    Dessert! (Bread pudding?)

I always used to see this place when I went to Atami or Blue Baker. One day I figured I'd try it with some friends. Overall, my time at Razzoo's was decent - not spectacular but not terrible. The food quality was good but not best-in-the-world in my opinion (although I've only been there one time, so take that into consideration). I do wish the portion sizes were a little bigger for the price but I didn't leave still feeling hungry. My server was very friendly so that was a positive, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]it seemed like there was plenty of booths and a bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Razzoo's would likely fit your needs if you were coming with a large party or just wanted to watch the game.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, I think my experience at Razzoo's was a solid 3 - not because it was bad, but because nothing really stood out to me. Thus, I am not sure I would come back but I am glad I tried it at least once.

My problem with their menu is that I want to order everything! Cajun is one of my favorite cuisines, and Razzoo's is right over the target. The Cajun Fondue appetizer was delicious and then some, but we ran out of bread with most of the fondue left. C'mon - bread is cheap! My Seafood Combo Platter was excellent, but I ran out of shrimp cocktail sauce early, and it was a long time before our server came by to check on us. I never did manage to get any ketchup for my fries. And so it went. Nothing major, and the food was super tasty, but enough little issues to knock the rating down a star.

Went here today for lunch, the hostess was very vibrant which helped me stay in a good mood. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was very cold inside so I asked to be moved outside and that was quickly accommodated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered from the $9.99 lunch menu and had the shrimp etoufee and a wild berry lemonade. It did not take long for my order to arrive and it tastes good. Nothing special just good. It did have a good amount of shrimp in it. I didn't eat the rice that came in it because it looked like it had some kind of meat or beef in it but I could be wrong. The menu didn't mention that. The garlic bread was just ok. Anyway I had an ok lunch here. I would come back for lunch as the price works well with my budget.

In College Station a couple days for business purposes. I like Cajun cuisone and noticed Razzos Cajun Cafe nearby my hotel. Never heard of the restaurant but stopped in. Great choice as it turns out. Some of the best Cajun I've had. And, I used to travel Louisiana a lot. The unique frozen drink was awesome (Hurrycane Hell). I had a second, probably more if I weren't driving! Lastly and very importantly my Server/Bartender Halley did an excellent job. Nice, professional and a bunch of other adjectives to describe her. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I highly recommend if in College Station, TX looking for a chill environmen, great food and drinks[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]].

First time going to this restaurant. We were greeted at the door & seated right away. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor cracked me up with possums & raccoons hanging from the ceiling.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered the coconut shrimp baskets & the food came out quick. The 6 shrimp were nice size & cooked to a crispy brown. it comes with a sweet chili dip which was just right. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The only thing that was odd was trying to find the entrance door.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Would recommend.

    Hurricane "WHAT " !!!!

Ms. Jade S is amazing. Very friendly young lady while still delivering top notch service. I appreciate not having to look for Jade for refills or condiments ~ Jade stayed on it! I look forward to returning just to be served by such a great person. OooYeah ~ Them $1 wings on "game night" go hard! And then rattoes are too spicy for my blood but I still managed to scarf one down. They are yummy! $3 hurricane with rum is a hard hotter too. Im not a drinker but #Burp lol ~ I was thirsty. It is tasty and good!

Not impressed with what they considered blacken tilapia- green beans drowning in some type of gravy - Tilapia tasted alright just not blackened

First time to Razzoo's & I'll be back!! I ordered the breeze drink that was served in a mason jar. It was perfect, refreshing but not too sweet. I had the red beans and rice which reminded me of a homemade red beans & rice my friend's mother makes. The hush puppies we delish! Everything on the menu looks great. Service by Ashlyn was on point and the manager Lety visited my table and was really nice. I'll definitely visit this location when in the area.

Came here for the first time with my wife. We were staying in the Hilton College Station Conference Center across the street from this restaurant that had colorful lights that shined like a diners restaurant so I YELPed it only to find out it was a Cajun/Creole type of restaurant. We ordered the Stuffed Shrimp (recommended by our waitress Genny and it was flavorful and delicious), the Rat Toes (stuffing looked a bit strange, but it was delicious and stuffed inside these huge jalapeños), and the Jambalaya Pasta (I'm normally used to eating this dish with rice, but it was still delicious). We also ordered the Strawberry Coconut Sunrise drink which was kinda sweet, but delicious especially when everything's mixed. The food prices are pretty decent and the portions are huge. Definitely cheaper than Hawaii. Our waitress, Genny was friendly and fast. We met the General Manager, Eddie who is super friendly and informational. He too is from Hawaii so we had a lot to talk about lol, so much that our food got kinda cold, but we didn't mind, it was just nice hearing all the good things about Texas from a fellow local boy from Hawaii. We'll definitely be back because the food and company are good.

    Crawfish Étoufée

Ever since I tried out Razzoo's, this has become my regular go-to. The crawfish étouffée is by far my favorite dish. The quality is consistent each time I had it, and the crawfishes are always fresh. Generous portion size, and I highly recommend to anyone who likes étouffée and crawfish. The firemouth wings is another new favorite. There're 8 pieces, so a good size to share for the table. It's actually not that spicy as the name suggests. The wings are crispy outside and juicy inside. You will get 8 decent-sized wings, so another appetizer to try. I'll rank it after my all-time favorite: the gator tail :) [[HIGHLIGHT]]Razzoo's is such a fun place - good service, big menu for everyone, and a cool vibe with their interior and even menu design.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The service was spot on. The food was so good, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the ambiance in the restaurant was what most people would expect in a place like this.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We will definitely be back

They are closed and locked out their staff with no prior notice. This is completely unacceptable by management and ownership.

We were seated quickly and our waiter was very attentive, and was patient and understanding as we were still waiting to see if some business colleagues were going to come. The ambiance was upscale with luxurious appointments throughout. We ordered the seafood tower (10/10). It came with argentinian shrimp, east coast oysters, snow crab claws and wild caught tuna tartare. Great start to the meal! I ordered the Old Fashion with Buffalo Trace (9/10) and it was prepared just the way I like it. For my main, I ordered the Braised Short Rib (9/10), which included truffle potato cream and cipollini onions. The short rib was cooked so well and was tender and didn't need a knife to break apart! I finished it with the chocolate dessert (9/10) that was like a molten lava cake. It was delicious and a great dessert to finish the meal. As a bonus, we got to partake in some fine spirits (10/10). They had a healthy selection of fine bourbons and spirits! Great restaurant for a nice upscale dinner or business meal in the College Station area!

I heard someone mentioning that this might be finest restaurant in College Station - but I will let you be the judge of it. Restaurant offers huge wine list, a book style. Keep in mind that looking for the "second cheapest wine" will not work there - price points a randomly distributed, so you really need to look for a decent wine at decent price - our choice Il Borro Pian di Nova at $80 had reasonable QPR. We had a number of appetizers - not bad on average, but non stood out. Arugula and pear salad had strangely off putting flavor. I had pasta bolognese with wagyu beef sauce and it was good, no complaints. Good service, prompt and friendly.

Worst dining experience I've had in BCS…read more When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty. There was a table of two and maybe one table of five. My kids ordered the popcorn shrimp with mac and cheese from the kids menu, my husband ordered the shrimp and oyster "platter," and I ordered the gumbo flight. My husband and I also ordered cocktails. My husband's drink came out right before my kids got their food. I ordered my cocktail around that time, and this is where things really started going downhill. We could see my drink sitting at the bar, which was literally about two steps behind us. After waiting quite a while, we finally asked the guy shucking oysters if we could just grab it ourselves before all the ice melted. Meanwhile, our waitress picked up a table of 11 and essentially gave them her full attention for the rest of our time there. Another server eventually brought my husband's food. His shrimp and oyster "platter" consisted of 5 shrimp, 4 oysters, and fries. Had we known that was the portion, he honestly would have just ordered the popcorn shrimp. At this point, my kids had their food, my husband had his, and I still had nothing. We watched our waitress take the entire table of 11's drink orders, put them in, and then start delivering all of their drinks, including shots, without checking on my food once. She apparently didn't even realize she had never brought me my cocktail. At one point, we made eye contact while she was going back and forth with drinks for the large table, and she said something along the lines of, "Were you going to ask about your gumbo? She's gonna bring it right out." By then, my entire family had finished eating. After waiting even longer, we finally asked the guy shucking oysters for our check because our waitress still wasn't coming back to our table. When we got the bill, we discovered that instead of being charged for the kids meals, we had been charged for popcorn shrimp with separate orders of mac and cheese. We were also charged for my gumbo flight, which I had still never received. We ended up having to sort out the bill with the gentleman at the oyster bar and another waitress, who at least seemed apologetic even though she wasn't our server. Once the check was corrected, another server asked if I still wanted the gumbo because it "should be ready soon." At that point, everyone else had eaten, we had already asked for the check, and we were ready to leave, so I declined. What bothered me most was that our original waitress never came back to apologize, check on us, address the missing food, or even speak to us again, despite watching all of this unfold. I understand that restaurants get busy and large parties require attention, but the restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived, and taking a large table shouldn't mean completely forgetting about the customers you were already serving. Between the missing food, forgotten drink, incorrect charges, lack of communication, and having to rely on other employees just to get our check corrected, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. Needless to say, we won't be back.

We were on our way…read moreto college station and wanted to get something to eat as we got closer to our destination. We checked Yelp for something other than Mexican food and this place had really great reviews. As soon as we walked it we knew it was going to be good. The menu isn't too large, which to me meant that they have spent a lot of time perfecting the things that are on the menu. The service was really good and as soon as we sat down, we ordered a couple of sodas and the Boudin balls. We took a couple minutes to look at the menu and everything looked really good, but the spicy chicken sandwich was really calling out to both of us. So we ordered those one with potato salad and one with rice. The Boudin balls were delicious. They were pretty large in size and the sauce that it came with had a little bit of a kick to it. My favorite thing was that it was mostly meat on the inside and the flavor was incredible. Same with the chicken sandwich. It also had a kick and by the time I was done my mouth was pretty warm. I thought the potato salad was a great way to help cool it off, and it was just as good as the sandwich. I loved the batter on the chicken, and I thought the bun was toasted perfectly. This would be a place I would go to regularly if I lived in the area. Parking was pretty tight and most of the spots were taken up so we did park in a spot we weren't supposed to, but luckily we didn't get towed!

When I tell you the spirit of Louisiana and NOLA was in the place! So you will miss the place if you aren't paying attention. The sign is small and the building looks like it used to be a church fellowship hall. It's not fancy and it's small, however, don't discount it. Don't judge a book by its cover and great things come in small packages. It's a family owned and run business. By the looks of it, it can probably seat 40 people and I'm pushing it with the number. However from the time you walk in until the time you leave, you feel like you're at your great aunt's house. It was five of us and when you walk in, it's seat yourself and first come, first serve. The food came out piping hot and cooked fresh. My husband and brother-in-law got the catfish platter with red beans and rice (no pork) and Mac-n-cheese. My sister and I got the Nawlins boil that had a crab cluster, shrimp, corn, potato, boiled egg and a sausage link. My nephew got a shrimp po-boy with fries. The food was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The fish and fries were crispy. The Mac-n-cheese isn't creamy but it isn't dry. Perfect amount of cheese and flavor. The red beans and rice had the perfect balance of flavor. The boil...my goodness the boil. They have the amount of the boil down to a science to make it a full meal. At first glance, I didn't think it would be seasoned well because the season looked like a dry rub. It wasn't saucy or juicy - until I took my first bite. I almost walked to the kitchen to kiss the cook. They are not skimpy on any of the food either. Even the po-boy had an overload of shrimp. When we were there, it was a packed house. There was also a large party who was rather disgruntled - not because of the service or food but because they were impatient. Remember this is a family owned business with 2 servers and maybe 3 cooks that cook to order. So if you're looking for quick food, this isn't the place. If you have time to sit, enjoy some great food with great company in a casual home style restaurant...this is your place.
