Logan encouraged us to get a meal instead of just a sandwhich. His upselling sales skills are hard to resist! The female employee offered us crowns that we of course accepted. We learned Logan and her were having a friendly competition between who could hand out more crowns. It was such a fun, entertaining and unexpected fast food experience! The worker claimed she was trying to get a hold of her boss to tell them they were out of things, but leaving the line and people's sandwiches unattended 4 separate times? I don't think so. Did she think her boss was going to text her some more ingredients? We arrived at the store around 12:40 and didn't walk out until 1:20 and we were the second customers in line. That's 40 minutes for 2 transactions. Absolutely atrocious service and I will never come back.
