You know, I rarely write a fully negative review. And to be fair, I'm not reviewing the food....because we never got any. The menu online looked fantastic and Cajun is some of my favorite cuisine, so I was excited as well pulled up for lunch. They had just opened so it wasn't crowded at all! It was an absolutely beautiful day so we were stoked to sit outside near the green space. So when the hostess wanted to seat us by the parking lot, we asked if we could move a few tables down to be a little further from the hustle and bustle of the busy strip center and a little closer to to green space. "Uhhhhh, well how far - because we have sections?' OK - not the best first impression, but I get keeping things fair for the wait staff. She moved us a few tables away from the parking lot and I started looking over the menu as my wife went to the restroom. She returned and we continued to wait for a server (while someone seated in apparently the other section, had a very attentive young lady waiting on her.) We waited....and waited...and waited. All the while watching the only other person seated outside being well cared for - and seeing another outdoor venue across the way. The promise of good Cajun amid some great zydeco playing on the patio wasn't enough to keep us there. We stepped back into the waiting area as the hostess turned her back and walked away. Clearly a good decision on our part. As we got in the car to go to The Truck Yard (review to come), my wife told me how dirty the women's restroom was...less than 30 minutes after opening. (She didn't tell me sooner because she knows how much I adore good Cajun food.) So we're giving up on Razzoo's. If you find yourself there and in a similar circumstance wanting a similar lunch vibe - swing across the way to The Truck Yard. You'll love it.

We wanted to like this so badly. I haven't been to a Razzoos for many years and we finally gave it a shot in a Friday night. Honestly the fact that it was half full should have been a clue. Of course the decor inside is pretty much the same as it's always been. We felt like we were in the bayou. The servers and staff were awesome! Very attentive and friendly. Their customer service is the reason for getting 3 instead of 2 . Now to the food. Overall just disappointing. We had fried fish, shrimp and I had fried crawfish on my combo. The cook was fine and came out hot. Almost NO flavor though. Seasoning goes a long way. We didn't taste any seasoning on any of the fried food. The hush puppies were good though. I just wish Renato would pay a little more attention to even the smallest amount of seasonings. I won't come back though.

We eat here when we come to the alliance shopping center Cameron took care of us today as we sat in the bar area due to this place being busy this Sunday afternoon A great sign when they are busy My wife a she -her had the stuffed chicken spicy and great I had the redfish with shrimp always an excellent choice I took a few photos of the bar area which is usually not crowded If you are in the area give them a try

We went 2 hours before rush hour and we ended up having to sit ourselves at the bar (luckily there wasn't a crowd) since there was no hostess around. We waited for a good while before we sat ourselves. Food was good although portion did look misleading from the menu pics vs what you actually get on your plate. Drinks were good as well. I would really need to be craving Cajun food to come back here.

Came for the BOGO special on Crawfish day. Great deal, delicious food but they stopped serving with the corn and potatoes, i believe those cost extra now. The crawfish were okay size, not select yet, mostly field run. Got 6 pounds for lunch. The oysters were huge, one oyster is like 4 in one. Decided to come back for dinner, but they ran out of crawfish by 5pm, very sad not all day BOGO as advertised. Disappointment but I still like the pricing will come back during crawfish season. Service was great, the front desk hostess kinda clueless though. Tried asking her questions about the menu and deals and she said to wait for waitress since she didn't know anything.

Really good food, fast service and fun atmosphere. Will visit again. It's a much cheaper option than some of the other seafood restaurants.

Don't order food delivery from them. The portions were literally 2 spoonfuls only. Rip off!

It doesn't seem like much sitting in the strip center, but we walked inside. They've got two good size dining areas and plenty of room. Also we enjoyed that they had the football games on TVs in both rooms. The menu appears to be updated almost daily on a chalkboard. It took a minute to look over everything and make a choice. We opted for the fried oysters as an appetizer then I ordered the fish and shrimp plate and my wife ordered the # 7, which today was one cluster snow, crabs, and shrimp. They brought our food out in to go boxes, which is I guess what everybody eats out of. We were both blown away when we opened them up and saw how much food they give you. The portions are huge. My fish and fried shrimp was pretty good. The fish could use a little bit more seasoning, but it was cooked very well and tasted good. The shrimp was really good and once again I was surprised at how big they were. There was a ton of fries and only ate about half of them, but they were good as well. I was very impressed with the fried oysters. They were big oysters and tasted great. My wife loved her snow crab. It comes with tons of potatoes, corn on the cob and several shrimp and we were stuffed by the time we left. We will definitely come back and try something different on the menu next time

I wish I were kidding but I AM NOT. This place us just...odd. If you think you like Cajun food but have only a vague idea of what Cajun food is, this might be for you. Also - if you really are into listening to Christian music and seeing more Jesus decor than a Hobby Lobby, this also might be up your alley. As others have noted, the service is slow. The picnic-style tables are sticky and despite having a decent array of hot sauces, there was only a small bowl of ketchup packets on offer. Did I mention this place was odd? Anyway, the shrimp po-boy was was so much lost potential. It lacked pickles which was a huge miss, and I get that they want to class it up with the romaine, but traditionally one would go with shredded iceberg lettuce - THERE ARE RULES. On a positive note, the bread was great. Like - really great. Maybe the best po-boy bread I have found in the Metroplex - at least since that Cajun place on Colleyville boulevard shut down.
