I discovered a reinfestation recently, and he and Brian were here within a few days. They repaired the entry point, removed a carcass and re-baited the traps. They will return to check the traps. RES came out three years ago to trap and seal up access points. I turned the house into a rental shortly thereafter. Amazing. I called Erick because I believed we might have one small hole where rats may be able to come in (the house had been thoroughly sealed earlier). He spent over an hour walking around the house, on the roof, in the crawlspace and then removing deck planks to find the hole. He was like a dog on a bone -or a rat terrier on a...rat. When I called, always somebody answered the phone (turned out to be Erick's wife); when we set up appointment, Erick was always on time. Erick has done a great job of locating where they were entering, sealing up the spots, trapping those that remain, and cleaning up droppings. Ours involved challenging access to the area - and he was able to problem solve creatively. We also appreciate that he doesn't use poisons -- but solves the problem with trapping.
