The Randy's in LA is still the best for their company. Everything was perfect besides the wait and when you do get to the window they are typically sold out of the really good flavors. (Which is a good thing, not knocking them for this at all). The quality wasn't all that I was expecting when I went. I had an Apple fritter what was under baked in the middle so it was all soggy and doughy. I have been craving donuts for quite a while, finally got them this morning. Thank you for killing my craving and probably will not want a donut in the near future. We got a variety, glazed, maple log, pink frosting and a apple fritter. They were at least 2 days old and cold. Pretty dry. We have been to Randy's in the LA area and were pretty good. Well, well, well. What a pleasant surprise to end my day with. This was my first time to Randy's Donuts. It's actually the first time I've ever heard of them I know they are fairly new to Vegas, so I'll go easy on them. Lol!! 1st, I loved my donut. It was a huge piece of fried dough! Much larger than Dunkins or Krispy's. The raspberry filling was plentiful and not too sweet or too tart. My only grievance is going to have to be with my caramel Frappuccino. Now, someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't a Frappuccino supposed to be blended with ice to make almost an icee or slushy texture to it? This didn't have that. I think the person who made it, forgot that step. Plus, the coffee was too bold to use in a Frappuccino. So with out the ice to bring that boldness down a notch, it was just cold coffee blended with milk to make it frothy and then whip cream on top. 2. The whip cream vs. the lid. As you can see in the photo I provided, that type of lid is perfect for a soda, tea or any other cold iced drink. This type of drink needs a domed lid. Now, since they are in a new location, perhaps they didn't have the proper lids in stock yet. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. But, if I return in a month and they serve it up the same way, I'm putting them know blast. (Take note management or whom ever is in charge of ordering cup supplies) Other thank that keep doing what your doing with them donuts! Looking forward to trying something else next time. Great service!! Very friendly and very fast! Also smells amazing!! Downside I feel like it's expensive or priced weird especially when I just very simple basic old fashioned. They are always good don't get my wrong but not in my top 5 and I LOVE LOVE LOVE donuts but I've only been about 5 times just because its close to my work but the parking lot area is a disaster, I've yet to try the drive there since it's always crazy. I wished that had an old school lovers section that's less expensive otherwise I do recommend just not as good as all the hype made it out to be. read more

Let me just start by saying, as a native of Los Angeles, Ca I have grown up on Randy's. However I was very disappointed when I went to this particular location. The original Inglewood CA location always had fresh donuts. There was always lots of variety and it they took pride in the quality of their donuts! My experience at this Las Vegas location was far different. My wife and I pulled up and we initially thought it was closed being that it was so dark inside. When we went in and to our surprise, half of the donuts on the menu were sold out and the donut display cabinet was half empty! My wife's old fashion was heavy and very oily. My Glazed had very little glaze on it and it was somewhat stale. This never happened at the original location! If the store is going to remain open 24/7? Customers should be getting quality and variety 24/7! read more

Heard about this place while watching tv in our hotel room & while out & about, I saw that it was close by, so we stopped. We had a glazed buttermilk bar, 2 filled doughnuts, & a apple fritter. The filled ones were the better ones, the other 2 were either overdone or stale cuz they were dry. The buttermilk bar lacked any buttermilk tang. Disappointed! Wait a minute this place just opened and already had an issue with their free donut coupon offer I was given 2 coupons for a free glazed donuts one for me the other for my wife when I bought a dz ok so last night I went through the drive through to redeem them the girl working there told me I can only use one coupon per visit per customer so I gave her the two coupons and told her ok 1 visit one for my wife and one for me she again told me one per visit per customer like I dint understand her like I am some kind of dork wow really so instead of arguing for a donut I just let it pass then she wanted to charge me for the other donut wow come on what's going on with poor customer service this is totally wrong I think what she wanted to say was one donut per family per visit.
